Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mappe (10) zur Aufbewahrung, insbesondere von Dokumenten, mit einem Mappenrücken (11), an dem eine erste verschwenkbare Lasche (12) angeordnet ist und seitlich davon einander gegenüberliegende weitere verschwenkbare Laschen (13, 14) angeordnet sind, wobei im geschlossenen Zustand der Mappe (10) die erste Lasche (12) auf dem Mappenrücken (11) aufliegt und die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen (13, 14) auf der ersten Lasche (12) aufliegen.

Mappe zur Aufbewahrung, insbesondere von Dokumenten
BESCHREIBUNG
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mappe zur Aufbewahrung, insbesondere von Dokumenten, mit einem Mappenrücken, an dem eine erste verschwenkbare Lasche angeordnet ist und seitlich davon einander gegenüberliegende weitere verschwenkbare Laschen angeordnet sind.
In der DE 890 56 30 Ul und in der EP 047 09 85 Bl werden jeweils gattungsgemäße Mappen beschrieben. Bei diesen Mappen müssen die den Mappenrücken im geschlossenen Zustand der Mappe abdeckenden Laschen einzeln nach außen gebogen werden, um ein Dokument der Mappe hinzuzufügen oder ihr zu entnehmen. Dies kann sehr unhandlich sein, insbesondere wenn man viele Dokumente der Mappe hinzufügen oder entnehmen möchte. Beim Verschließen der Mappe müssen die Laschen ebenfalls einzeln wieder nach innen gebogen werden. Die Erfindung hat die Aufgabe, eine Mappe der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, dass die Bedienbar- keit der Mappe deutlich verbessert wird.
Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe mit einer gattungsgemäßen Mappe, bei der erfindungsgemäß im geschlossenen Zustand der Mappe die erste Lasche auf dem Mappenrücken aufliegt und die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen auf der ersten Lasche aufliegen. Folglich kann die Mappe mit einem Minimum an Handbewegungen geöffnet werden, wenn man die erste Lasche nach außen verschwenkt, da somit die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen durch die erste Lasche ebenfalls nach außen verschwenkt werden.
Die Mappe kann vollständig oder teilweise in ein anderes Produkt integriert werden, wie beispielsweise in Schreibmappen, Arbeitsmappen und dergleichen.
In einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung können die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen mit einem elastischen Band miteinander verbunden sein. Das elastische Band, das vorzugsweise im geöffneten Zustand der Mappe gespannt ist, zieht die beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Laschen zueinander hin, so dass diese ebenfalls nach innen ver- schwenkt werden, sobald die erste Lasche zum Schließen der Mappe nach innen verschwenkt wird. Somit genügt zum Schließen der Mappe eine leichte Fingerbewegung gegen die erste Lasche und die einander gegenüberliegen Laschen verschwenken automatisch nach innen. Außerdem drückt das ge- spannte elastische Band im geöffneten Zustand der Mappe die beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Laschen gegen die Seitenkanten der ersten Lasche, wodurch die Reibung zwi- sehen den Seitenkanten und den beiden anderen gegenüberliegenden Laschen erhöht wird, so dass die Position der Laschen im geöffneten Zustand der Mappe zuverlässig gehalten werden kann.
Die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen können mit einer Vertiefung und/oder mit einem Wulst versehen sein. Auf diese Weise kann die erste Lasche im geöffneten Zustand der Mappe arretiert werden, wenn ihre Seitenkanten in die Vertiefungen eingreifen und/oder über den Wulst hinüber geschoben werden, so dass dieser im geöffneten Zustand der Mappe einen Anschlag für die erste Lasche bildet.
Die Mappe kann eine die erste Lasche und die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen im geschlossenen Zustand der Mappe abdeckende Abdecklasche aufweisen. Somit ist die Mappe im geschlossenen Zustand optimal gegen ein unerwünschtes Herausfallen der darin abgelegten Dokumente ge- sichert.
Die Laschen und die Abdecklasche können mittels Scharnieren mit dem Mappenrücken verbunden sein. Auf diese Weise lassen sich die Laschen um eine definierte Schwenkachse verschwenken.
Zwecks einer wirtschaftlichen Herstellbarkeit können der Mappenrücken, die Laschen und die Abdecklasche einstückig aus einem Basismaterial hergestellt sein. Es ist jedoch auch möglich die Mappe aus mehreren Einzelteilen zusammenzubauen, sodass die Laschen und/oder die Abdecklasche beispielsweise an den Mappenrücken angeklebt sind. Zweckmäßigerweise können die Scharniere auf eine kostengünstige Weise in das Basismaterial eingeprägt sein.
Aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen kann sich als Basismaterial ein Karton und/oder ein Kunststoff anbieten. Es können aber auch hochwertige Materialien, wie beispielsweise Gewebe und Leder Verwendung finden.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Mappe anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert .
Im Einzelnen zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht auf die teilweise geöffnete Mappe;
Fig. 2 eine perspektivische Ansicht auf die voll- ständig geöffnete Mappe.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Mappe 10 mit einem Mappenrücken 11, einer ersten Lasche 12, einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen 13 und 14 und einer Abdecklasche 15. Die Abdeckla- sehe 15 ist nach außen verschwenkt, wohingegen die Laschen 12, 13 und 14 auf dem Mappenrücken 11 aufliegen. Im geschlossenen Zustand der Mappe 10 liegen die Laschen 13 und 14 teilweise auf der Lasche 12 auf. Zum vollständigen Öffnen der Mappe 10 wird die Lasche 12 nach außen ver- schwenkt, wodurch automatisch die auf ihr aufliegenden Laschen 13 und 14 ebenfalls nach außen verschwenkt werden (siehe Fig. 2) . Die beiden Laschen 13 und 14 sind mit einem elastischen Band 16 miteinander verbunden, das im geöffneten Zustand der Mappe 10 gespannt ist (siehe Fig. 2) . Durch das Band 16 werden die beiden Laschen 13 und 14 gegen die Seitenkanten der 17 und 18 gedrückt, so dass die Position der Laschen 12, 13 und 14 im geöffneten Zustand der Mappe 10 zuverlässig gehalten wird. Außerdem begrenzt das Band 16 die Verschwenkbewegung der Lasche 12 beim Öffnen der Mappe 10. Möchte man die Mappe 10 schließen, so wird die Lasche 12 mit einer leichten Fingerbewegung nach innen verschwenkt, so dass die Laschen 13 und 14 durch das gespannte Band 16 automatisch ebenfalls nach innen verschwenken können.
Zum vollständigen Verschließen der Mappe 10 kann die Abdecklasche 15 ebenfalls nach innen verschwenkt werden.
Damit die Laschen 12, 13 und 14 im geöffneten Zustand der Mappe 10 arretiert werden können, können an den Laschen 13 und 14 nach innen vorstehende Wulste 19 und 20 vorgesehen sein. Beim Öffnen der Mappe 10 wird die Lasche 12 so weit nach außen verschwenkt, bis ihre Seitenkanten 17 und 18 über die Wulste 19 und 20 hinüber geschoben werden. Die Wulste 19 und 20 wirken somit als Anschläge und verhindern ein unerwünschtes Verschließen der Mappe.
Ferner ist im Bereich der Vorderkante der Lasche 12 ein ebenfalls nach innen vorstehender Wulst 21 vorgesehen, der die Lasche 12 vom Mappenrücken 11 oder vom Inhalt der Mappe 10 etwas beabstandet und somit das Ergreifen und Anheben der Lasche 12 erleichtert. Zwischen den Laschen 12, 13 und 14 und dem Mappenrücken 11 sowie zwischen der Abdecklasche 15 und dem Mappenrücken 11 sind Scharniere 22, 23, 24 und 25 vorgesehen, die es er- möglichen, die Laschen 12, 13 und 14 sowie die Abdecklasche 15 um eine definierte Schwenkachse zu verschwenken.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Mappe (10) zur Aufbewahrung, insbesondere von Doku- menten, mit einem Mappenrücken (11) , an dem eine erste verschwenkbare Lasche (12) angeordnet ist und seitlich davon einander gegenüberliegende weitere verschwenkbare Laschen (13, 14) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im geschlossenen Zustand der Mappe (10) die erste Lasche (12) auf dem Mappenrücken (11) aufliegt und die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen (13, 14) auf der ersten Lasche (12) aufliegen.
2. Mappe (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen (13, 14) mit einem elastischen Band (16) miteinander verbunden sind.
3. Mappe (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Band (16) im geöffneten Zustand der Mappe (10) gespannt ist.
4. Mappe (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (12) und die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen (13, 14) mit einer Vertiefung versehen sind.
5. Mappe (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (12) und die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen (13, 14) mit einem Wulst (19, 20, 21) versehen sind.
6. Mappe (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine die erste Lasche (12) und die einander gegenüberliegenden weiteren Laschen (13, 14) im geschlossenen Zustand der Mappe (10 abdeckende Abdecklasche (15) aufweist.
7. Mappe (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (12, 13, 14) und die Abdecklasche (15) mittels Scharnieren (22, 23, 24, 25) mit dem Mappenrücken (11) verbunden sind.
8. Mappe (10) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mappenrücken (11), die Laschen (12, 13, 14) und die Abdecklasche (15) einstückig aus einem Basismaterial hergestellt sind.
9. Mappe (10) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharniere (22, 23, 24, 25) in das Basisma- terial eingeprägt sind.
10. Mappe (10) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basismaterial ein Karton und/oder ein Kunststoff ist.
11. Mappe (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie vollständig oder teilweise in andere Produkte integrierbar ist.
