Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lock for wing systems, in particular for sliding door systems.
  • the DE3427609 discloses all features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Latches of the aforementioned type are known per se.
  • a locking latch for tilt windows is shown.
  • Serving as a locking element guide pin is taken in a translucent guided in a slot of a corresponding longitudinal guide and further attached to a scissor arm of a tilting fitting of an associated window sash.
  • the slot ends at one end in an end limit, which has the shape of a circular hole whose diameter is larger than the slot is wide.
  • the longitudinal guide is elastic. Therefore, it is the guide pin possible to be moved along the slot and locked in the circular hole, whereby the locking or wing detection is achieved.
  • the disadvantage is that the lock is constantly effective.
  • a sliding door lock is known in which a kind of locking bell is arranged rotationally fixed to a drive pulley of a sliding door drive. To the drive pulley, an endless traction means of the sliding door drive is performed. The bell instructs a preferably circumferentially formed, extending parallel to the axis of rotation of the bell wall recesses.
  • a locking bolt can be translationally moved transversely to the axis of rotation towards the recesses and engaged with a respective one of the recesses. This prevents rotation of the bell. As a result, the drive disk no longer rotates and thus the sliding door wings which are effectively coupled with the traction means can no longer be moved.
  • the disadvantage of this solution is that rotating parts must be present in order to accomplish the locking can.
  • An application, for example, to other door systems is hard to realize.
  • the structure is relatively large and complex. The object of the invention is to counteract the aforementioned disadvantages.
  • a device according to the invention for locking at least one wing of a wing system has a first locking element and a second locking element.
  • the first locking element comprises at one end a first latching element.
  • the second locking element comprises at a first locking element facing the end of a second locking element.
  • This second latching element is designed to be latchingly engaged in the locking position with the first latching element.
  • the second locking element is also adapted to be fixed in relation to the wing system.
  • the first locking element is arranged to be arranged with respect to the at least one wing such that the first locking element upon movement of the at least one wing with this Movement is correspondingly moved such that the first locking element is moved depending on the direction of movement of the at least one wing translationally in a locking position on the second locking element to or in an unlocked position of the second locking element.
  • the first locking element is also moved due to a wing movement, whereas the second locking element remains in one and the same place with respect to the entire wing system.
  • One of the locking elements also includes an activation element that allows the latching operative engagement between the first locking element and the second locking element according to a locking position or prevented according to a release position upon actuation. Ie.
  • the activation element causes an arming or switching off the wing lock thus formed.
  • the translational movement of the first locking element makes it possible to integrate the locking device in any type of wing system, which has a translationally moving part, which is moved by the respective wing, or which is otherwise capable of, via the wing movement a part translatorisch (to move).
  • This solution is thus completely independent of the type of any existing rempligelbetuschigers who is able to move the respective wing in at least one direction. Ie.
  • This solution can also be used in purely manually operated wing systems. In addition, this solution is easy to integrate in wing systems.
  • the second locking element is designed to be fixedly mounted in the region or in a receiving groove of a stationary with respect to the wing system or the respective wing arranged guide member.
  • This allows easy integration of the second locking element. It is in fact possible, simply insert the first locking element in the receiving groove translationally movable. It can then assume the function of a slider, for example. This results in the advantage that the space required for the locking arrangement thus formed can be kept to a minimum.
  • the first or the second latching element has a latching projection, according to which the respective other latching element has a locking part corresponding to this latching projection.
  • Suitable locking parts are in turn a latching projection or a recess.
  • the latching part comprises a first pass-through part which has a recess which serves for the latching explained below.
  • Pass-through part means that the latching projection for the purpose of locking said wing passes through this latching recess.
  • the latching recess is formed continuously in the first pass-through part. It is also movable at a right angle to the translatory movement path of the latching projection such that the latching recess is arranged in the release position so that the latching projection can move along its translatory movement path through the latching recess.
  • the Locking recess is arranged in the release position so that the locking projection along its translational movement path can freely move back and forth through it.
  • the latching part further comprises a second pass-through part, which is arranged on a latching projection facing side of the first pass-through part. It likewise has a recess, similar to the first penetration part, which recess is continuous in the second penetration part. It is stationary in relation to the second locking element arranged such that the locking projection along its translational movement path through the recess can move freely back and forth. Ie. this recess is not the lock but for example as a stop for the first locking element.
  • the recesses of the naturalgriffsmaschine are thus arranged to each other that the locking projection, if he passes through both recesses, is prevented from moving from the recess to a recess in the direction of the second passage portion at least to a predetermined extent and thus detent with the latching recess is in operative engagement.
  • the recesses take each other different positions in release and blocking position.
  • the pass-through parts abut each other.
  • the recess of the respective penetration part has a, seen in the direction of movement of the latching projection, to the outer contour ebenjenen latching projection substantially complementary inner contour.
  • the penetration parts preferably each have a portion which extend parallel to each other and are plate-like.
  • the plate-like design of the für Bachsmaschine allows, seen transversely to the direction of movement of the locking projection, a very economical space utilization.
  • the second locking element seen along the direction of movement of the locking projection, is very short and thus saves space.
  • the latching projection is preferably tapering at its end facing the latching recess in the direction of the latching recess, and is furthermore preferably mushroom-shaped. This makes it possible to push the locking projection through the recesses of the fürgriffsile through to the aforementioned operative intervention, even if they are already in the locked position.
  • the latching projection can also be designed so that the latching projection can be moved out of the latching recess by overcoming the locking or locking force produced by the operative engagement with the latching recess and also in the opposite direction of movement. Ie. With such a locking projection is a very simple and inexpensive way a wing lock with overload protection feasible.
  • the aforementioned activation element is preferably formed by means of an electromagnet which, when actuated, the first penetration part in Release or moved in locked position.
  • the electromagnet has the advantage of defined working positions (locking, unlocking) of the locking arrangement and can also be easily adapted via the energization of desired holding or locking forces.
  • pulsed current can be used.
  • at least one of the locking elements on a side facing the respective other locking element on a stop for the respective other locking element is easily a limitation for the locking projection during its movement in the direction of corresponding locking element feasible.
  • the second locking element is adapted to be fixed in relation to a guide or slide rail of the wing system.
  • the first locking element can also be accommodated in the guide or slide rail directly or indirectly in a translatory manner on the second locking element to and away from it. This allows an elegant and in the extreme case completely invisible integration of the second locking element using the already existing guide or slide rail. Thus, parts of already existing wing systems are used. Furthermore, this results in both space-technical and optical advantages, since the second locking element can be hidden optically.
  • the second locking element is adapted to be fixedly mounted on or in the guide or slide rail. This has the advantage that only on or in this rail appropriate mounting options must occur. In addition, no edits are necessary on the wing or other parts of the wing system, on the one hand the assembly or retrofitting facilitates, on the other hand, but also allows a visually-traced decommissioning.
  • the wing system thus has at least one movable wing, at least one with respect to the wing system or the at least one movable wing fixedly arranged guide or slide rail with a receiving groove and at least one of the above-described locking devices.
  • the wing system preferably comprises at least one wing designed as a pivoting wing.
  • This wing is operatively connected via a slide linkage with a Schwenkerielbetuschiger, so a swing door drive or door closer.
  • the wing system has a slide, in which a slider is added translationally guided, which in turn is freely rotatably articulated on the sliding arm of the linkage.
  • the first locking element may be part of or replace the slider.
  • the wing system has at least one wing designed as a sliding (door) wing.
  • Such wings are usually suspended above the respective wing arranged support and / or guide rails or guided along their path of movement.
  • the mounting rail can thus additionally serve for the direct or indirect guidance of the second locking element, for example via a carriage operatively connected to the wing.
  • the above-described locking arrangement is very simple and preferably invisible to the user integrated.
  • FIG. 1 shows a locking arrangement 1 according to an embodiment of the invention.
  • the arrangement 1 comprises by way of example a mounting rail 10 of an exemplary sliding door system.
  • the sliding door system is linear motor based in the example shown.
  • the support rail 10 is used in the example shown in a receiving portion 11 at least the inclusion of a stator, not shown here of the linear motor.
  • Another, separately formed receiving portion 12 is mainly used for guided recording preferably of carriage 20 one here not shown sliding sash. The sliding sash is received in the support rail 10 via aforementioned carriages 20.
  • the carriage 20 by way of example a receiving profile 21, the down, d. H. towards the wing, open.
  • This opening serves to carry out a respective driver 23, which actively connects the receiving profile 21 with said wing.
  • a rotor 22 is used, which has a series of permanent magnets in the example shown.
  • the rotor 22 enters the stator in a known manner in magnetic interaction.
  • a locking member 30 is fixedly mounted.
  • the locking element 30 is attached by means of a stop portion 31 on the front side or in the profile 21.
  • a shaft 33 connects to the stop portion 31, at the free end of a preferably plizkopfartiger locking projection 32 is formed. Ie. the locking projection 32 tapers in the direction of its free end.
  • the shaft 33 has a smaller diameter than a maximum outer diameter of the latching projection 32. Stopping section 31, shaft 33 and latching projection 32 are fastened to each other or formed integrally in part or in the entirety.
  • a locking element 100 is a locking element 100 in the region of the left end side of the support rail 10 in the region of the left end side of the support rail 10 in a locking element 100.
  • the locking element 100 has a mounting portion 102 which is received, for example, by clamping in the support rail 10 and in its receiving portion 12.
  • mounting options such as screws, locking, welding, gluing and the like are conceivable.
  • FIG. 2 shows the locking arrangement 1 of FIG. 1 in section along a line A - A in FIG. 1 ,
  • the locking element 100 comprises two so-called pass-through parts 110, 120.
  • the function of these parts will be explained later.
  • the penetration part 110 preferably has centrally a recess 111, which is formed in the example shown as a circular through hole and extends along the direction of movement of the locking projection 32, ie here along the longitudinal extent of the support rail 10 and the profile 20.
  • the penetration part 110 is transversely to the direction of movement of the locking projection 32 and the carriage 20, ie obliquely to the bottom right in FIG. 2 , guided translationally movable.
  • the locking element 100 also has an activating element here in the form of an electromagnet 101.
