Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schrankmöbel mit einem Möbelkorpus und wenigstens einer Frontjalousie, die parallel zueinander angeordnete miteinander verbindbare Profilelemente aufweist und die in am Möbelkorpus angeordneten Führungsnuten geführt ist.
- Derartige Schrankmöbel sind aus dem Stand der Technik bereits bekannt.
Es werden Schrankmöbel beschrieben, bei denen Profilelemente zum Bilden eines Rollladens mit jeweils benachbarten Profilelementen gelenkig verbindbar sind und die zum Öffnen bzw. zum Verschließen dieser Schrankmöbel vorgesehen sind. Die aus verschiedenartigen Profilelementen bestehenden in Schrankmöbeln angeordneten Rollladen bzw. Frontjalousien verursachen beim Öffnen und Verschließen materialbedingt selber Geräusche. Nachteilig bei diesen Schrankmöbeln aus dem Stand der Technik wird gesehen, dass insbesondere bei der Verwendung in beispielsweise Großraumbüros mit einem an sich hohen Geräuschpegel der Einsatz dieser Schrankmöbel dazu führt, den den Geräuschpegel verursachenden Schall weiter zu verteilen, da dieser an der Oberfläche der Schrankmöbel und insbesondere der Frontjalousien zurückreflektiert wird.
Die dabei entstehende Geräuschkulisse, insbesondere in größeren Büroräumen, ist nicht förderlich für das Verständigungs- und Arbeitsklima der dort tätigen Mitarbeiter. - So ist beispielsweise in der
DE 103 43 956 ein Schrankmöbel offenbart mit einem Möbelkorpus und einer Frontjalousie, die parallel zueinander angeordnete Profilelemente, hier Lamellen genannt, aufweist und in an den Stirnseiten in den Wänden des Möbelkorpus angeordneten Führungsnuten geführt ist. Dieses Schrankmöbel soll so ausgebildet sein, dass die Jalousie vergleichsweise hohe Profilelemente aufweisen kann. Erreicht werden soll dies dadurch, dass die Profilelemente an ihren Stirnseiten mit Verkettungsgliedern verbunden sind, die an ihrer zum Zentrum der Frontjalousie weisenden Seite Verbindungsbereiche mit den Profilelementen und jeweils an den nach außen zu den Wänden weisenden Seiten in die Führungsnuten eingreifende Schwenkzapfen aufweisen, die über Schwenkösen mit dem jeweils benachbarten Verkettungsglied verbunden sind. - Nachteilig bei diesem Schrankmöbel wird gesehen, dass durch die Geometrie und das verwendete Material der Profilelemente der Frontjalousie eine schallverstärkende Wirkung erreicht wird, da der beispielsweise in Büroräumen entstehende Schall großflächig wieder zurückreflektiert wird.
- Die Erfindung hat sich daher die Aufgabe gestellt, die Nachteile des bekannten Standes der Technik zu verbessern und Schrankmöbel aufzuzeigen, die wirtschaftlich und kostengünstig herstellbar sind und die insbesondere hinsichtlich der schallabsorbierenden Eigenschaften verbessert sind.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird dies durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Schrankmöbel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in wenigstens einem Profilkörper wenigstens eine Öffnung eingebracht ist.
Diese Lösung ist einfach und hat den Vorteil, dass der Schall durch die Öffnung im Profilkörper des Profilelementes in das Schrankmöbel eindringen und sich dort ausbreiten kann. Der Schall wird zumindest teilweise im Schrankmöbel absorbiert. Der aus dem Schrankmöbel zurückreflektierte Schall wird nun von den Profilelementen der Frontjalousie wenigstens teilweise wieder in das Schrankmöbel zurückreflektiert, so dass nur ein sehr geringer Anteil des Schalls in den Raum zurückreflektiert wird.
In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann im Querschnitt gesehen nur eine Öffnung in dem Profilkörper des Profilelementes vorgesehen sein. Insbesondere durch diese erfindungsgemäße Gestaltung lässt sich auch in Längsrichtung eines Profilelementes die Anzahl der Öffnungen reduzieren und somit die Herstellung vereinfachen. - Ein weiterer Vorteil wird darin gesehen, dass der auftreffende Schall durch die Öffnungen des ersten Profilkörpers hindurchgeht und in dem durch den zweiten Profilkörper gebildeten Hohlraum sich ausbreitet bzw. an die zwischen den Öffnungen des ersten Profilkörpers existierende Wandung des Profilkörpers zurückreflektiert wird. Die Schallabsorptionswirkung wird somit im Profilelement selber erreicht, so dass ebenfalls nur geringe Anteile des eintretenden Schalls in den Raum zurückreflektiert werden.
- Es hat sich als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, dass im Querschnitt gesehen die Breite der Öffnung weniger als die Hälfte der Breite der Vorderseite des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes vorzugsweise weniger als ein Drittel beträgt. Bei Untersuchungen der erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbel hat sich herausgestellt, dass bei diesen geometrischen Vorgaben kostengünstige Schrankmöbel mit Frontjalousien herstellbar sind, die eine gute Schallabsorptionswirkung aufweisen.
Weiterhin vorteilhaft hat sich herausgestellt, dass eine Größe der Fläche aller Öffnungen des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes von weniger als 45 % bzw. mehr als 3 % der Fläche der Vorderseite des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes zu dimensionsstabilen Profilelementen bzw. Frontjalousien führt, welche je nach Größe der zu erzeugenden Fläche optimierte Schallabsorptionswirkungen aufweisen. - Ein weiterer Vorteil wird darin gesehen, dass in Längsrichtung des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes mehrere voneinander beabstandete Öffnungen vorgesehen sind, durch die sich die Schallabsorptionswirkungen noch weiter verbessern lassen.
Es hat sich dabei als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, dass die Öffnungen regelmäßig voneinander beabstandet sind, wodurch einerseits das Design der durch die Profilelemente gebildeten Frontjalousie entsprechend den Kundenwünschen gestaltet werden kann, während andererseits eine gleichzeitig optimierte Schallabsorptionswirkung vorhanden ist.
Weiterhin vorteilhaft hat sich erwiesen, dass der Abstand der Öffnungen größer oder gleich der Ausdehnung der Öffnung in Längsrichtung des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes ist. Durch diese fertigungstechnisch einfachen Möglichkeiten und den dadurch bedingten verschiedenartigen Designs lassen sich Schrankmöbel mit Frontjalousien mit optimierten Schallabsorptionswirkungen für viele Anforderungen realisieren.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels ist der Abstand der Öffnungen in Längsrichtung des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes größer oder gleich der doppelten Ausdehnung der Öffnung im Querschnitt des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes gesehen. Hierdurch sind Schrankmöbel mit durch die Profilelemente gebildeten Frontjalousien herstellbar, die bei einem ansprechenden Design optimierte Schallabsorptionswirkungen aufweisen. - In einer Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels ist am Profilkörper des Profilelementes ein schallabsorbierendes Material als Teil wenigstens eines Schallschutzelementes angeordnet. Dieses Schallschutzelement kann sowohl am ersten Profilkörper und/oder am zweiten Profilkörper des Profilelementes angeordnet sein.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels ist ein Schallschutzelement zumindest im Bereich der Öffnung zur Öffnung hin angeordnet und kann beim Eindringen des Schalls durch die Öffnung des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes bereits große Bestandteile davon eliminieren.
- Der durch die Öffnungen des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes eindringende Schall verbreitet sich derart, dass er zumindest mit einem Großteil der Oberfläche des Schallschutzelementes in Berührung kommt und absorbiert wird. Gegenüber herkömmlichen Schrankmöbeln, die Frontjalousien mit Profilelementen ohne derartiges schallabsorbierendes Material aufweisen, lassen sich die Schallabsorptionswirkungen eines erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels erheblich verbessern.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbel ist das Schallschutzelement zumindest im Bereich der Öffnung zur Öffnung hin und von ihr bewegbar angeordnet, so dass der eindringende Schall das Schallschutzelement in Schallrichtung bewegt und somit zu einer besseren Absorption des Schalls beiträgt.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist das Schallschutzelement an der Vorderseite des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes angeordnet, so dass vorteilhafterweise neben den schallabsorbierenden Eigenschaften auch gestalterische und designerische Möglichkeiten für kundenspezifische Schrankmöbel möglich sind.
In einer weiteren ebenfalls vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Schallschutzelement an der Unterseite des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes angeordnet, so dass die im Profilkörper des Profilelementes eingebrachten Öffnungen den ankommenden Schall kanalisiert an das Schallschutzelement abgeben und das Design eines Schrankmöbels den Wünschen jedes Kunden anpassbar ist.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausbildung ist das Schallschutzelement sowohl an der Vorderseite als auch an der Unterseite des Profilkörpers des Profilelementes angeordnet, was zu noch optimierteren Schallschutzwirkungen des Schrankmöbels führt.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung ist das Schallschutzelement sowohl am ersten Profilkörper als auch am zweiten Profilkörper angeordnet, so dass die Schallschutzwirkungen des Schrankmöbels noch weiter verbessert sind. Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass das Schallschutzelement nur am zweiten Profilkörper des Profilelementes angeordnet ist, so dass die optimierte Schallschutzwirkung realisierbar ist, ohne dass das Schallschutzelement für den Nutzer des Schrankmöbels sichtbar ist. - Die Ausbildung des Schallschutzelementes als im Wesentlichen mattenförmig führt zu vorteilhaften Fertigungskosten derartiger erfindungsgemäßer Schrankmöbel.
In vorteilhaften Weiterbildungen kann das schallabsorbierende Material ein Fasermaterial sein, mit dem sich auf einfache Weise kostengünstig gute schallabsorbierende Eigenschaften des Schrankmöbels erzielen lassen.
Ein weiterer Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels besteht darin, dass das schallabsorbierende Material ein Vliesmaterial ist, welches sich durch sehr gute schallabsorbierende Eigenschaften und eine sehr gute Verarbeitbarkeit auszeichnet. - In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltungsform kann das Schallschutzelement durch eine Membran, beispielsweise aus Kunststoff, gebildet werden. Mit einer solchen Membran lassen sich materialspezifisch gezielt gewünschte Schallfrequenzen beeinflussen und entsprechend absorbieren.
Weiterhin vorteilhaft wird gesehen, dass sich das Schallschutzelement über die gesamte Länge des Profilelementes erstreckt, was zu kostengünstig herstellbaren Schrankmöbeln mit optimierten Schallabsorptionswirkungen führt. - Ebenfalls vorteilhaft hat sich herausgestellt, dass das schallabsorbierende Material ein geschäumtes Material ist. Durch die Verwendung von geschäumten Materialien mit Dichten von ca. 0,4 bis 1,2 g/cm3 ist die Herstellung derartiger Profilelemente kostengünstig und die aus diesen Profilelementen hergestellten Frontjalousien weisen in dem Schrankmöbel optimierte Schallabsorptionswirkungen auf. Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass der erste Profilkörper oder der zweite Profilkörper des Profilelementes aus einem derartigen offenporigen geschäumten Material bestehen und selbst als Schallschutzelement wirken.
Vorteilhafterweise erstreckt sich das Schallschutzelement über die gesamte Länge des Profilelementes, so dass neben günstigen Herstellungskosten auch optimierte Schallabsorptionswirkungen erzielbar sind. - Vorteilhafterweise ist wenigstens ein Profilkörper und/oder das Profilelement so ausgebildet, dass es Befestigungseinrichtungen zur Befestigung des Schallschutzelementes aufweist, die eine kostengünstige Herstellung derartiger Profilelemente mit optimierten Schallabsorptionswirkungen ermöglichen, wobei ein ungewolltes Verschieben bzw. Verrutschen des Schallschutzelementes verhindert wird.
- In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung ist das Schallschutzelement vollflächig mit wenigstens einem Profilkörper des Profilelementes verbunden, was eine optimierte Herstellung, beispielsweise im an sich bekannten Koextrusionsverfahren, kostengünstig ermöglicht.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Schrankmöbel mit der aus den Profilelementen bestehenden Frontjalousie weist einen Schallabsorptionsgrad gemäß EN ISO 354 von wenigstens 0,4 auf. Der Schallabsorptionsgrad stellt dabei das Verhältnis von äquivalenter Schallabsorptionsfläche eines Prüfobjektes zur Fläche des Prüfobjektes dar. Die Fläche des Prüfobjektes, in diesem Fall des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels, ist die Fläche des Bodens oder der Wand, die von ihm überdeckt wird.
Die äquivalente Schallabsorptionsfläche des Prüfobjektes ermittelt sich aus der Differenz zwischen der äquivalenten Schallabsorptionsfläche des Hallraumes (des Büroraumes) mit und ohne das Prüfobjekt (Schrankmöbel). Dabei wird die äquivalente Schallabsorptionsfläche eines Raumes als die hypothetische Größe einer vollständig absorbierenden Oberfläche ohne Beugungseffekte, welche die gleiche Nachhallzeit in einem Raum ergeben würde, als wenn sie das einzig absorbierende Element im Raum wäre, definiert.
Im Allgemeinen kann festgestellt werden, dass, wenn eine Schallquelle in einem geschlossenen Raum betrieben wird, der resultierende stationäre Schalldruckpegel sowie das Abklingen des Schalldruckpegels nach Abschalten der Schallquelle durch die schallabsorbierenden Eigenschaften der Raumbegrenzungsflächen, die Luft im Raum und die Gegenstände (Schrankmöbel) im Raum beeinflusst werden. Im Allgemeinen hängt der Anteil der Schallleistung, der an einer Oberfläche absorbiert wird, vom Einfallswinkel des Schalls ab. Um die Nachhallzeit eines beispielsweise Büros, einer Werkstatt und dergleichen zu derjenigen Lärmminderung in Beziehung zu setzen, die durch eine schallabsorbierende Anordnung, wie beispielsweise ein Schrankmöbel, erzielt wird, ist die Kenntnis der schallabsorbierenden Eigenschaften der Oberfläche, üblicherweise in Form eines geeigneten Mittelwertes über alle Einfallswinkel erforderlich.
Da die Verteilung von Schallwellen in üblichen Räumen einen großen und unvorhersagbaren Winkelbereich umfasst, wird für die Zwecke der Normung grundsätzlich eine gleichmäßige Verteilung angenommen. Wenn außerdem die Schallenergiedichte innerhalb eines Raumes ortsunabhängig ist, wird eine solche Schallverteilung ein diffuses Schallfeld genannt und man spricht bei den Schallanteilen, die auf eine Raumoberfläche treffen, von stochastischem Schalleinfalll. - In der EN ISO 354 wird ein Hallraum-Verfahren beschrieben zur Messung des Schallabsorptionsgrades von akustischen Materialien, die zur Bekleidung von Wänden und Decken benutzt werden oder der äquivalenten Schallabsorptionsfläche von Einzelobjekten, wie beispielsweise Schrankmöbel. Der ermittelte Schallabsorptionsgrad kann zu Vergleichszwecken und für Entwurfsberechnungen in der Raumakustik und vor allem in der Lärmbekämpfung verwendet werden. Durch die erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbel ist es überraschend möglich, den Schall in beispielsweise Büroräumen so zu reduzieren, dass eine hörbare Senkung des allgemeinen Geräuschpegels für jeden erkennbar bzw. hörbar ist.
- Im Folgenden soll die Wirkungs- bzw. Funktionsweise der erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbel anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen, welche die Erfindung nicht einschränken, näher erläutert werden.

- In
Fig. 1 ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Schrankmöbel dargestellt, das in bekannter Weise einen Möbelkorpus aufweist mit zwei Seitenwänden 2, 3, einem Boden 5 sowie einem Oberboden 4. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Frontjalousie 1 von rechts nach links, also horizontal bewegbar. Im Boden 5 des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels ist eine Führungsnut 20 eingebracht, in der die Frontjalousie 1 bewegbar ist. Eine weitere Führungsnut 20 ist im Oberboden 4 eingebracht, wobei diese jedoch in der Darstellung nicht sichtbar ist. - Die Frontjalousie 1 des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels ist aus mehreren miteinander verbundenen Profilelementen 10 gebildet. Die Profilelemente 10 der Frontjalousie 1 des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels weisen auf ihrer Sichtseite Öffnungen 40 auf, die regelmäßig voneinander beabstandet sind.

Fig. 2 zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung einer ersten Ausführungsform einer Frontjalousie 1 eines erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels. Die Profilelemente 10 der Frontjalousie 1 weisen einen etwa U-förmigen Querschnitt auf, der in einer definierten Wandstärke durch den ersten Profilkörper 11 gebildet ist. Vom ersten Profilkörper 11 etwa parallel beabstandet angeordnet ist ein zweiter Profilkörper 8, der mit dem Profilkörper 11 verbunden ist.
Das Profilelement 10 kann beispielsweise aus einem thermoplastisch verarbeitbaren Material bestehen und im Extrusionsverfahren bzw. Koextrusionsverfahren in bekannter Weise hergestellt sein. Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, das Profilelement 10 aus einem metallischen Werkstoff, wie beispielsweise Aluminium, oder einem duroplastisch verarbeitbaren Material herzustellen. Im ersten Profilkörper 11 des Profilelementes 10 sind Öffnungen 40 eingebracht, die in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel eckig ausgebildet sind. Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass die Öffnungen 40 rund, oval, mehreckig oder trapezförmig ausgebildet sind. Im zweiten Profilkörper 8 des Profilelementes 10 sind in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel keine Öffnungen eingebracht. Der zweite Profilkörper 8 ist einstückig mit dem ersten Profilkörper 11 verbunden.
Die Summe der Gesamtfläche der Öffnungen 40 gegenüber der Fläche des ersten Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 beträgt in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel etwa 17 %, was zu optimierten Schallabsorptionswirkungen des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels führt. - Weiterhin verfügt das Profilelement 10 an seinen Längsseiten über Verbindungsmittel 6, 7, über die mehrere Profilelemente 10, in Wirkverbindung gebracht, eine entsprechende Frontjalousie 1 ergeben. Das Verbindungsmittel 6 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel eine im Querschnitt etwa C-förmige Öffnung, die sich über die gesamte Länge des Profilelementes 10 erstreckt. Das Verbindungselement 7 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ein im Querschnitt etwa kreisförmig ausgebildetes Element 72, welches über ein bandförmiges Element 71 mit der Längsseite des ersten Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 verbunden ist. Das bandförmige Element 71 des Verbindungsmittels 7 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem weicheren Werkstoff hergestellt als das Element 72, so dass bei den miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehenden Verbindungsmitteln 6, 7 die Profilelemente 10 in der Frontjalousie 1 gelenkig miteinander verbindbar sind.
Nachfolgend soll die Wirkungs- und Funktionsweise der Erfinder näher erläutert werden. Wie bereits dargestellt, wird durch Ineinanderschieben der Verbindungsmittel 6, 7 jeweils benachbarter Profilelemente 10 eine Frontjalousie 1 gebildet. Diese Frontjalousie 1 kann in bekannter Weise in seitlichen Führungsschienen 20 von Schrankmöbeln geführt werden und über eine beispielsweise Kurvenschiene oder über eine Rolle im Schrankmöbel geführt bzw. aufgewickelt werden.
Beim Verschließen der Öffnung des Schrankmöbels ist die Vorderseite des ersten Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 dem Innenraum des Büroraumes zugewandt. Der über die Öffnungen 40 nun in das Profilelement 10 eintretende Schall wird am zweiten Profilkörper 8 zurückreflektiert und trifft auf die zwischen den Öffnungen 40 des ersten Profilkörpers 11 angeordneten Wandungen. Von diesen Wandungen des ersten Profilkörpers 11 wird der Schall wieder zurückreflektiert an den ersten Profilkörper 8 des Profilelementes 10 und tritt somit stark abgeschwächt aus dem Inneren des Profilelementes 10 zurück in den Büroraum.
Somit kann durch den Einsatz von Schrankmöbeln in beispielsweise Büroräumen eine Verbesserung des Arbeitsklimas durch die Reduzierung des Geräuschpegels des Raumes an sich erreicht werden. Ein derart erfindungsgemäßes Schrankmöbel weist einen Schallabsorptionsgrad von etwa 0,7 auf. - In
Fig. 3 ist eine perspektivische Darstellung einer zweiten Ausführungsform einer Frontjalousie 1 eines erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels dargestellt. Das Profilelement 10 der Frontjalousie 1 ist als ein Hohlprofil ausgebildet, welches durch einen ersten Profilkörper 11 und einen mit ihm verbundenen zweiten Profilkörper 8 entsteht, zwischen denen ein Hohlraum ausgebildet ist. Im ersten Profilkörper 11 sind Öffnungen 40 eingebracht, die in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel rund ausgebildet und in gleichen Abständen voneinander angeordnet sind. Der Abstand der Öffnungen 40 ist größer als die Ausdehnung der Öffnung 40 in Längsrichtung des ersten Profilkörpers 11. - Der zweite Profilkörper 8 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel etwa halbkreisförmig angeordnet und weist Öffnungen 40 auf, die eckig ausgebildet sind. Die Summe der Gesamtfläche der Öffnungen 40 gegenüber der Fläche des ersten Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 beträgt in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel etwa 15 %, was zu optimierten Schallabsorptionswirkungen des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels führt.
- Das Profilelement 10 verfügt an seinen Längsseiten über Verbindungsmittel 6, 7, über die mehrere Profilelemente 10, in Wirkverbindung gebracht, eine entsprechende Frontjalousie 1 ergeben.
Nachfolgend soll die Wirkungs- und Funktionsweise der Erfindung näher erläutert werden. Die aus den Profilelementen 10 gebildete Frontjalousie 1 wird in bekannter Weise beispielsweise in vertikalen Führungsschienen 20 von Schrankmöbeln geführt. Beim Verschließen der Öffnung des Schrankmöbels ist die Vorderseite 2 des ersten Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 dem Innenraum zugewandt. Der Schall aus dem Innenraum gelangt nun über die Öffnungen 40 des ersten Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 in den Hohlraum zwischen dem ersten Profilkörper 11 und den zweiten Profilkörper 8. Am zweiten Profilkörper 8 wird der Schall zurückreflektiert an die Wandung des ersten Profilkörpers 11, welche zwischen den Öffnungen 40 angeordnet ist. Der Schall wird als nächstes über die Öffnungen 40 des zweiten Profilkörpers 8 in das Innere des Schrankmöbels geführt und durch die darin gelagerten Gegenstände, aber auch durch den Möbelkorpus selber, weiter absorbiert und zurückreflektiert. Der abgeschwächte Schall trifft nun auf die Wandung des zweiten Profilkörpers 8, wird wieder in das Schrankmöbel zurückreflektiert, während ein geringer Anteil des Schalls über die Öffnungen 40 des zweiten Profilkörpers und die Öffnungen 40 des ersten Profilkörpers 11 in den Innenraum zurücktritt.
Somit kann vorteilhafterweise eine schallabsorbierende Wirkung des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels erreicht werden ohne die zusätzliche Verwendung eines schallabsorbierenden Materials, welches diese Schallabsorptionswirkung noch weiter erhöht. - In
Fig. 4 ist eine perspektivische Darstellung einer dritten Ausführungsform einer Frontjalousie 1 eines erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels dargestellt. Gleiche Elemente mit gleichen Bezugszeichen wie in den vorhergehenden Figuren werden teilweise nicht wieder erneut beschrieben.
Das Profilelement 1 besteht aus einem ersten Profilkörper 11 und einem mit diesem verbundenen Profilkörper 8. Im ersten Profilkörper 11 sind Öffnungen 40 eingebracht, deren Abstand in Längsrichtung des ersten Profilkörpers 11 etwa gleich der Ausdehnung der Öffnungen 40 im Querschnitt des Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 gesehen sind. Diese in Form von Langlöchern eingebrachten Öffnungen 40 sind an den Randseiten des Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 angeordnet. - Der etwa parallel zum ersten Profilkörper 11 angeordnete zweite Profilkörper 8 des Profilelementes 10 weist ebenfalls Öffnungen 40 auf, die in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel rund ausgebildet sind.
Der Abstand der Öffnungen 40 des zweiten Profilkörpers 8 ist größer als die Ausdehnungen der Öffnungen 40 in Längsrichtung des zweiten Profilkörpers 8. An der dem ersten Profilkörper 11 des Profilelementes 10 gegenüberliegenden Seite des zweiten Profilkörpers ist ein Schallschutzelement 5 angeordnet. Das schallabsorbierende Material des Schallschutzelementes 5 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ein Vliesmaterial, welches über die gesamte Länge des zweiten Profilkörpers 8 vollflächig an diesem angeordnet ist. - Die Summe der Gesamtfläche der Öffnungen 40 gegenüber der Fläche des ersten Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 beträgt in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel etwa 25 %, was zu sehr guten Schallabsorptionswirkungen des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels führt.
- Durch Ineinanderschieben und somit in Wirkverbindung bringende Verbindungsmittel 6, 7 der Profilelemente 10 wird eine Frontjalousie 1 gebildet. Beim Verschließen der Öffnung eines Schrankmöbels ist die Vorderseite 2 der Profilkörper 11 des Profilelementes 10 dem Innenraum zugewandt. Der Schall aus dem Innenraum gelangt nun über die Öffnungen 40 des ersten Profilkörpers 11 in den Hohlraum zwischen dem ersten Profilkörper 11 und dem zweiten Profilkörper 8 des Profilelementes 10. An den sich gegenüberliegenden Wänden ohne Öffnungen 40 des ersten Profilkörpers 11 und des zweiten Profilkörpers 8 wird der Schall teilweise absorbiert und gelangt über die Öffnungen 40 des zweiten Profilkörpers 8 zum schallabsorbierenden Material des Schallschutzelementes 5. Am Schallschutzelement 5 wird dieser Schall zumindest teilweise absorbiert.
- Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass das Schallschutzelement beispielsweise so angeordnet ist, dass zwischen dem ersten Profilkörper 8 des Profilelementes 10 und dem Schallschutzelement ein Luftspalt entsteht, über den sich der Schall am Schallschutzelement 5 entlang ausbreitet und auch zwischen den Öffnungen 40 des Profilkörpers 8 des Profilelementes 10 absorbiert wird. Der nun in das Schrankmöbel eintretende Restanteil Schall wird durch die darin gelagerten Gegenstände und durch den Möbelkorpus selber weiter absorbiert und reflektiert und trifft stark abgeschwächt aus dem Inneren des Schrankmöbels kommend wieder auf das Schallschutzelement 5. Im Schallschutzelement 5 wird der Schall weiter absorbiert bzw. von dem hinter dem Schallschutzelement 5 angeordneten zweiten Profilkörper 8 des Profilelementes 10 in das Schrankinnere zurückreflektiert.
- Ein sehr geringer Anteil des in den Schrank eindringenden Schalls gelangt nun über die Öffnungen 40 des zweiten Profilkörpers und die Öffnungen 40 des ersten Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 in sehr geringfügigen Mengen zurück in den umliegenden Büroraum.
Somit kann durch den Einsatz derart erfindungsgemäßer Schrankmöbel eine Reduzierung des Geräuschpegels erreicht werden, wobei derart erfindungsgemäße Schrankmöbel einen Schallabsorptionsgrad von etwa 0,82 aufweisen. -
Fig. 5 zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung einer weiteren Ausführungsform einer Fronjalousie 1 eines erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels. Der erste Profilkörper 11 des Profilelementes 10 der Frontjalousie 1 weist einen etwa U-förmigen Querschnitt auf mit einer über die gesamte Profillänge konstanten Wandstärke. Im ersten Profilkörper 11 sind Öffnungen 40 eingebracht, die in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel etwa quadratisch ausgebildet sind. Die Summe der Gesamtfläche der Öffnungen 40 gegenüber der Fläche des ersten Profilkörpers 11 des Profilelementes 10 beträgt in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel etwa 15 %. Vom ersten Profilkörper 11 des Profilelementes 10 beabstandet angeordnet ist der zweite Profilkörper 8. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist der zweite Profilkörper 8 aus einem geschäumten Material ausgebildet mit einer Dichte von etwa 0,6 kg/m3 und wirkt somit selbst als Schallschutzelement 5. Der zweite Profilkörper 8 weist etwa eine dreifach größere Wandstärke als der erste Profilkörper 11 des Profilelementes 10 auf. Durch diese Ausbildung des zweiten Profilkörpers 8 des Profilelementes 10 wird zum einen eine Dimensionsstabilisierung des Profilelementes 10 erreicht, während andererseits der zweite Profilkörper 8 als Schallschutzelement 5 wirkt.
Durch die Verwendung eines Profilkörpers 8 aus einem geschäumten Material, welches vorteilhafterweise offenporig ausgebildet ist, wird der über die Öffnungen 40 des ersten Profilkörpers 11 eindringende Schall aus Büroräumen am als Schallschutzelement 5 ausgebildeten zweiten Profilkörper 8 absorbiert und in geringen Mengen in das Schrankinnere weitergeleitet. Der im Schrankinneren nicht an den darin gelagerten Gegenständen und dem Möbelkorpus absorbierte Schall wird reflektiert und trifft stark abgeschwächt aus dem Inneren des Schrankmöbels kommend auf die Unterseite des als Schallschutzelement 5 ausgebildeten zweiten Profilkörpers 8 und wird zumindest teilweise wieder in das innere des Schrankmöbels zurückreflektiert. Ein ganz geringer reduzierter Teil des Schalls tritt nun über die offenporige Geometrie des als Schallschutzelement 5 ausgebildeten zweiten Profilkörpers 8 und die Öffnungen 40 des ersten Profilkörpers 11 in den Innenraum zurück, wobei dieser Anteil jedoch sehr zu vernachlässigen ist.
Somit kann durch den Einsatz derart erfindungsgemäßer Schrankmöbel mit einem Schallabsorptionsgrad von etwa 0,65 eine Reduzierung des Geräuschpegels in beispielsweise Büroräumen erreicht werden, was zu einem insgesamt besseren und optimaleren Arbeitsklima führt.
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Schallreduzierung in Büroräumen unter Verwendung eines
Schrankmöbels mit einem Möbelkorpus (2, 3, 4, 5) und wenigstens einer Frontjalousie (1), die parallel zueinander angeordnete miteinander verbindbare Profilelemente (10) aufweist und die in am Möbelkorpus (2, 3, 4, 5) angeordneten Führungsnuten (20) geführt ist, wobei das Profilelement (10) einen ersten Profilkörper (11) und einen zweiten Profilkörper (8) aufweist, die voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind und zwischen denen wenigstens ein Hohlraum angeordnet ist, wobei in beide Profilkörper (8,11) voneinander beabstandete Öffnungen (40) eingebracht sind;
wobei die Schallabsorption im Schrankmöbel sowie in den Profilelementen (10) des Schrankmöbels erfolgt, ohne dass ein zusätzliches schallabsorbierendes Material verwendet wird, welches die Schallabsorptionswirkung noch weiter erhöht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Öffnungen (40) größer oder gleich der Ausdehnung der Öffnungen (40) in Längsrichtung des Profilkörpers (8,11) des Profilelementes (10) ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Öffnungen (40) in Längsrichtung des Profilkörpers (8,11) des Profilelementes (10) größer oder gleich der doppelten Ausdehnung der Öffnung (40) im Querschnitt des Profilkörpers (8,11) des Profilelementes (10) gesehen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Querschnitt gesehen die Breite der Öffnung (40) weniger als die Hälfte der Breite der Vorderseite (2) des Profilkörpers (8,11) des Profilelementes (10), vorzugsweise weniger als ein Drittel beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fläche aller Öffnungen (40) des Profilkörpers (8,11) des Profilelementes (10) weniger als 45 % und mehr als 3 % der Fläche der Vorderseite (2) des Profilkörpers (11,12) des Profilelements (10) beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (40) regelmäßig voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Querschnitt gesehen das Profilelement (1) eine im Wesentlichen C-, U-, Z-, S-förmige Gestalt aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schrankmöbel einen Schallabsorptionsgrad gemäß EN DIN 354 von wenigstens 0,4 aufweist.
