Claims (12)
- Diebstahlsicherung (1) zur Befestigung an einem Artikel im Selbstbedienungsverkauf, vorzugsweise an einem Kleidungsstück und insbesondere in der Nähe des Kleidungsstückrandes, die ein erstes, sogenanntes Einhängeteil (2) mit einem Aufspießelement (4) in Form eines Nagels umfasst, und ein zweites, sogenanntes Befestigungsteil (3) mit einer Aufnahme (50) für die Aufnahme des Aufspießelements (4) und einem Verriegelungssystem (5), das das Aufspießelement (4) in der Aufnahme zurückhält, wobei die zwei Teile (2, 3) derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass sie zueinander beweglich sind, wenn das Aufspießelement (4) außerhalb der Aufnahme (50) ist, wobei eine dem Verbindungsbereich zwischen Befestigungsteil und Einhängeteil assoziierte Feder die elastische Mobilität des Einhängeteils gegenüber dem Befestigungsteil gewährleistet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Einführöffnung (26) für das Aufspießelement in die Aufnahme (50) umfasst, die im Wesentlichen eine Trichterform aufweist, derart, dass auf der Seite (22b) des ebenen Bereichs (22) gegenüber der Lasche eine erweiterte Öffnung (27) vorliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder von einer Achse (8) getragen wird, die sich in einer im Wesentlichen zur Richtung des Einführens bzw. Herausziehens des Einhängeteils transversalen Richtung erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (8) der Feder zum einen mit einem distalen Ende (23) des Einhängeteils (2), das dem Bereich, der das Aufspießelement (4) trägt, gegenüberliegt, und zum anderen mit einem Abschnitt (32) des peripheren Randes des Befestigungsteils (3) formschlüssig verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die formschlüssige Verbindung der Federachse (8) mit dem Verbindungsbereich (7) der Befestigungs- (3) und Einhängeteile (2) durch Gussformen und/oder Falzen erreicht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einhängeteil (2) ein Führungselement zum Einführen des Aufspießelements (4) in die Aufnahme (50) sowie ein Auswurfmittel zum Ausstoßen des Aufspießelements aus dieser Aufnahme bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einhängeteil (2) einen länglichen Körper (21) umfasst, der sich von seiner Grundfläche (23) ausgehend, mit einem Rand des Befestigungsteils (3) formschlüssig verbunden, der Länge nach bis zu seinem gegenüberliegenden, freien Ende (24) erstreckt, an dem sich das Aufspießelement (4) befindet, und eine entsprechende Länge aufweist, um das Aufspießelement (4) direkt der Aufnahme (50) gegenüberliegend anzuordnen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einhängeteil (2) eine geeignete Dicke und Gestaltung aufweist, insbesondere ein gekrümmtes Profil (25, 33) mit einer zur Innenseite der Vorrichtung gerichteten Konkavität, um ihm gleichzeitig Starrheit und Elastizität zu verleihen, sodass in verriegelter Position des Aufspießelements (4) eine Rückholkraft ausgeübt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (21) des Einhängeteils (2) eine dem Befestigungsteil (3) gegenüberliegende Innenseite (21 a) und eine entgegengesetzte Außenseite (21 c) aufweist, wobei die Außenseite (21 c) eine gewölbte Oberfläche hat und/oder die Innenseite (21 a) eine Verstärkungsrippe (28) umfasst, vorzugsweise länglich und median, die sich in der Längsrichtung des Körpers (21) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einhängeteil (2) aus einem Kunststoff ist, insbesondere aus PVC oder PEHD.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einhängeteil (2) und das Befestigungsteil (3) durch Gussformen, Kleben oder nicht lösbares Einfügen formschlüssig verbunden sind; insbesondere umfasst das Einhängeteil zwei Abschnitte, wobei einer (21) mit dem Einhängeelement ausgestattet ist und wobei am Rande des anderen (22) der erste Abschnitt (21) verbunden ist und ein Verschlusselement für den Befestigungsteil (3) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufspießelement (4) einen Kopf (42) und einen Stift (41) umfasst, der sich ausgehend vom Kopf erstreckt und mit einem spitzen Ende abschließt, wobei der Kopf (42) vorzugsweise durch Gussformen oder Falzen formschlüssig mit dem freien Ende (24) des Einhängeteils verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsteil (3) ein elektronisches Diebstahlsicherungssystem aufnimmt.
