Claims (6)

  1. Diebstahlsicherung (1) für Artikel in der Selbstbedienung mit einem Gehäuse (2), dessen Körper ein Detektionssystem zur Diebstahlsicherung (4) und Verriegelungsmittel (5) aufnimmt, sowie mit einem Einhängelement (3), das im Gehäusekörper verriegelt werden kann, wobei das Einhängelement (3) fadenförmig und auf bewegliche Art mit dem Gehäuse verbunden ist und dieses Element ein mit dem Gehäusekörper verbundenes, proximales Ende (31 a) und ein distales Ende (32a) aufweist, das entweder eine eingehängte Position einnimmt, in der es im Gehäusekörper verriegelt gehalten ist, oder eine gelöste Position, in der es frei und vom Gehäuse getrennt ist, wobei das Einhängelement (3) aus Metall ist und einen steifen Bügel bildet und in der eingehängten Position durch den zwischen den beiden Enden befindlichen Bügel direkt an den zu schützenden Artikel gehängt werden kann, wobei das proximale Ende (31 a) des Einhängelements, das mit dem Gehäuse verbunden ist, in Bezug zum Körper der Vorrichtung in der getrennten Position des distalen Endes (32a) geschwenkt werden kann, wobei dieses proximale Ende (31 a) in eine Feder (8) geklemmt ist, die zwischen zwei Anschlägen im Gehäuseinnenraum gelagert ist, und schwenkbar ist, sowie zum Ein- und Ausführen des distalen Endes (32a) in und aus dem Gehäuse heraus hin- und hergeschoben werden kann, wobei das distale Ende (32a) des Einhängelements einen Stift mit einem länglichen Endabschnitt (33) bildet, der dazu bestimmt ist, im Gehäusekörper aufgenommen zu werden und mit dem die Verriegelungsmittel (5) zusammenwirken, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel (5), die in der eingeführten Position das distale Ende (32a) des Eingängelements verriegeln, in einem Abschnitt (26) des Körpers angebracht sind, der vom Rest des Körpers wegsteht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in Form eines Vorhängeschlosses vorliegt, wobei das Einhängelement eine allgemeine Form eines umgekehrten U aufweist, wobei die U-Rundung einen Bügel bildet und die Seiten des U jeweils zwei beabstandete Stifte bilden, von denen einer permanent am Gehäusekörper fixiert ist und dabei trotzdem zumindest einen bestimmten Freiraum für das Element zulässt, und der andere Stift abnehmbar am Gehäusekörper fixiert ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusekörper eine Vertiefung (24) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, das abnehmbare distale Ende (32a) des Einhängelements aufzunehmen, und in der sich ein Verriegelungselement (55) vorzugsweise quer zu diesem Ende derart bewegen kann, dass es mit diesem zusammenwirken kann, um in dieser Stellung blockiert zu werden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das abnehmbare distale Ende (32a) des Einhängelements und das Verriegelungssystem (5) zusammenwirkende Mittel für den gegenseitigen Halt (57, 34) umfassen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das abnehmbare distale Ende (32a) des Einhängelements spitz ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Detektionssystem zur Diebstahlsicherung (4) ein elektronisches Diebstahlsicherungssystem ist, das über Funkfrequenz oder magnetisch-akustisch funktioniert.
