Abstract

L’invention concerne une mandoline (100, 200, 300) comportant un cadre de mandoline (1) qui présente une plaque d’amenée (2, 2'), une plaque de sortie (3) ainsi qu'une lame horizontale (4) munie d’au moins une arête coupante (5) ménagée sur la plaque de sortie (3) au point de transition entre cette dernière et la plaque d’amenée (2, 2'), la face supérieure de la plaque d’amenée (2, 2') étant ou pouvant être abaissée par rapport au niveau de l’arête coupante (5) selon une largeur de coupe prédéfinie. La mandoline comprend également des premiers couteaux verticaux (17, 17') qui peuvent être réglés, par l’intermédiaire d’un mécanisme de réglage (14, 14'), dans une position dépassant de la plaque d’amenée (2, 2') ou dans une position rentrée dans la plaque d’amenée (2, 2') et qui sont agencés mobiles entre la position rentrée et la position de travail de manière sensiblement perpendiculaire et linéaire par rapport à la face supérieure de la plaque d’amenée (2, 2').
