Verfahren zur Herstellung von vorgespannten Betonkonstruktionselementen, insbesondere Betoneisenbahnschwellen mittels Formbett, welches Bewehrungsstähle aufnimmt, wobei in einer Linie eine Vielzahl von Formen hintereinander angeordnet sind und die Bewehrungsstähle über die gesamte Linienlänge eingezogen und gespannt und die Formen mit Beton gefüllt werden, weiterhin die Formen in Formengruppen ausgeführt sind und seitliche Verschlussteile besitzen, wobei weiterhin eine Formentrennung an einem Ende des Formenbettes erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - eine Formengruppe mehrere Formen enthält, welche quer zur Linie angeordnet sind, wobei an jeder Form oder Formengruppe Mittel zur Schienenverfahrbarkeit ausgebildet sind, - nach dem Abtrennen der ersten Formengruppe diese aus dem Spannbett entnommen und mittels der Schienenverfahrbarkeit in einen zentralen Abschnitt zum Ausschalen und zur Formenbehandlung verbracht wird, - nach dem Ausschalen die jeweilige Formengruppe gereinigt und zum erneuten Einsatz vorbereitet wird, wobei diese Schritte räumlich im Bereich des zentralen Abschnittes durchgeführt werden, - die jeweils gereinigten Formengruppen zu einer neuen Linie zusammengestellt werden, bis die gesamte Linienlänge gefüllt und zum Einbringen der Bewehrung und zur Spannung des Bewehrungsstahles bereit ist, - eine Vorrückbewegung des verbleibenden Stranges aus Formengruppen zur Abtrennstation erfolgt, um die folgenden Formengruppen abzutrennen, auszuschalen und zu reinigen, wobei die Hub- und Transportmittel zum Füllen der Formengruppen und Formen mit Frischbeton und die Transportmittel für den Leerformentransport in unterschiedlichen Ebenen zur gleichzeitigen, sich gegenseitig nicht behindernden Benutzung vorgesehen sind.
