Claims (10)
- Werkzeug zur Erzeugung wenigstens einer Falte an einem Bogen oder einem Streifen (11),der aus einem wenigstens verhältnismäßig starren Material besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es selektiv in Bezug auf den Bogen oder den Streifen (11) bewegt werden kann, um wenigstens eine erste betriebliche Position, in der es sich in Bezug auf den Bogen oder den Streifen (11) in einer ersten Ebene befindet und eine fortlaufende oder blinde Falte (11a) ausführen kann, und eine zweite betriebliche Position zu definieren, in der es sich in einer zweiten Ebene befindet, die in Bezug auf den Bogen oder den Streifen (11) niedriger als die erste Ebene ist, und eine durchgehende oder segmentierte Falte (11b) ausführen kann, oder einen Schnitt ausführen kann.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens eine aus einem starren Material bestehende Scheibe (15) umfasst, die in der Umfangsrichtung mit wenigstens einem Schneidesegment (16), das an der Dicke des Bogens oder des Streifens (11) eine durchgehende oder segmentierte Falte (11b) oder einen Schnitt ausführen kann, und wenigstens einer Krone (17) versehen ist, die aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material besteht, das normalerweise angeordnet ist, um wenigstens das Schneidesegment (16) der Scheibe (15) abzudecken, und eine fortlaufende oder blinde Falte (11a) ausführen kann.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krone (17) einen derartigen Härtegrad aufweist, dass sie bei einem ersten Arbeitsdruck einer Verformung standhält und an der Dicke des Bogens oder des Streifens (11) eine fortlaufende oder blinde Falte (11a) ausführt, und dass sie sich bei einem zweiten Arbeitsdruck, der höher als der erste Arbeitsdruck ist, in einer im Wesentlichen radialen Richtung elastisch zu dem Inneren der Scheibe (15) hin verformen kann, um das Schneidesegment (16) freizulegen und die Ausführung der relativen durchgehenden oder segmentierten Falte (11b) oder des Schnitts an dem Bogen oder dem Streifen (11) zu gestatten.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (15) eine Vielzahl Schneidesegmente (16) umfasst, die in Bezug zueinander winkelig um einen vorherbestimmten Teilungswinkel versetzt sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krone (17) angeordnet ist, wenigstens eine seitliche Flanke (16a) und eine äußere kreisförmige Oberseite (16b) jedes Schneidesegments (16) abzudecken.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krone (17) zwei ringförmige Teile (19, 20) umfasst, von denen jeder so angeordnet ist, dass er eine relative gegenüberliegende seitliche Flanke (16a) des Schneidesegments abdeckt, und dass sie gemeinsam die äußere ringförmige Oberseite (16b) abdecken.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Material der Krone (17) einen Härtegrad aufweist, der zwischen etwa 45 und etwa 65 Einheiten der Shore-Skala liegt.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Drehkörper (12) umfasst, an dem wenigstens zwei Scheiben (15) im Wesentlichen parallel und koaxial zueinander angebracht sind, um an dem Bogen oder dem Streifen (11) gleichzeitig wenigstens zwei parallele Falten (11a, 11b) oder Schnitte auszuführen.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Abstandselement (21) umfasst, das zwischen die beiden Scheiben (15) eingefügt ist und sie um einen festgelegten Abstand voneinander beabstandet halten kann.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der beiden Scheiben (15) seitlich mit einer Metallkante (22) verbunden ist, die sich radial von dem Drehkörper (12) erstreckt.
