Claims (7)

  1. Diebstahlschutzvorrichtung der nicht wiederverwendbaren Art für die Zurschaustellung von Brillen, umfassend einen Hauptkörper (1), der mit mindestens einer Öffnung (2) für die Anordnung davon auf Ausstellungsstangen bereitgestellt ist; einem Gehäuse (3), umfassend Verriegelungsmittel; Mittel (5) zum Verbinden der Vorrichtung mit mindestens einer Brille, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel mindestens einen Stift (6) umfassen, welcher mit dem Hauptkörper (1) mittels mindestens eines Beschränkungspunktes (7) in einem Stück ausgebildet ist, und dadurch, dass der mindestens eine Beschränkungspunkt (7) der Verriegelungsmittel zerbrechbar ist mittels eines Werkzeuges (9) mit einem Endabschnitt, welcher komplementär zu dem mindestens einen Beschränkungspunkt (7) ist, zum Öffnen der Vorrichtung.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel geeignet sind, eine Beschränkung irreversibler Art durch Interferenz von Teilen mit dem Verbindungsmittel herzustellen.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verbinden der mindestens einen Brille mit dem Hauptkörper (1) durch ein Band (5) mit zwei deckungsgleichen Streifen (10, 11) realisiert sind.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Nuten (20) auf mindestens einer Seite von jeder der deckungsgleichen Streifen (10, 11) des Bandes (5) realisiert sind, geeignet, um eine irreversible Beschränkung durch Interferenz der Teile mit dem Stift (6) zu schaffen.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (5) in einem elastisch verformbaren Material hergestellt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Vorsprung (27) und mindestens eine Aussparung (28), angeordnet in einer komplementären und symmetrischen Weise, auf mindestens einer Seite von jeder der zwei deckungsgleichen Streifen (10, 11) des Bandes (5) realisiert sind.
  7. Verwendung der Diebstahlschutzvorrichtung gemäß den vorherigen Ansprüchen für die Zurschaustellung von Brillen.
