Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage et de soin des sabots ou des griffes d'animaux d'élevage. Le dispositif selon l'invention vise à assurer une hygiène et une propreté suffisantes des sabots ou des griffes d'animaux d'élevage, et à permettre une prévention fiable des maladies même pour de grands troupeaux, tout en restant simple à utiliser. A cette fin, ledit dispositif comporte un bassin au-dessus duquel est agencé un pont de passage que les animaux d'élevage peuvent emprunter pour franchir le bassin, des buses permettant de pulvériser une solution de nettoyage sur les sabots ou les griffes étant placées dans la zone du pont de passage. A l'extrémité du pont de passage est placée au moins une buse supplémentaire qui peut être alimentée en une solution de soin fraîche provenant d'un réservoir séparé. L'invention repose sur la connaissance du fait que les bains pédiluves favorisent une transmission des maladies au sein d'un troupeau à moins qu'un remplacement des bains ne soit effectué très fréquemment, ce qui n'est toutefois guère possible dans la pratique. Par ailleurs, il s'est révélé approprié dans le cadre de l'invention que les étapes de nettoyage des sabots ou des griffes et de leur soin soient effectuées successivement.
