Claims (15)

  1. Diebstahlsicherungsvorrichtung (1) eines verpackten oder nichtverpackten Artikels, die ein Spannsteuerteil (6) und zwei gegenüberliegende Spannorgane (2, 3), die eine Spannzone (S) definieren, umfasst, wobei mindestens ein Spannorgan (2) imstande ist, sich unter der Einwirkung des Steuerteils, das extern im Verhältnis zu der Vorrichtung betätigt wird, derart in Richtung des anderen Organs (3) zu verlagern, dass ein Artikel (100) oder eine Verpackung, die diesen Artikel enthält, mit einem ersten Spanndruck P1 eingespannt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein Greifteil (40) umfasst, das sich in Entfernung von der Spannzone (S) erstreckt und das imstande ist, sich unter der Einwirkung einer externen Zugkraft auf die Vorrichtung von einer angenäherten Position in eine von dieser Zone entferne Position zu verlagern, wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens ein mobiles Verbindungselement (70) umfasst, das mit einem (3) der Spannorgane verbunden ist und das bei der Entfernungsbewegung des Greifteils bewegt wird, die darauf abzielt, das Spannorgan (3), mit dem es verbunden ist, in Richtung des anderen Spannorgans (2) zu verlagern, um den Artikel oder seine Verpackung mit einem zweiten Spanndruck P2 höher als P1 einzuspannen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Verbindungselement (70) in eine umgekehrte Bewegung angetrieben wird, wenn die auf das Greifteil (40) ausgeübte Zugkraft eingestellt wird und wenn dieses in eine an die Spannzone angenäherte Position zurückkommt, wodurch der Spanndruck auf den ersten Druck P1 zurückgeführt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Verbindungselement (70) einen ersten Abschnitt (72) umfasst, der das Spannorgan trägt, und einen zweiten entfernten Abschnitt (74), der bei der Entfernungsbewegung des Greifteils betätigt wird, wobei das mindestens eine Verbindungselement (70) imstande ist, sich bei seiner Betätigung in der Art eines Hebels zu verlagern, wodurch ermöglicht wird, den ersten Abschnitt (72) anzuheben, wenn der zweite Abschnitt (74) beansprucht wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Spanndruck solange gehalten wird, wie das Greifteil in von der Spannzone entfernter Position gehalten wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie elastische Mittel (80) aufweist, die, wenn sie von der Entfernungsbewegung des Greifteils (40) beansprucht werden, darauf abzielen, sich der auf es ausgeübten Zugkraft entgegenzustellen und die, wenn die Kraft eingestellt wird, das Greifteil in die angenäherte Position der Spannzone zurückführen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Spannorgane (2, 3) jeweils ein Kontaktelement (2b, 86) umfassen, das auf einem Untergrund montiert ist und eine gewölbte Außenfläche (2b1, 86a) hat, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Artikel (100) oder seiner Verpackung in Kontakt zu treten, wobei das Kontaktelement aus einem flexiblen, elastisch verformbaren Material hergestellt ist, das imstande ist, sich im Kontakt mit dem Artikel oder der Verpackung zu verformen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Spannorgan (2), das imstande ist, sich unter der Wirkung des Spannsteuerteils (6) in Richtung des anderen Spannorgans (3) zu verlagern, zwischen zwei Positionen bewegbar ist:
    - einer entriegelten Position, die einerseits zum Einführen des Artikels oder seiner Verpackung zwischen die zwei Spannorgane (2, 3) bestimmt ist und andererseits zu seiner Entfernung, wobei in dieser Position die Betätigung des Spannsteuerteils die Verlagerung des mindestens einen Spannorgans bewirkt, und
    - einer verriegelten Position, die zum Anklemmen der Vorrichtung an dem Artikel oder seiner Verpackung bestimmt ist und in der die Betätigung des Steuerteils nicht die Verlagerung des mindestens einen Spannorgans bewirkt, wobei die verriegelte Position für einen während der Konzeption vorbestimmten Wert einer Betätigungskraft erreicht wird, die auf den Spannsteuerteil ausgeübt wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel eine Druckfeder umfassen, die komprimiert wird, wenn eine Zugkraft auf das Greifteil ausgeübt wird und dieses durch Entspannung der Feder in die der Spannposition angenäherte Position zurückführt, wenn die Zugkraft eingestellt wird.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der zwei Kontaktelemente am Ende eines Untergrunds montiert ist, der sich gemäß einer etwa axialen Richtung verlagert, die die Spannachse bildet.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Kontaktelemente durch Spritzen auf seinem Untergrund geformt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Untergrund des Kontaktelements oder jedes Kontaktelements Haftzonen des gespritzten Materials umfasst.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftzonen Durchgänge, Öffnungen oder Löcher umfassen, in die das in flüssiger Form eingespritzte Material eindringt und dort, indem es fest wird, anhaftet.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein aktives oder passives Organ aufweist, das in der Lage ist, elektromagnetische Wellen nach außerhalb der Vorrichtung zu senden oder diese zu empfangen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorbestimmte Wert derart ist, dass die von den Spannorganen auf den Artikel oder seine Verpackung ausgeübte Kraft in Abhängigkeit von dem Artikel eingestellt ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spannsteuerteil im Verhältnis zu den Spannorganen rotierend bewegbar ist und mindestens eines der Spannorgane dank eines Mechanismus oder internen Verbindungssystems verschiebend bewegbar ist, was durch das Inrotationversetzen des Spannsteuerteils betätigt wird.
