Claims (11)

  1. Lösbare Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) von der Art, die einen Körper (7) aufweist, auf dem eine Klappe (8) beweglich angebracht ist, wobei der Körper und die Klappe jeweils eine im Wesentlichen ebene Oberfläche (11, 12) aufweist (aufweisen???) und die Klappe (8) bezüglich des Körpers (7) eine Drehbewegung zwischen einer ersten, offenen Endposition und einer zweiten, sogenannten geschlossenen Endposition ausführen kann, in der die beiden Oberflächen jeweils dazu eingerichtet sind, einen Gegenstand einzuklemmen, wobei Verriegelungsmittel der Vorrichtung dazu vorgesehen sind, im zeitweiligen und gesicherten blockierten Zustand die Klappe auf dem Körper in der Klemmposition zu halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmflächen des Körpers und der Klappe geriffelt sind, indem elastisch verformbare Reliefmittel oder vorspringende Mittel (24, 24') vorgesehen sind, und dass die vorspringenden Mittel (24, 24') jeweils vom Körper und von der Klappe komplementäre Seiten bilden, wobei die Mittel von einem zusammenhängenden Wechsel von Rippen (24, 24') gebildet sind, die durch Vertiefungen (25, 25') getrennt sind und wobei die Rippen des Körpers gegenüber den Vertiefungen der Klappe und umgekehrt angeordnet sind, in der Klemmstellung des Gegenstands, der als Sandwich zwischen und gegen die beiden Klemmflächen gehalten ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das verformbare Material eine elastisches Kunststoffmatterial, insbesondere ein thermoplastisches Elastomer oder Silikon ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich abwechselnden Rippen (24, 24') und die Vertiefungen (25, 25') parallel ausgerichtet sind und Wellen bilden, die vorzugsweise untereinander parallel sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese in eine Längsrichtung länglich ausgebildet ist und die Rastung und/oder Rippen vorzugsweise quer zur Längsrichtung ausgerichtet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (8) und der Körper (7) in Längsrichtung des zu schützenden Gegenstands jeweils mit einer im Wesentlichen gleichlangen Klemmfläche (11, 12) versehen sind und dass außerdem die Länge (Längsrichtung) deutlich größer als die Querabmessung der Oberfläche ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmflächen (11, 12) rechteckig ausgebildet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorspringenden Mittel (24, 24') entweder auf den Körper und/oder der Klappe durch Kleben, Schweißen, Verrasten, Gießen angebracht und befestigt wird oder einstückig mit dem Körper und/oder der Klappe ausgebildet sind und bei der Herstellung jeweils in diese letzteren integriert sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der geschlossenen Endstellung der Klappe auf dem Körper die Klemmoberflächen (11, 12) jeweils parallel ausgerichtet sind und in einer Entfernung beabstandet sind, die etwas kleiner als die entsprechende Abmessung des Gegenstands sind, der dazu vorgesehen ist, eingeklemmt zu sein oder sich nahezu berühren oder quasi berühren.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel Zähne (21) aufweisen, die auf einer Zunge (20) der Klappe quer zur Klemmoberfläche ausgebildet sind, und Vertiefungen (23) aufweist (aufweisen???), die in einer mit dem Körper verbundenen Aufnahme (22) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Zähne dazu bestimmt ist (sind???), mit den Vertiefungen durch Verriegeln in einer geschlossenen Stellung der Vorrichtung zusammenzuwirken.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung, vorzugsweise der Körper (7) ein elektronisches System zum Erfassen von Diebstählen von der Art eines Hochfrequenzsystems oder eines magneto-akustischen Systems und oder ein elektronisches Etikettsystem von der Art RFID aufweist.
  11. Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche für Brillen, wobei einer der Ohrbügel der Brillen zwischen zwei geriffelten Oberflächen eingeklemmt ist, so dass auf diese Weise der Ohrbügel der Brillen fest als Sandwich zwischen und gegen die beiden geriffelten Oberflächen gehalten ist.
