Claims (21)

  1. Dispositif (10) de transfert d'articles en forme de tiges (14) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac à partir d'un magasin (15) dans un conduit de transport, comprenant une unité d'émission (11) qui comporte un tambour (12) pouvant être entraîné en rotation et pourvu d'auges (13) pour recevoir et transporter les articles en forme de tiges (14) transversalement à leur axe depuis un magasin jusque dans la région d'une zone de soufflage (16), caractériséen ce que le tambour (12) et la zone de soufflage (16) sont reliés entre eux par une cheminée d'accumulation (18) pour le transport des articles (14) transversalement à leur axe du tambour (12) à la zone de soufflage (16) et l'unité de transport (19) constituée du tambour (12) et de la cheminée d'accumulation (18) est disposée dans une chambre principale (21) conçue en tant que chambre de pression (20), et en ce qu'est disposé, en amont de la chambre principale (21), dans la direction de transport F des articles (14) sortant du magasin, un sas sous pression (22) permettant la réception et le stockage intermédiaire des articles (14).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'est associé à la chambre de pression (20) un premier accès (23) pour établir un niveau de pression à l'intérieur de la chambre de pression (20) et pour alimenter en air de transport la zone de soufflage (16).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (12) est réalisé sous forme de tambour creux, dans lequel les auges (13) sont reliées via des ouvertures (55) à l'espace intérieur (56) du tambour (12), et en ce qu'est associé à la chambre de pression (20) un dispositif (61) pour créer une différence de pression entre la chambre principale (21) et l'espace intérieur (56) du tambour (12).

  14. Procédé de transfert d'articles en forme de tiges (14) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac à partir d'un magasin (15) dans un conduit de transport, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - réception des articles (14) dans un tambour (12) pourvu d'auges (13),
    - rotation du tambour (12) de sorte que les articles sont transportés transversalement à leur axe de la région du magasin (15) dans la région d'une zone de soufflage (16),
    - délivrance des articles (14) dans la zone de soufflage (16) et évacuation des articles (14) hors de la zone de soufflage (16) dans le conduit de transport,
    caractérisé en ce que les articles (14) sont acheminés, via un sas sous pression (22), à une chambre principale (21) conçue en tant que chambre de pression (20), les articles (14) étant transportés à l'intérieur de la chambre de pression (20) transversalement à leur axe depuis le tambour (12) jusqu'à la zone de soufflage (16) via une cheminée d'accumulation (18).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'un niveau de pression constant est maintenu à l'intérieur de la chambre de pression (20) par le sas sous pression (22).
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que les articles (14) sont prélevés radialement du tambour (12) par un peigne et amenés à la cheminée d'accumulation (18).
  17. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que les articles (14) sont introduits de manière cadencée dans la zone de soufflage (16) en un flux de transport constant depuis la cheminée d'accumulation (18), et entraînés par le flux de transport.
  18. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 14 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le niveau de pression à l'intérieur de la chambre de pression (20) fournit à la fois l'air de transport et l'air nécessaire à la projection des articles (14).
  19. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 14 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'une différence de pression est créée à l'intérieur de la chambre de pression (20) entre la chambre principale (21) et un espace intérieur (56) du tambour (12) de façon à assister la réception des articles (14) dans les auges (13) et à maintenir ensuite les articles (14) sur le tambour (12).
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la pression différentielle est créée à l'aide d'une pompe (62) et/ou d'un corps de buse (66).
  21.
