Description

Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Hausgerätvorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Aus der Druckschrift DE 10 2006 048 418 A1 ist ein Hausgerät mit einer Bedienvorrichtung bekannt. Die Bedienvorrichtung weist einen Muldenrahmen auf, welcher eine Blende bildet und in welchen Schalter eingelassen sind. Ferner weist die Bedienvorrichtung einen Drehknebel auf. Der Drehknebel ist von einer Kochfläche achsenlos, wellenlos und zerstörungsfrei ablösbar gelagert und magnetisch befestigt.
Die Druckschrift DE 44 32 399 C2 offenbart einen Schalter mit einem in Umfangsrichtung drehbaren, kreisförmigen Rotor und mit einem in Abhängigkeit von der Winkelstellung des Rotors Schaltbefehle abgebenden Stator, bei dem Rotor und Stator durch eine Bedienfläche eines Geräts, insbesondere eines Haushaltgeräts, getrennt sind, wobei der Rotor ein Gehäuseteil mit mindestens einem in dessen Randbereich angeordneten Permanentmagneten beinhaltet, der auf mindestens ein im Stator befindliches, dem Randbereich des Gehäuseteils zugeordnetes magnetempfindliches Schaltelement wirkt. Der Rotor kann magnetisch an einer metallischen Bedienblende befestigt sein.
Die Druckschrift EP 0 797 227 A2 offenbart eine Kochfeldvorrichtung mit einer Bedienelementauflagefläche, an welcher ein Bedienelement angeordnet werden kann. Das Bedienelement weist ein Blechteil und mehrere unterhalb des Blechteils auf der Kochplatte sowie unter der Kochplatte auf einer Scheibe angeordnete Permanentmagnete, die die Scheibe mit dem Blechteil verbinden, sowie mit einer Sensoreinheit auf. Die Scheibe weist eine Kodierung auf, welche die Sensoreinheit sensiert und dadurch eine Drehposition des Bedienelements feststellt.
Die Druckschrift DE 102 29 629 A1 offenbart eine Vorrichtung zur Steuerung von elektrischen Geräten, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Sensoreinrichtung und ein Bedienelement aufweist, welches mittels Magnetkraft an einer Betriebsposition mittels einer Halteeinrichtung in Form eines magnetisch aktiven Metallsterns, welcher unter der Betriebsposition des Bedienelements angeordnet ist, gehalten wird.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht insbesondere darin, eine gattungsgemäße Vorrichtung mit verbesserten Eigenschaften hinsichtlich einer einfachen Bauweise und einer verbesserten Sensierbarkeit bereitzustellen. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst, während vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung den Unteransprüchen entnommen werden können.
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Hausgerätvorrichtung, insbesondere Kochfeldvorrichtung, mit wenigstens einer Bedienelementanlagefläche, an welcher in wenigstens einem Betriebszustand ein funktionsmäßig gekoppeltes Bedienelement anliegt.
Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Hausgerätvorrichtung wenigstens ein Halteblechelement aufweist, welches in dem Betriebszustand eine magnetische Hauptbefestigungskraft auf das Bedienelement ausübt. Unter einem "funktionsmäßig gekoppelten Zustand" eines Bedienelements soll insbesondere ein Betriebszustand des Bedienelements verstanden werden, in welchem ein Bediener durch ein Betätigen des Bedienelements, welches insbesondere ein Drücken und/oder ein Drehen und/oder ein Schieben des Bedienelements ist, einen Bedienvorgang durchführen kann. Hierdurch kann bei einer hohen Funktionalität eine kostengünstige Bauweise erreicht werden. Insbesondere kann erreicht werden, dass von dem Bedienelement durchgeführte Bedienbewegungen auf einfache Weise registrierbar sind.
Weitere Vorteile ergeben sich aus der folgenden Zeichnungsbeschreibung. In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Ferner liegt hierdurch am Ort der ersten Sensoreinheit 22 eine bestimmte magnetische Feldstärke vor, welche betragsmäßig größer ist als eine magentische Feldstärke, welche am Ort der ersten Sensoreinheit 22 vorliegen würde, wenn die Hausgerätvorrichtung frei von dem Halteblechelement 14 wäre. Dadurch wirkt das Halteblechelement 14 als Verstärkungseinheit, welche die von der ersten Sensoreinheit 22 zu sensierende magentische Feldstärke verstärkt. Claims (11)

  1.
