Claims (15)

  1. Diebstahlsicherung (1) zum Anbringen an einem Artikel, der gestohlen werden könnte, die einen im Verhältnis zu einem Befestigungsteil (3) rotierend bewegbaren Steuerteil (2) umfasst, wobei der Befestigungsteil (3) verschiebbar bewegbare Befestigungsmittel (4) umfasst mit:
    - einer entsicherten Stellung, die zum Einführen des Artikels in die Sicherung (1) und für seine Entfernung bestimmt ist und in der die Rotation des Steuerteils (2) im Verhältnis zum Befestigungsteil (3) die Verschiebung der Befestigungsmittel (4) bewirkt, und
    - einer gesicherten Stellung, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Sicherung (1) auf dem Artikel zu halten und in der die Rotation des Steuerteils (2) im Verhältnis zum Befestigungsteil (3) keine Verschiebung der Befestigungsmittel (4) bewirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gesicherte Stellung für einen vorbestimmten Wert eines Kraftmoments erreicht wird, das auf den Steuerteil (2) ausgeübt wird,
    wobei der Wert bei der Konzipierung der Sicherung vorbestimmt wurde und von der Sicherung an sich abhängt.
  2. Diebstahlsicherung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorbestimmte Wert derart ist, dass die von den Befestigungsmitteln der Sicherung auf den Artikel ausgeübte Kraft bei der Konzipierung der Sicherung in Abhängigkeit vom Artikel eingestellt wird.
  3. Diebstahlsicherung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf den Artikel ausgeübte Kraft ausreichend ist, um ein manuelles Entfernen der Sicherung vom Artikel zu vermeiden, ohne jedoch zu hoch zu sein, um den Artikel nicht zu zerstören.
  4. Diebstahlsicherung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsteil (3) einen starren Abschnitt umfasst, gegen den die Befestigungsmittel den Artikel in gesicherter Stellung pressen.
  5. Diebstahlsicherung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsteil (3) eine Durchgangsöffnung (6) des Artikels aufweist, in der sich die Befestigungsmittel (4) verschiebend verlagern.
  6. Diebstahlsicherung (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der Öffnung (6) an die Form und die Größe des Artikels angepasst ist, auf der sie bestimmt ist, befestigt zu sein.
  7. Diebstahlsicherung nach Anspruch 4 und nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der starre Abschnitt durch eine Wand definiert ist, die die Öffnung begrenzt.
  8. Diebstahlsicherung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerteil (2) um eine Achse rotierend bewegbar ist, entlang der die Befestigungsmittel (4) verlagert werden.
  9. Diebstahlsicherung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein sicherungsinteres System die Rotationsbewegung in eine verschiebende Bewegung umwandelt.
  10. Diebstahlsicherung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerteil (2) eine Kontaktfläche für das Inrotationversetzen des Steuerteils durch einen Benutzer aufweist, wobei die Kontaktfläche von der Rotationsachse beabstandet ist.
  11. Diebstahlsicherung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie konfiguriert ist, damit der Abstand zwischen der Kontaktfläche und der Rotationsachse derart ist, dass die von den Befestigungsmitteln der Sicherung auf den Artikel ausgeübte Kraft für einen reduzierten vorbestimmten Wert des Kraftmoments, das auf den Steuerteil ausgeübt wird, produziert wird.
  12. Diebstahlsicherung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerteil (2) ein Gehäuse (18) aufweist, das mit einem Betätigungsrädchen (21) verbunden ist, das einschließt:
    - einen rotierend bewegbaren Nocken (9), der dazu bestimmt ist, die Befestigungsmittel (4) verschiebend anzutreiben,
    - einen Übertragungsmechanismus (15) mit Momentkontrolle, der dazu bestimmt ist, eine erste mechanische Verbindung zwischen dem Gehäuse (18) und dem Nocken (9) gemäß einer bevorzugten Rotationsrichtung herzustellen, und
    - einen Kupplungsmechanismus (24), der dazu bestimmt ist, eine zweite mechanische Verbindung zwischen dem Gehäuse (18) und dem Nocken (9) gemäß den zwei Rotationsrichtungen herzustellen.
  13. Diebstahlsicherung (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übertragungsmechanismus (15) mit Momentkontrolle aufweist:
    - einen Teil (16) in S-Form, der mit dem Nocken (9) verbunden ist und dessen Enden (16a) der Schenkel des S in der Ebene des S elastisch verformbar sind und eine Sägezahnform auf ihrem äußeren Umfang aufweisen,
    - einen Kranz (17), der gegenüber dem Gehäuse (18) angeordnet ist und dessen innerer Umfang (19b) eine Sägezahnform aufweist, dessen Zähne eine komplementäre Form derjenigen haben, die auf den Enden (16a) des Teils (16) in S-Form vorhanden sind und hervorstehende Elemente (20a) aufweisen, die die Rotation des Kranzes (17) gemäß einer Rotationsrichtung durch ihre Interaktion mit Elementen (20b), die mit dem Gehäuse (18) verbunden sind, blockieren.
  14. Diebstahlsicherungssystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Identifizierungs- oder Bezeichnungsmittel (23) wie RFID-, Funkfrequenz-, akustischmagnetische oder elektromagnetische Mittel im rotierend bewegbaren Steuerteil (2) platziert sind.
  15. Diebstahlsicherungssystem, das umfasst:
    - eine Diebstahlsicherung (1) nach Anspruch 14,
    - ein Entsicherungsmittel, das erlaubt, von der gesicherten Stellung in die entsicherte Stellung zu wechseln, und
    - ein Detektionsmittel der Identifizierungsmittel nach Anspruch 14, wie eine Sicherheitsbrücke.
