Claims (10)

  1. Système anti-infiltration d'eau (1), comprenant une porte ou une fenêtre (S) sans seuil rehaussé et comportant un vantail (L) avec un bord inférieur sensiblement horizontal (E1) et une paire de bords latéraux sensiblement verticaux (E2), aussi bien qu'un châssis (T) avec une paire de montants sensiblement verticaux (M), un dispositif d'étanchéité à l'air (2) monté le long du bord inférieur (E1) du vantail (L), et possédant un corps en forme de boîtier (3) avec une surface supérieure (5) définissant un axe longitudinal (X), un premier joint d'étanchéité (6) associé audit corps en forme de boîtier (3), ledit premier joint d'étanchéité (6) étant capable de passer d'une position inactive relevée à une position active abaissée en contact avec le sol (F) et une paire de seconds joints d'étanchéité sensiblement verticaux (26) montés sur les montants (M) du châssis (T), dans lequel le décor en forme de boîtier (3) et ledit premier joint d'étanchéité (6) dans la position abaissée possèdent des surfaces de butée respectives (27, 27') pour lesdits seconds joints d'étanchéité (26), lorsque le vantail (L) est dans la position fermée et ses bords latéraux (E2) font face aux montants (M), dans lequel
    une paire d'éléments de rallonge sensiblement verticaux (25) sont montés sur les bords latéraux (E2) du vantail (L), chacun desdits éléments de rallonge sensiblement verticaux (25) étant placé sur ledit corps en forme de boîtier (3) et possédant une extrémité inférieure (31) qui peut s'appuyer, être soudée ou collée à ladite surface supérieure (5) dudit corps en forme de boîtier (3), au niveau de ses extrémités longitudinales (32), lesdits éléments de rallonge (25) ledit corps en forme de boîtier (3) et ledit premier joint d'étanchéité (6) forment un ensemble dont la hauteur totale prédéterminée (h1 + h2 + h3) est supérieure à la hauteur (h1 + d2) dudit dispositif d'étanchéité à l'air (2) et sensiblement égale à la hauteur (h) desdits seconds joints d'étanchéité (26) pour former un seuil rehaussé avec ceux-ci et empêcher les infiltrations d'eau.
  2. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une paire de supports (33) conçus pour être montés sur les montants (M) de la porte/fenêtre (S) et pour supporter chaque second joint d'étanchéité respectif (26).
  3. Système selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits supports (33) est une partie d'un profilé comportant un siège allongé (34) qui est conçu pour retenir de manière stable un second joint d'étanchéité respectif (26), par frottement, chacun desdits seconds joints d'étanchéité (26) possédant une partie à lèvre (26') faisant saillie de son support respectif (33) et conçue pour entrer en interaction avec ledit dispositif d'étanchéité à l'air (2) et avec un élément de rallonge respectif (25).
  4. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de rallonge (25) sont sensiblement en forme de T, avec une première partie verticale (29) apte à être ancrée dans un renfoncement (R) du bord latéral (E2) du vantail (L) et une seconde partie allongée (30) comprenant ladite surface de butée (27").
  5. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de butée (27, 27", 27") dudit premier joint d'étanchéité (6) dans la position abaissée, dudit corps en forme de boîtier (3) et d'un élément de rallonge respectif (25) sont coplanaires le long d'un plan sensiblement vertical (π).
  6. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier joint d'étanchéité (6) est monté sur des moyens actionneurs (10) mobiles verticalement et logés dans ledit corps en forme de boîtier (3), et a une largeur prédéterminée (I1) dans l'état inactif, ledit premier joint d'étanchéité (6) étant conçu pour se déformer transversalement et pour présenter une plus grande largeur (I2) par rapport à la largeur prédéterminée, de façon à venir en butée avec un second joint d'étanchéité respectif (26) lors du contact avec le sol (F) suite au mouvement de glissement vertical desdits moyens actionneurs (10).
  7. Système selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit joint d'étanchéité (6) comprend une paire d'appendices centraux (7) conçus pour venir en contact avec le sol (F) dans la position abaissée et une branche latérale sensiblement verticale (8) partiellement logée dans ledit corps en forme de boîtier (3).
  8. Système selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens actionneurs (10) comprennent un rail de poussée (12) avec une paire de saillies inférieures (13', 13") reliées l'une à l'autre par une partie de liaison horizontale (14) et une saillie supérieure sensiblement horizontale (15), lesdits moyens actionneurs (10) comprenant également une paire d'éléments façonnés au moins partiellement rigides (20, 21), qui sont respectivement accouplés aux appendices centraux (7) et à la branche verticale (8) dudit premier joint d'étanchéité (6), ledit rail (12) étant apte à glisser verticalement par rapport auxdits éléments façonnés (20, 21) lorsque ledit premier joint d'étanchéité (6) entre en contact avec le sol (F).
  9. Système selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, pendant le glissement du rail (12) par rapport auxdits éléments façonnés (20, 21), l'élément façonné (21) accouplé à la branche latérale (8) dudit premier joint d'étanchéité (6) définit une fin de course pour la saillie supérieure (15) dudit rail (12) et l'élément façonné (20) accouplé auxdits appendices (7) définit une fin de course pour ladite partie de liaison (14).
  10. Système selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément façonné (20) accouplé aux appendices (7) comprend un logement (22) délimité par une paroi inclinée (23) et apte à recevoir l'une desdites saillies inférieures (13') pendant le mouvement de glissement relatif dudit rail (12) par rapport auxdits éléments façonnés (20, 21), le mouvement de glissement de ladite saillie inférieure (13') le long de la paroi inclinée (23) étant apte à provoquer la déformation transversale dudit premier joint d'étanchéité (6).
