Claims (7)
- Dispositif d'étanchéité automatique pour un battant de porte ou fenêtre, dans lequel le battant comporte au moins un bord terminal sensiblement horizontal avec une rainure longitudinale, dans lequel le dispositif d'étanchéité comprend :- un rail de support fixe (2) susceptible d'être inséré dans la rainure longitudinale d'un battant de porte ou fenêtre, et ayant une partie en U sensiblement longitudinale (3) définissant un logement intérieur (4) ;- un profil isolant mobile (5) logé de manière coulissante dans ledit logement (4) et comportant un organe d'étanchéité (6) constitué d'un premier matériau élastomère et conçu pour être pressé sélectivement sur un plancher ou un seuil ;- moyens d'actionnement (7) mobiles dans une direction verticale (Y) pour déplacer ledit organe d'étanchéité (6) entre une position inactive (A) complètement rétractée dans ledit logement (4) et une position active (B) au moins partiellement en saillie dudit logement (4) ;dans lequel ledit profil isolant (5) comprend par ailleurs un organe d'interface (8) constitué d'un matériau sensiblement rigide avec un côté extérieur (9) au moins partiellement en contact constant avec ledit organe d'étanchéité (6) et un côté intérieur (10) susceptible d'interagir avec lesdits moyens d'actionnement (7) pour transmettre la translation (t) desdits moyens d'actionnement (7) audit organe d'étanchéité (6) ;
dans lequel ledit organe d'étanchéité (6) est sensiblement en U, avec une paire de premières branches latérales (11, 11') reliées entre elles par une partie centrale (12) susceptible d'être pressée contre un plancher ou un seuil ;
dans lequel ledit organe d'interface (8) comporte une paire de secondes branches latérales sensiblement verticales (13, 13') associées aux premières branches latérales correspondantes (11, 11') dudit organe d'étanchéité (6) et une section centrale sensiblement horizontale (14) conçue pour interagir avec lesdits moyens d'actionnement (7) et avec ladite partie centrale (12) dudit organe d'étanchéité (6) ;
dans lequel lesdits moyens d'actionnement (7) comprennent un rail pousseur (16) logé dans ledit logement (4) et ayant une partie supérieure en U (17) susceptible d'interagir avec un mécanisme de contrôle extérieur associé au battant ;
caractérisé en ce que lesdites secondes branches latérales (13, 13') sont reliées à ladite section centrale (14) au moyen de joints élastiquement souples (15, 15') respectifs, ledit rail pousseur (16) ayant une partie inférieure sensiblement en C (18) susceptible d'interagir avec ladite section centrale (14) dudit organe d'interface (8), lesdites secondes branches latérales (13, 13') ayant, au niveau desdits joints (15, 15'), des parties divergentes (21, 21'), définissant des plans inclinés respectifs conçus pour interagir avec ladite partie inférieure en C (18) dudit rail pousseur (16), de façon qu'en réponse à la translation (t) de celle-ci de ladite position de repos (A) à ladite position active (B), lesdites secondes branches latérales (13, 13') sont tournées autour desdits joints (15, 15'), et en même temps font interagir lesdites premières branches latérales (11,11') dudit logement (4) et transmettent immédiatement la translation desdites moyens d'actionnement (7) audit organe d'étanchéité (6). - Dispositif d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe d'interface sensiblement rigide (8) est constitué d'un matériau polymère avec lesdits joints (15, 15') constitués d'un second matériau élastomère.
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe d'interface (8) est formé par co-extrusion dudit second matériau élastomère desdits joints (15, 15') avec ledit matériau polymère rigide.
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit profil isolant (5) est produit par une co-extrusion au moins partielle du premier matériau élastomère formant ledit organe d'étanchéité (6) avec le matériau polymère rigide formant ledit organe d'interface (8).
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit profil isolant (5) comprend des moyens d'accouplement (23, 24), pour accoupler fermement ledit organe d'étanchéité (6) audit organe d'interface (8), ledit moyen d'accouplement (23, 24) étant associé à ladite partie centrale (12) dudit organe d'étanchéité (6) et avec ladite section centrale (14) dudit organe d'interface (8).
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites secondes branches latérales (13, 13') sont encharnées l'une à l'autre au niveau d'un plan médian vertical sensiblement longitudinal (π) dudit profil d'étanchéité (5) pour diverger autour desdits joints (15, 15') et pousser lesdites premières branches latérales (11, 11') vers les parois latérales intérieures dudit logement (4) en réponse à la translation (t) desdits moyens d'actionnement (7) de ladite position de repos (A) à ladite position active (B).
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'accouplement comprennent une formation sensiblement en T (23) faisant saillie de ladite section centrale (12) dudit organe d'interface (8) et insérée avec un jeu prédéterminé (g) dans ladite partie inférieure en C (18) dudit rail pousseur (16).
