Claims (12)
- Fermeture de dosage en deux parties (1) en plastique pour récipients rigides ou flexibles, en particulier pour l'utilisation sur des poches en film de plastique, constituée d'une partie de base (2) pouvant être fixée sur le récipient et d'une partie de fermeture (3) maintenue sur celle-ci de manière à pouvoir être vissée, le mouvement de vissage permettant d'amener les deux parties (2, 3) de manière déplaçable l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la direction axiale et depuis une position fermée dans une position ouverte et inversement, la partie de base (2) présentant un filetage extérieur (20) et au moins une ouverture de sortie (21) disposée par-dessus, tandis que la partie de fermeture présente un filetage intérieur (30) et une ouverture de sortie centrale (32'), et la partie de base (2) étant pourvue d'une région cylindrique (22) avec un filetage extérieur (20) et une partie de tête (23) par-dessus, avec un contour extérieur tronconique, et la partie de tête (23) ayant une paroi d'enveloppe conique (24) qui présente au moins une ouverture de sortie (21) et qui est fermée avec une surface de couvercle (25) de la partie de tête (23), tandis que la partie de fermeture (3) est configurée au-dessus de son filetage intérieur (30) monté dans une portion cylindrique (31) sous forme de tronc de cône (33) opposé, caractérisée en ce que la surface de couvercle (32) du tronc de cône (33) est au moins approximativement complètement ouverte et dans l'état fermé, la surface extérieure conique de la paroi d'enveloppe (24) de la partie de base (2) et une surface intérieure conique (32) de la partie de fermeture (3), qui possède aussi une paroi d'enveloppe conique (34), viennent s'appliquer hermétiquement l'une contre l'autre, la paroi d'enveloppe conique (34) de la partie de fermeture (3) étant recourbée vers le centre (36) au niveau du bord supérieur et la surface de couvercle fermée (25) de la partie de base (2) présentant un rebord (28) s'étendant vers le centre, dans l'état fermé de la fermeture de dosage, la partie courbée (36) au niveau du bord supérieur (35) s'appliquant hermétiquement contre la portion verticale du rebord (28).
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins une ouverture de sortie (21) s'étend approximativement sur toute la hauteur de la paroi d'enveloppe tronconique (24).
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins trois ouvertures de sortie (21) sont prévues, et celles-ci constituent dans l'ensemble au moins 50 % de la surface de la paroi d'enveloppe conique (24).
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que sur le bord supérieur (35) est façonné un bourrelet d'étanchéité (37) et dans la portion verticale du rebord (28) s'étend une gorge d'étanchéité opposée (29), dans laquelle le bourrelet d'étanchéité (37) s'engage dans l'état fermé de la fermeture (1).
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que dans la partie recourbée (36) du bord supérieur (35) est formée une gorge d'étanchéité et sur la portion verticale du rebord (28) est façonné un bourrelet d'étanchéité, qui, dans l'état fermé de la fermeture de dosage (1), s'engage hermétiquement dans la gorge d'étanchéité.
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que sur la surface interne de la paroi d'enveloppe conique (34) de la partie de fermeture (3) sont prévus des bourrelets d'étanchéité (38) qui sont dimensionnés en forme et en taille de telle sorte qu'ils s'appliquent circonférentiellement dans l'état fermé de la fermeture de dosage (1) hermétiquement contre les arêtes des ouvertures de sortie (21).
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie de base (2) présente une bride (26) orientée vers l'extérieur circonférentiellement à l'extrémité sur la région cylindrique (22), pour la fixation sur une poche en film de plastique.
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que sous le filetage extérieur (20) et à distance de la bride (26) est façonné un collet de retenue périphérique (27).
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un crochet de retenue (39) connecté à la paroi d'enveloppe (34) de la partie de fermeture (3) est façonné et vient buter dans la position d'ouverture maximale de la fermeture de dosage (1) contre le collet de retenue (27).
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que dans la région cylindrique (31) de la partie de fermeture (3) dans la paroi d'enveloppe sont prévues des niches (40) dans lesquelles sont façonnées des langues de ressort (41) s'étendant de haut en bas, sur lesquelles est façonné le crochet de retenue (39).
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la portion cylindrique (31) de la partie de fermeture est pourvue de moyens (42) pour augmenter la tenue en main.
- Fermeture de dosage selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que la surface extérieure de la portion cylindrique est configurée sous forme polygonale.
