Abstract
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) in der m, n, R1 und R2 wie nachstehend erwähnt definiert sind, deren Enantiomere, deren Diastereomere, deren Gemische und deren Salze, insbesondere deren physiologisch verträgliche Salze mit organischen oder anorganischen Säuren oder Basen.
Description
NEUES HERSTELLVERFAHREN
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I
in der m, n, R1 und R2 wie nachstehend erwähnt definiert sind, deren Enantiomere, deren Diastereomere, deren Gemische und deren Salze, insbesondere deren physiologisch verträgliche Salze mit organischen oder anorganischen Säuren oder Basen.
HINTERGRUND DER ERFINDUNG
TECHNISCHES GEBIET
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein technisches Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, welche B1 -antagonistische Eigenschaften besitzen. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formeln V per se, da diese in besonderer Weise zur Herstellung der Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I geeignet sind.
DETAILLIERTE BESCHREIBUNG DER ERFINDUNG
Ein erster Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I
in der

R1 d-3-Alkyl- oder C3-6-Cycloalkyl und
R2 H oder C1-3-Alkyl-,
deren Enantiomere, deren Diastereomere, deren Gemische und deren Salze, insbeson- dere deren physiologisch verträgliche Salze mit organischen oder anorganischen Säuren oder Basen bedeutet, umfassend die Schritte:
(a) Umsetzung von 3,5-Dimethylanisol mit Chlorsulfonsäure;
(b) Umsetzung von unter Schritt (a) erhaltenem 4-Methoxy-2,6-Dimethylsulfonylchlorid mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel Il

(c) Umsetzung einer unter Schritt (b) erhaltenen Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel
in der R2 wie voranstehend erwähnt definiert ist, mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel IV
in der X ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Alkalimetall, beispielsweise Lithium, Natrium oder Kalium, oder eine Ci-4-Alkylgruppe darstellt, vorzugsweise jedoch Natrium,
und Y ein Halogenatom, beispielsweise Chlor oder Brom, vorzugsweise Chlor, bedeutet;
(d) gegebenenfalls Umkristallisation einer unter Schritt (c) erhaltenen Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel V
X
in der R2 wie voranstehend erwähnt definiert ist und X ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Alkalimetall, beispielsweise Lithium, Natrium oder Kalium, oder eine d-4-Alkylgruppe darstellt, vorzugsweise jedoch Natrium, aus einem Lösungsmittel;
(e) Kupplung einer unter Schritt (c) oder (d) erhaltenen Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel V
in der R2 wie voranstehend erwähnt definiert ist und X ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Alkalimetall, beispielsweise Lithium, Natrium oder Kalium, oder eine d-4-Alkylgruppe darstellt, vorzugsweise jedoch Natrium, mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel VI
in der m, n, R1 und R2 wie voranstehend erwähnt definiert sind und o eine der Ziffern 0, 1 , 2 oder 3, vorzugsweise 3, darstellt; und
(f) Isolieren einer unter Schritt (d) erhaltenen Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I.
Bei der Umsetzung unter Schritt (a) werden vorzugsweise 1.0 Äquivalente 3,5-Dimethylanisol mit 1.5 bis 2.5 Äquivalenten, bevorzugt 1.8 bis 2.2 Äquivalenten, Chlorsulfonsäure umgesetzt.

Die Umsetzung kann in einem Lösungsmittel erfolgen, welches ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Dichlormethan, Chloroform und 1 ,2-Dichlorethan. Das Lösungsmittel kann in einer Menge von 0.25 bis 1.25 L/mol, bevorzugt 0.60 bis 0.90 L/mol eingesetztem 3,5-Dimethylanisol verwendet werden. Vorzugsweise wird die Reaktion bei niedriger Temperatur, beispielsweise zwischen -400C und 00C, bevorzugt zwischen -30°C und 00C, weiter bevorzugt zwischen -35°C und -10°C, weiter bevorzugt zwischen -20°C und -100C, durchgeführt.
Bei der Umsetzung unter Schritt (b) werden vorzugsweise 1.0 Äquivalente 2,6-Dimethyl-4-methoxy-sulfonylchlorid mit 1.5 bis 2.5 Äquivalenten, bevorzugt 1.8 bis 2.2 Äquivalenten, einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel Il umgesetzt. Die Umsetzung kann in einem Lösungsmittel erfolgen, das ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Dichlormethan, Chloroform und 1 ,2-Dichlorethan. Das Lösungsmittel kann in einer Menge von 0.25 bis 1.25 L/mol, bevorzugt 0.5 bis 1.0 L/mol eingesetztem 2,6-Dimethyl-4-methoxy-sulfonylchlorid verwendet werden.
Vorzugsweise wird die Reaktion bei einer Temperatur durchgeführt, die unterhalb der Raumtemperatur liegt, beispielsweise zwischen -0°C und 20°C, bevorzugt zwischen 5°C und 15°C.
Bei der Umsetzung unter Schritt (c) werden vorzugsweise 1.0 Äquivalente einer
Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel III mit 1.1 bis 2.5 Äquivalenten, bevorzugt 1.4 bis 1.7 Äquivalenten, einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel IV umgesetzt. Die Umsetzung kann in einem Lösungsmittel erfolgen, das ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Aceton itril, Tetrahydrofuran, Methyltetrahydrofuran, Aceton, Toluol, XyIoI, Dichlormethan und Chloroform. Das Lösungsmittel kann in einer Menge von 0.5 bis 3 L/mol, bevorzugt 1.2 bis 1.7 L/mol eingesetzter Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel III verwendet werden.
Dem Reaktionsgemisch kann weiterhin eine Base zugegeben werden. Die Base kann ausgewählt sein aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Kalium-tert.butylat, Kaliumcarbonat, Natriumcarbonat, Lithiumcarbonat, Natriumhydrid, Natriummethanolat und
Natriumethanolat, vorzugsweise Kalium-tert.butylat. Sie kann in einer Menge von 1.2 bis 2.0 Äquivalenten, bevorzugt 1.3 bis 1.6 Äquivalenten, bezogen auf die Menge an eingesetzter Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel IM zugegeben werden.
Die unter Schritt (c) erhaltene Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel V kann vor der in Schritt (e) beschriebenen Umsetzung durch Umkristallisation aus einem Lösungsmittel, das ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Wasser, Tetrahydrofuran, Methyltetrahydrofuran, Aceton oder deren Mischungen aufgereinigt werden.
Bei der Kupplung unter Schritt (e) werden vorzugsweise 1.0 Äquivalente einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel VI mit 1.0 bis 1.5 Äquivalenten, bevorzugt 1.0 bis 1.2 Äquivalenten, einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel V umgesetzt. Die Umsetzung kann in einem Lösungsmittel erfolgen, das ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Tetrahydrofuran, Methyltetrahydrofuran, Dichlormethan, Toluol,
Ethylacetat, Isopropylacetat und Dioxan. Das Lösungsmittel kann in einer Menge von 1.2 bis 2 L/mol, bevorzugt 1.4 bis 1.8 L/mol eingesetzter Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel VI verwendet werden. Dem Reaktionsgemisch kann weiterhin eine Base zugegeben werden. Die Base kann ausgewählt sein aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Kalium-tert.butylat, Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumhydroxid, Kaliumcarbonat, Natriumcarbonat, Triethylamin, Diisopropylethylamin und Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-en (DBU), vorzugsweise Kalium-tert.butylat. Sie kann in einer Menge von 3 bis 4 Äquivalenten, bevorzugt 3.3 bis 3.8 Äquivalenten, bezogen auf die Menge an eingesetzter Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel VI zugegeben werden. Weiterhin kann dem Reaktionsgemisch ein Kupplungsreagenz zugegeben werde. Das Kupplungsreagenz kann ausgewählt sein aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Propan- phosphonsäureanhydrid, Thionylchlorid, N,N,N',N'-Tetramethyl-O-(benzotriazol-1-yl)- uronium Tetrafluoroborat, Carbodiimid und 1 ,1 '-Carbonyldiimidazol; erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt wird Propanphosphonsäureanhydrid verwendet. Vorzugsweise wird die Reaktion bei erhöhter Temperatur durchgeführt, beispielsweise zwischen 400C und 600C.
Die unter (f) beschriebene Isolierung erfolgt vorzugsweise durch Einengen zur Trockene oder Kristallisation aus Wasser oder Dichlormethan, Methanol, Ethanol, Propanol, Butanol, Isopropylacetat, Ethylacetat, Tetrahydrofuran, Methyltetrahydrofuran, Dioxan, Methylisobutylketon, Toluol, XyIoI oder Mischungen dieser Lösungsmittel, wobei Wasser, Ethanol, Tetrahydrofuran, Ethylacetat, Methylisobutylketon und Toluol oder deren Mischungen bevorzugt verwendet werden.
Ein zweiter Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft ein voranstehend unter dem ersten Gegenstand beschriebenes Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

R1 d-3-Alkyl- und
H oder C1-3-Alkyl-,
deren Enantiomere, deren Diastereomere, deren Gemische und deren Salze, insbesondere deren physiologisch verträgliche Salze mit organischen oder anorganischen Säuren oder Basen bedeutet.
Ein dritter Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel V
X
in der
R2 H oder d-3-Alkyl- und
X Wasserstoff, Lithium, Natrium, Kalium oder eine Ci-4-Alkylgruppe, vorzugsweise Natrium bedeutet.
Ein bevorzugter dritter Gegenstand umfasst die folgenden Verbindungen Va bis Vd der allgemeinen Formel V:

Ein weiter bevorzugter dritter Gegenstand betrifft die Verbindung der Formel Vd
welche kristallin anfällt und durch ein hohes Maß an Stabilität gekennzeichnet ist.
Die kristalline Verbindung der Formel Vd ist gekennzeichnet durch einen charakteristischen Schmelzpunkt von T = 152 ± 3°C. Der aufgeführte Wert wurde mittels Differential eines Schmelzpunktbestimmungsgeräts bestimmt (Mettler Toledo FP90 Central, 5°C/min im Bereich 50-1500C und/oder 1 °C/min im Bereich 100-1800C).
Ein vierter Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung der voranstehend genannten Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel V als Zwischenprodukte zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I nach einem voranstehend unter der ersten Ausführungsform beschriebenen Verfahren.
VERWENDETE BEGRIFFE UND DEFINITIONEN
Ebenfalls mit vom Gegenstand dieser Erfindung umfasst sind die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen, einschließlich deren Salze, in denen ein oder mehrere Wasserstoffatome, beispielsweise ein, zwei, drei, vier oder fünf Wasserstoffatome, durch Deuterium ausgetauscht sind.
Weiterhin mit vom Gegenstand dieser Erfindung umfasst sind die erfindungsgemäßen
Verbindungen, einschließlich deren Salze, in denen ein oder mehrere Kohlenstoffatome 13C durch 14C ersetzt sind.
Unter dem Begriff "C1-3-Alkyl" (auch soweit sie Bestandteil anderer Reste sind) werden verzweigte und unverzweigte Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen und unter dem Begriff "C-M-Alkyl" werden verzweigte und unverzweigte Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlen- stoffatomen verstanden. Beispielsweise werden hierfür genannt: Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, /so-Propyl, n-Butyl, /so-Butyl oder te/f.-Butyl. Gegebenenfalls werden für vorstehend genannten Gruppen auch die Abkürzungen Me, Et, n-Pr, /-Pr, n-Bu, /-Bu, tert-Bu etc. verwendet.
Unter dem Begriff „Cs-β-Cycloalkyl" (auch soweit sie Bestandteil anderer Reste sind) werden Cycloalkylgruppen mit 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen verstanden. Beispielsweise werden hierfür genannt: Cyclopropyl, Cyclobutyl, Cyclopenty oder Cyclohexyl.
Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I können basische Gruppen wie z.B. Amino- funktionen besitzen. Sie können daher als innere Salze, als Salze mit pharmazeutisch verwendbaren anorganischen Säuren wie beispielsweise Bromwasserstoffsäure, Phosphorsäure, Salpetersäure, Salzsäure, Schwefelsäure, Methansulfonsäure, Ethan- sulfonsäure, Benzolsulfonsäure, p-Toluolsulfonsäure oder organischen Säuren wie
beispielsweise Äpfelsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Essigsäure, Fumarsäure, Maleinsäure, Mandelsäure, Milchsäure, Weinsäure oder Zitronensäure vorliegen. Vorzugsweise können die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I als Salze oder Co- Kristalle mit chiralen organischen Säuren vorliegen. Als chirale Säuren eignen sich insbesondere chirale Aminosäuren, Weinsäure, Derivate der Weinsäure, chirale Sulfonsäuren wie beispielsweise (S)-(+)-Camphersulfonsäure, Camphansäure, Derivate der Camphansäure, Mandelsäure oder Äpfelsäure, wobei (S)-(+)-Camphersulfonsäure eine herausragende Bedeutung zukommt.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind die jeweiligen Verbindungen gegebenenfalls in Form der einzelnen optischen Isomeren, Enantiomere oder Diastereomere, Mischungen der einzelnen Enantiomeren oder Racemate, in Form der Tautomere sowie in Form der freien Basen oder der entsprechenden Säureadditionssalze.
EXPERIMENTELLER TEIL
Beispiel 1 : N-(2-Hvdroxy-ethyl)-4-methoxy-2,6,N-trimethyl-benzolsulfonamid (C)

10.00 kg (73.42 mol) 3,5-Dimethylanisol (A) wurden in 35.0 L Dichlormethan gelöst. Nach Abkühlen auf -15±5°C wurde eine Lösung aus 17.46 kg (149.86 mol) Chlorsulfonsäure in 20.0 L Dichlormethan zudosiert und für ca. 30 Minuten bei -15±5°C weitergerührt. Anschließend wurde die Reaktionsmischung in eine auf -7±5°C gekühlte Lösung von 15.0 kg Natriumchlorid in 85.0 L Wasser zudosiert und mit 15.0 L Dichlormethan verdünnt. Die organische Phase wurde abgetrennt, mit 15.0 L Dichlormethan verdünnt und mit 30.0 L Natriumhydrogencarbonat-Lösung (5%ig) gewaschen. Nach erneuten Abtrennen der organischen Phase und Verdünnen mit 10 L Dichlormethan wurde bei 10±5°C eine Lösung aus 11.58 kg (154.20 mol) N-Methylaminoethanol in 10.0 L Dichlormethan langsam zudosiert. Nach vollständiger Umsetzung wurden 45.0 L HCl (3%ig) und 5.0 L Wasser zugegeben. Die organische Phase wurde abgetrennt, mit 10.0 L Dichlormethan verdünnt und das Produkt (C) im Vakuum vollständig vom Lösungsmittel befreit.
Ausbeute: 14.34 kg (71% der Theorie)
Beispiel 2: {2-[(4-Methoxy-2,6-dimethyl-benzolsulfonyl)-methyl-amino1-ethoxy)- essigsaure Natriumsalz (E)
10.00 kg (36.58 mol) N-(2-Hydroxy-ethyl)-4-methoxy-2!6,N-trimethyl-benzolsulfonamid (C) und 6.52 kg (55.97 mol) Chloressigsäure Natriumsalz (D) wurden in 55.0 L Acetonitril vorgelegt und innerhalb ca. 1 Stunde bei 20±5°C mit 27.99 kg (54.87 mol) Kalium- tert.butylat-Lösung versetzt. Danach wurde das Reaktionsgemisch ca. 1 Stunde bei 20±5°C gerührt. Nach Abdestillieren von 52.0 L Lösungsmittel wurden 60.0 L Toluol zugesetzt und erneut 52.0 L Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Im Anschluss wurden 45.0 L Wasser und 7.56 kg (62.92 mol) Salzsäure (30%ig, techn.) zugegeben und die organische Phasen bei 500C abgetrennt. Nach Abkühlen auf 30±5°C wurden 20.0 L Aceton und 2.93 kg (36.58 mol) Natriumhydroxid-Lösung (50%ig) zugegeben und angeimpft, bevor innerhalb von ca. 1 Stunde auf 20±5°C abgekühlt wurde. Nach 30 Minuten Rühren bei 20±5°C wurde die Suspension abfiltriert, das Produkt (E) zweimal mit Aceton gewaschen und getrocknet.
Ausbeute: 10.91 kg (84% der Theorie)
Schmelzpunkt: 153°C ± 3°C
Beispiel 3: 2-{2-[(4-Methoxy-2,6-dimethyl-benzolsulfonyl)-methyl-amino1-ethoxy)-N- methyl-N-[3-(4-methyl-piperazin-1 -vD-cyclohexyli-acetamid L-(+)-Tartrat (G)

3.50 kg (10.91 mol) Methyl-[(1 S,3R)-3-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-cyclohexyl]-amin Tri- hydrochlorid (F) und 4.24 kg (12.00 mol) {2-[(4-Methoxy-2,6-dimethyl-benzolsulfonyl)- methyl-amino]-ethoxy}-essigsäure Natriumsalz (E) wurden in 17.5 L THF suspendiert und auf 50±5°C erwärmt. Anschließend wurden der Reihe nach 21.43 kg (38.19 mol) Kalium-
tert.butylat-Lösung in Tetrahydrofuran, 5.0 L Tetrahydrofuran, 13.89 kg (83.97 mol) Propanphosphonsäureanhydrid 50%ig in Ethylacetat und weitere 5.0 L Tetrahydrofuran zudosiert und das Reaktionsgemisch ca. 1 Stunde bei 50±5°C gerührt. Nach vollständiger Reaktion wurden 17.5 L Toluol und 19.5 L Wasser zugegeben und der pH-Wert der wässrigen Phase mit Salzsäure (30%ig) auf kleiner 2.5 eingestellt. Die wässrige Phase wurde abgetrennt, mit 2.0 L Wasser verdünnt und bei 500C mit 42 L Methylisobutylketon und einer Mischung aus 4.45 kg (55.65 mol) Natriumhydroxid-Lösung (50%ig, techn.) und 3.5 L Wasser versetzt. Nach ca. 5 Minuten Rühren bei 500C wurde die wässrige Phase abgetrennt und im Vakuum 28.0 L Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Der trübe Rückstand wurde bei 60°C filtriert und das Filtrat mit 14.0 L Methylisobutylketon versetzt. Anschließend wurde das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum vollständig entfernt und Produkt (G) isoliert. Ausbeute: 4.69 kg (82% der Theorie)
Rf = 0.45 (CH2CI2/Et0H/NH3aq = 8/2/0.2)
Beispiel 4: [3-(4-Methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-cvclohexyl1-carbaminsäure-tert-butylester (J)
2.6 ml (23.4 mmol) 1-Methylpiperazin (H), 1.0 g (4.69 mmol) 3-Amino-N-tert-butyloxy- carbonyl-cyclohexanon (I) (AB Chem) und 2.7 ml (49 mmol) Eisessig wurden in 10 ml Methanol gelöst und 30 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Danach gab man portions- weise 1.99 g (9.38 mmol) Natriumtriacetoxyborhydrid zu und rührte 2 Stunden bei
Raumtemperatur. Anschließend wurde die Reaktionslösung mit Hydrogencarbonatlösung versetzt und mit Dichlormethan extrahiert. Die organische Phase wurde im Vakuum vom Lösungsmittel befreit und der Rückstand an RP-Phase (Varian C18 XRS) chromatographiert (Wasser + 5 % NH3 / Acetonitril = 90:10 -> 0:100).

Beispiel 5: Methyl-[3-(4-methyl-piperazin-1 -vD-cyclohexyli-amin (K)
8.57 ml (8.57 mmol) einer 1 M Lösung von Lithiumaluminiumhydrid in Toluol wurden in 8 ml THF gelöst und bei Raumtemperatur langsam mit 850 mg (2.86 mmol) Produkt aus Beispiel 4 (J) gelöst in 2 ml THF versetzt. Die Reaktionslösung wurde 2 Stunden bei 75°C gerührt. Anschließend gab man 1 N Natronlauge zu und Wasser. Der Niederschlag wurde abgesaugt und die Reaktionslösung bis zur Trockene eingeengt.

Claims
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I
in der
m die Ziffer 1 oder 2,
n die Ziffer 0, 1 oder 2,
R1 d-3-Alkyl- oder C3-6-Cycloalkyl und
R2 H oder C1-3-Alkyl-,
deren Enantiomere, deren Diastereomere, deren Gemische und deren Salze, insbesondere deren physiologisch verträgliche Salze mit organischen oder anorganischen Säuren oder Basen bedeutet, umfassend die Schritte:
(a) Umsetzung von 3,5-Dimethylanisol mit Chlorsulfonsäure;
(b) Umsetzung von unter Schritt (a) erhaltenem 4-Methoxy-2,6-Dimethylsulfonylchlorid mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel Il
HCL
NH
in der R2 wie voranstehend erwähnt definiert ist;
(c) Umsetzung einer unter Schritt (b) erhaltenen Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel in der R2 wie voranstehend erwähnt definiert ist, mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel IV
in der X ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Alkalimetall, beispielsweise Lithium, Natrium oder Kalium, oder eine C-M-Alkylgruppe darstellt, vorzugsweise jedoch Natrium, und Y ein Halogenatom, beispielsweise Chlor oder Brom, vorzugsweise Chlor, bedeutet;
(d) gegebenenfalls Umkristallisation einer unter Schritt (c) erhaltenen Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel V
in der R2 wie voranstehend erwähnt definiert ist und X ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Alkalimetall, beispielsweise Lithium, Natrium oder Kalium, oder eine d-4-Alkylgruppe darstellt, vorzugsweise jedoch Natrium, aus einem Lösungsmittel;
(e) Kupplung einer unter Schritt (c) oder (d) erhaltenen Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel V
in der R2 wie voranstehend erwähnt definiert ist und X ein Wasserstoffatom, ein
Alkalimetall, beispielsweise Lithium, Natrium oder Kalium, oder eine d-4-Alkylgruppe darstellt, vorzugsweise jedoch Natrium, mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel VI in der m, n, R1 und R2 wie voranstehend erwähnt definiert sind und o eine der Ziffern 0, 1 , 2 oder 3, vorzugsweise 3, darstellt; und
(f) Isolieren einer unter Schritt (d) erhaltenen Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I gemäß Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
m die Ziffer 1 ,
n die Ziffer 1 ,
R1 d-3-Alkyl- und
R j22 H oder C1-3-Alkyl-,
deren Enantiomere, deren Diastereomere, deren Gemische und deren Salze, insbesondere deren physiologisch verträgliche Salze mit organischen oder anorganischen Säuren oder Basen bedeutet.
3. Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel V
in der
R j2 H oder d-3-Alkyl- und
X Wasserstoff, Lithium, Natrium, Kalium oder eine C-M-Alkylgruppe, vorzugsweise Natrium bedeutet.
