Typically, jumbo-type rotor knives are used in such crushers. These have one or two twisted curved teeth. In such a conception the closer with its radial distance from the axis of rotation of the shaft of the shaft tooth is projecting in the direction of rotation of the rotor blade against the outer tooth. These crushers work on the principle that the concentrated on the tooth tips driving force of the shaft on the material to be crushed, which rests on the stator blades as an abutment, acts. Thus, in this concept voltage peaks are introduced into the material to be comminuted in order to comminute it. Even if good comminution results can be achieved with such comminution machines, it is necessary to design a correspondingly stable machine frame for collecting the impacts occurring during such comminution. In addition, such a crushing machine must have a very powerful drive so that the necessary forces for crushing can be applied.
Based on this prior art discussed the invention therefore has the object to improve a generic crushing machine mentioned above so that an effective crushing is possible with a lower power consumption.
This object is achieved according to the invention by an aforementioned, generic crushing machine, wherein the tip of each opposite the tip of an outer tooth in the radial direction of the inner tooth against a rotation axis of the shaft with the respective outer tooth connecting lines against the direction of rotation of the cutter head for the purpose of Crushing is set back using this tooth arrangement.
In contrast to previously known crushers of the generic type, this crusher has rotor blades with a plurality of teeth in the above-described very special arrangement to each other. The arrangement of the teeth is provided such that an outboard tooth of a tooth assembly arranged in advance in the direction of rotation of the rotor in a crushing operation using this tooth arrangement, whereas the inner teeth, which are typically less radially spaced, are set back against this direction counter to the direction of rotation are. Such a tooth arrangement comprises at least two teeth, in rotor knives having tooth arrangements with more than two teeth, the above-described arrangement refers to two teeth in each case, in particular teeth arranged adjacent to one another. With such a tooth arrangement to achieve the introduction of voltage or force peaks in the material to be shredded with a short time interval and at different locations. The force is introduced in this conception first - on the outer tooth, which digs into the material to be shredded, followed by the inputs of the inner teeth connected to the material to be comminuted and this finally leads to the desired crushing. Thus, an introduction of the crushing force is not only punctually on a tooth tip, but on the teeth of such an arrangement. Surprisingly, it has been shown that the power required for a comminuting operation of such a comminution machine for achieving the same comminution result is not insignificantly lower than the power required for operating conventional comminution machine. This is attributed to the realized in the crushing machine concept, the tooth tips come into contact at different positions in a short time interval in the course of the rotational movement of the rotor blade and thereby a more effective crushing is effected. In addition, due to the arrangement of the teeth of a tooth arrangement is not or at most only subordinate the risk that jumps material to be shredded in the radial direction to the outside of the rotating rotor blade. Rather, this is pressed due to the anticipatory arrangement of the outer tooth of such a tooth arrangement to be comminuted material in the direction of the shaft and is therefore trapped by the rotor blade.
Such a crushing machine is particularly effective when the stator knife on its the rotary movement of the rotor blade with its tooth arrangement having cutter head opposite side - ie on its effective stator blade side - formed by inclined flanks case, with the lowest of the case within the on the stator blade projected trajectory of the tooth arrangement is located. In a stator knife designed in this way, the material to be comminuted is pressed into the trap, compressed in the latter by the tooth arrangement on the cutter head, if this is due to the material is possible, and divided in the manner described above. The inclined flanks of the trap support the material shredding.
In such an embodiment, it can be provided that the teeth of such a tooth arrangement are arranged on a straight line connecting the tooth tips, which is arranged at an angle with respect to a line connecting the axis of rotation of such a rotor knife with the outer tooth of this tooth arrangement. It is also possible that the tooth tips of such a tooth arrangement are arranged on a curved line as long as each tooth lying opposite an outer tooth is set back relative to this counter to the direction of rotation of the rotor blade.
The teeth of such a tooth arrangement are preferably sawtooth-like and thus asymmetrical. It has been found that a configuration is advantageous in which the steeper flank forming a tooth is the flank lying in the radial direction and thus the flank pointing inwards has a smaller angle of inclination. As a result of this geometry, these teeth are particularly resistant and able to withstand particularly high forces.
The case of the stator blade is designed asymmetrically in accordance with a preferred embodiment, wherein the flank closer to the shaft is steeper than that of the shaft further lying. In this embodiment, the steeper, inner edge forms a particularly effective abutment in the crushing process. The stator knife trap is typically below the horizontal plane that extends through the axis of rotation of the shaft.
If a comminuting operation is provided in both directions of rotation in such a comminuting machine, two cutter heads with tooth arrangements arranged facing away from one another will be provided. Consequently, such a rotor blade is designed to be double-acting. The two tooth arrangements can also be arranged on a single cutter head. Of course, if desired, a rotor blade may also have more than one such cutter head, for example two or three also three. This depends on the material to be shredded. In such an embodiment, the stator blade has two traps, one trap being disposed on each side of the shaft.
Also possible is an embodiment of the crusher as a so-called two-shaft shredder with two equipped with such rotor knives shafts. Accordingly, the stator knife is designed and then has the required number of traps. The stator blade itself is preferably designed in the manner of a knife bar which traverses the comminuting space transversely to the longitudinal extension of the shafts.

The
Part of the
The
For a shaft change of the
The
In an operation of the crushing
The
Adjacent to the inner tooth 22.3 is a rotor blade section curved with a
The
The
In a left-handed drive of the shaft 6.1 reach the teeth of the
Although the invention has been described with reference to the figures in relation to a crushing machine in which the stator knives are designed as cutter bars and these in turn are combined to a Statormessassette, it is understood that it is not relevant to the realization of the invention and that the invention can also be carried out with conventional stator blade assemblies.
