Claims (9)
- Modulares Konstruktionssystem, bestehend aus einem System, bei welchem das Rohbaumodul als die Zusammenfügung durch Aneinanderreihung und/oder durch Übereinanderlegen von mehreren vorgefertigten Gebäudeeinheiten (1) vorliegt, wobei jede von diesen Gebäudeeinheiten (1) ein Grundgerüst umfasst, das durch eine Aneinanderreihung in koaxialer Ausrichtung von einer Vielzahl von Elementen in Form eines Rahmens (2) gebildet ist, die paarweise beabstandet und durch untere Längsträger (30, 34) und durch obere Längsträger (31, 34) zusammengefügt sind, wobei die besagten Rahmen (2) jeweils einen unteren Querträger (20), vorgesehen, um den einen von den Bodenträgem zu bilden, zwei Seitenstützen (21, 22), vorgesehen, um jeweils den einen von den Befestigungshaltern der inneren und der äußeren Wandplatten (4) zu bilden, und zumindest einen oberen Querträger (23), vorgesehen, um den einen Befestigungshalter einer Decke zu bilden, umfassen, wobei das Konstruktionssystem dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die besagten oberen oder unteren Längsträger (30, 31, 34) von jeder der besagten Gebäudeeinheiten die besagten Rahmen (2) äußerlich umsäumen, und jeder von diesen Längsträgern (30, 31, 34) geeignet ausgelegt ist, um mit dem entsprechenden Längsträger (30, 31, 34) einer benachbarten Gebäudeeinheit (1) verbunden werden zu können; während jeder von den besagten oberen Längsträgern (31, 34) geeignet ausgelegt ist, um durch zwei übereinander angeordnete Gebäudeeinheiten (1) geteilt werden zu können, und einen unteren Längsträger davon darzustellen.
- Modulares Konstruktionssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder von den Längsträgern (30, 31, 34) zumindest auf der Seite, die vorgesehen ist, um die Rahmen (2) aufzunehmen, einen winkelförmigen Längsabschnitt aufweist, der einen Raum (E) abgrenzt, der geeignet ausgelegt ist, um den Verbindungsbereich eines Querträgers (20, 23) und einer Stütze (21, 22) von einem Rahmen (2) aufzunehmen.
- Modulares Konstruktionssystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsträger mehr als einen winkelförmigen Längsabschnitt umfassen, derart, um die Rahmen (2) von mehreren Gebäudeeinheiten (1) aufzunehmen.
- Modulares Konstruktionssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rahmen (2) im Verbindungsbereich eines Querträgers (20, 23) und einer Stütze (21, 22) an der lateralen Außenseite eine Nut (25) umfassen, die vorgesehen ist, um zwecks Verbindung durch formschlüssiges Ineinandergreifen eine Rippe (36) mit entsprechendem Querschnitt zu umfassen, die der Verbindungslängsträger (34) der Länge nach umfasst.
- Modulares Konstruktionssystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Überlagerung von Gebäudeeinheiten (1) die Rahmen (2) der oberen Gebäudeeinheit (1) eine Nut (25) in dem Verbindungsbereich ihres unteren Querträgers (20) und einer Stütze (21, 22) umfassen, während die Rahmen (2) der unteren Gebäudeeinheit (1) eine Nut (25) in dem Verbindungsbereich ihres oberen Querträgers (23) und einer Stütze (21, 22) umfassen, wobei die besagten Nuten (25) durch formschlüssiges Ineinandergreifen mit derselben Längsrippe (36) des Verbindungslängsträgers (34) zusammenwirken.
- Modulares Konstruktionssystem nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsträger(3) längs angeordnet Abstandshalter (33) umfassen, die es erlauben, die Rahmen (2) beabstandet von einander zu halten.
- Modulares Konstruktionssystem nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsträger (3, 30, 31, 34) jeweils äußerlich eine vertikale Fläche (37) aufweisen, die eine Festbindung an der entsprechenden Fläche eines Längsträgers (3, 30, 31, 34) einer benachbarten Gebäudeeinheit (1) erlaubt.
- Modulares Konstruktionssystem nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder von den Rahmen (2) aus einer Zusammenfügung von Holzstücken besteht.
- Modulares Konstruktionssystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das jedes Holzstück, das für die Herstellung eines Rahmens (2) vorgesehen ist, durch ein Panel gebildet ist, das sich in der Ebene des Rahmens (2) erstreckt, und das durch das Zusammenfügen von mehreren nebeneinandergestellten oder beabstandeten Holzstücken gebildet ist.
