Die Seitenkontur 88f bildet eine einem vor der Kochfeldvorrichtung stehenden Bediener zugewandte Vorderkante der Bedienmittelträgereinheit 10f. Das Bedienmittel 18f ist im funktionsmäßig gekoppelten Zustand in radialer Richtung zu seiner Drehachse 58f in Richtung der Seitenkontur 88f mittels der Bedienmittelträgereinheit 10f gesichert bzw. in seiner Bewegung begrenzt, und zwar durch einen kreisförmigen Randbereich des Aufnahmebereichs 44f der Bedienmittelträgereinheit 10f. Baking oven with an operating means (18e) comprising a permanent magnet (68e) and with at least one support unit (32e) with a magnetic field generation means (48e), which is provided for axle-free, shaft-free and non-destructive releasable support of the operating means (18e), wherein the support unit (32e) at least partly forms at least one operating means support unit (10e), wherein the support unit (32e) supports the operating means (18e) rotatably in one operating state, wherein the magnetic field generation means (48e) attracts the permanent magnet (68e) of the operating means (18e), through which the operating means (18e) is attached to the operating means carrier unit (10e) of the support unit (32e), wherein the operating means carrier unit (10e) is formed by a panel unit (12e), wherein the operating means (18e) rests on an operating means contact surface (38e) and is attached to it by a force fit, through which the operating means contact surface (38e) accepts a weight force of the operating means (18e), characterised in that the operating means support unit (10e) is provided, in at least one operating state, to hold at least the operating means (18e) arranged on the front side in relation to at least one horizontal direction of view, wherein, in a front view of the baking oven in one operating state, the operating means (18e) is arranged on the front side and is held by the operating means support unit (10e), wherein the operating means support unit (10e) forms a receiving area (44e), which is surrounded by the circular-shaped operating means contact surface (38e) and a cylinder jacket-shaped surface area of the operating means support unit (10e) at its edge, wherein the operating means (18e) is arranged in the operating state at a distance from the cylinder jacket-shaped surface area of the panel unit (12e), and wherein a surface extent direction (40e) of the operating means contact surface (38e) is parallel to a vertical direction (64e) and thus has a vertical component (42e), wherein in the assembled state of the operating means (18e) the panel unit (12e) is flush against an operating surface (46e) of the operating means (18e).
  2. Baking oven according to claim 1,
    characterised by
    at least one attachment means (36e) which is provided for attaching the operating means (18e) by means of at least one force based on electricity.
  3. Baking oven according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterised by
    at least one operating means contact surface (38e), which in at least one operating state, absorbs at least a part of the weight force of the operating means (18e) and has at least one surface extent direction (40e) which in at least one operating state has a non-disappearing vertical component (42e).
  4. Baking oven according to one of the previous claims,
    characterised in that
    the operating means support unit (10e) forms at least one receiving area (44e) which is provided for receiving the operating means (18e).
  5. Baking oven according to one of the previous claims,
    characterised by
    at least one of the operating means (18e) and at least one magnetic field generation means (48e) which, in a frontal view of the operating means (18e), is arranged at least partly behind the operating means (18e).
