Definitions

  • the invention relates to a band, in particular watch band, with a clasp for varying the length of the band formed by two band parts according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • EP 0 285 022 A1 a printhead buckle made entirely of plastic.
  • Out CH 631 332 A5 is a clasp with a movable closing flap and a closing body known.
  • EP 0 260 959 A2 shows a support for a backpack carrier, which makes it possible to replace the carrier belt, if necessary, without damaging the backpack can.
  • it is off FR 415 083 A a simple holder, for example, for laying around file folder known.
  • US 2 486 652 A relates to a buckle, which is slidably disposed at its first end of the strap. At its back, the buckle is provided with a push button which can be attached to a pin at the other end of the strap.
  • closures In the case of tapes with movable closures, in particular in the case of hinged closures, it is known that the closures come to lie on the inside of the tape in the closed state, so that they come into contact with the skin on the wearer's wrist. Since such closures are usually made of metal or hard plastic, the wearing comfort of such a band, especially a Uhrarmbands is limited, even if the band itself or both band parts are made for example of high-quality leather. Since the clasp, in particular a folding clasp, must be made relatively stiff, also pressure points on the wrist or on the forearm of the wearer of such a band may result.
  • the invention aims to avoid these disadvantages and difficulties and has set itself the task of developing a band with a movable clasp, which offers a high level of comfort and in which contact of metal parts with the skin can be largely avoided.
  • the first band part is provided with a row of holes extending longitudinally along its width, and the clasp can be fastened to the first band member by means of a fastening pin provided on a closing body which passes through a hole in the row of holes.
  • a pin is provided, the axis of which protrudes perpendicularly from the outside of the second hinge part, and which preferably has a circumferential bead at its free end.
  • both the outside of the second band part arranged pin, and the clasp, which is adjustably attached to the first band part are spaced in the closed state of the band by the intermediate material of the second band part of the wrist of the wearer. Possible pressure points through parts of the clasp, which would be in direct contact with the skin, are thus completely avoided.
  • the pin is attached to a plate in a band with clasp, wherein the plate is preferably covered by a cover layer of the second band part.
  • the second hinge part from which only a small pin protrudes perpendicularly from the surface, is of particularly high quality.
  • the pin is attached by the concealed under the cover layer of the second hinge part mounting plate particularly stable on the second hinge part.
  • a band according to the invention with a clasp of the pin in a hole in the middle of its width longitudinal row of holes of the second hinge part fastened, for example, screwed or pluggable fastened.
  • both the clasp on the first band part, and the pin on the second band part are adjustably attached.
  • a band with clasp is characterized in that in the reduced state of the length of the band from the outside of the second hinge member perpendicular projecting pin is receivable by a bore on the underside of the closing body and with the clasp fixable. This ensures a secure fixation of the closed band.
  • a variant of the invention comprises a strap with a clasp, the clasp being hinged at a free end of a connecting portion adjacent to the second strap portion, characterized by the connecting portion attached to the clasp and adjacent to the second strap portion, which extends from an extended position to a second portion partially overlapping position is rollably movable, wherein in a reduced state of the length of the band of the first band part partially covers the second band part on the outside partially and the rollably movable connecting portion, and the second band part covers the connecting portion on the inside at least partially.
  • the two band parts are connected to each other via the connecting portion.
  • a preferred embodiment of a strap with buckle according to the invention relates to a band in which in the reduced state of the length at least a part of the connecting portion rests directly on the outside of the second band part.
  • the connecting portion is at least partially covered in the closed state of the clasp by the overlying first band portion.
  • a band with buckle with the two band parts one or more layers for example made of leather, plastic, elastomer, textile fabrics or combinations thereof and an optionally adjacent to the second band portion connecting portion is preferably made of a soft, flexible material, in particular elastomer, produced.
  • the connecting portion can be designed so that it comes to lie concealed in the closed state of the clasp between the first, outer band portion and the second band portion, for its production, a suitable, flexible material, such as an elastomer can be selected.
  • a noble watch strap with a first and second band part made of high-quality leather still appears valuable, since the functional connection part is arranged invisibly when worn.
  • a further embodiment for achieving the object according to the invention comprises a clasp for varying the length of a band formed by two band parts, in particular a watch band, the clasp comprising a movable closure flap and a closing body; characterized in that a first band portion with a centrally along its width longitudinal row of holes at one provided on the upper side of the closing body of the clasp fastening pin which passes through a hole in the row of holes of the band member, is adjustably fastened, wherein the closing flap for fixing the adjustable attachment of the first Band part with the clasp serves.
  • a clasp according to the invention comprises a closing base body, which is fastened to the provided on the outside of the second hinge part, perpendicularly projecting from this pin, wherein the pin is fixed in a bore on the underside of the closing body of the clasp.
  • the pin is magnetically fixable in a bore on the underside of the closing body of the clasp.
  • This embodiment variant of a magnetic fixing of the closing base body with the pin arranged on the outside on the second band part can, if necessary, be combined with an additional mechanically acting fixing of the pin.
  • two locking levers are movably arranged whose locking hooks secure the pin preferably provided with a bead from unintentional opening by means of locking springs.
  • the two locking levers protrude on both sides over the width of the closing base body and can therefore be actuated particularly comfortably by the wearer for opening the clasp.
  • the closing base body and the closing flap are preferably made of metal, for example of stainless steel, or of plastic, for example of glass fiber reinforced plastic.
