Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Montieren einer Führerkabine (1) für einen Zug, aufweisend eine Tragekonstruktion (3), die ein Innenvolumen (3a) definiert, wobei die Tragekonstruktion (3) eine obere Öffnung (3b) zum Aufnehmen von Glasscheiben der Führerkabine aufweist, wobei die Führerkabine eine Verglasung (2) aufweist, die eine Gesamtheit aus einem einzigen Stück bildet, die an der Tragekonstruktion (3) befestigt ist, um die obere Öffnung (3b) zu bedecken und um das Innenvolumen (3a) einzuschließen, wobei die Verglasung (2) aufweist: einen Verglasungsrahmen (10), der mit Stützen (11) ausgestattet ist, die zwischen einander mindestens zwei Öffnungen definieren, und mindestens zwei Glasscheiben (4, 5, 6), die jeweils jede Öffnung abdecken, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist: :
    - einerseits Montieren der Tragekonstruktion (3) der Führerkabine (1) und
    - andererseits Montieren der Verglasung (2), wobei der Schritt des Montierens der Verglasung (2) das Befestigen der Glasscheiben (4, 5, 6) an dem Kabinenverglasungsrahmen (10) aufweist, und anschließend
    - Befestigen der Verglasung (2) aus einem Stück an der Tragekonstruktion (3), um die obere Öffnung (3b) zu bedecken und um das Innenvolumen (3a) einzuschließen.
  2. Montageverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei vor dem Befestigen der Verglasung (2) an der Tragekonstruktion (3) Einrichtungen in der Führerkabine (1) montiert werden, indem die Einrichtungen durch die obere Öffnung (3b) der Tragkonstruktion (3) hindurchgeführt werden.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Schritt des Befestigens der Glasscheiben das Befestigen der Gesamtheit der feststehenden Glasscheiben der Kabine (1) am Kabinenverglasungsrahmen (10) aufweist.
  4. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Befestigens der Glasscheiben das Befestigen der Gesamtheit der Glasscheiben der Führerkabine (1) am Verglasungsrahmen (10) aufweist.
  5. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Befestigens der Glasscheiben das Befestigen des Umfangsrandes jeder Glasscheibe (4, 5, 6) an den Stützen (11) des Verglasungsrahmens (10) mittels mechanischer Befestigungsmittel (14, 16) aufweist.
  6. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Montierens der Verglasung aufweist: einen Schritt, der darin besteht, jede Glasscheibe (4, 5, 6) durch einen Metallrahmen (7) zu umgeben, der den Umfangsrand der Glasscheibe (4, 5, 6) bildet, und das Befestigen des Rahmens (7) an den Stützen (11) mittels mechanischer Befestigungsmittel (14, 16).
  7. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Montierens der Verglasung aufweist: das Befestigen des Umfangsrandes jeder Glasscheibe (4, 5, 6) an einem Metallflansch (13) mittels mechanischer Befestigungsmittel (16) und das Befestigen des Metallflansches (13) an den Stützen (11) des Kabinenverglasungsrahmens (10).
  8. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Montierens der Verglasung einen Schritt aufweist, der darin besteht, Dichtungsmittel (21) zwischen dem Umfangsrand jeder Glasscheibe (4, 5, 6) und dem Verglasungsrahmen (10) anzuordnen.
