Description
The invention relates to a cabin for cable cars for receiving passengers and / or goods according to the preamble of
In the known gondola lifts, the window panes of the cabins are inserted in grooves which are provided along a window frame of the cab. In the grooves between the window frame and window also a rubber strip for holding or clamping the window pane is inserted. The glazing can also be glued into the grooves.
In the known gondola lifts, this structure has been well proven under normal operating conditions. In special circumstances, however, has proven to be disadvantageous that the windows were released from the window frame, so that persons or goods have come to harm. If an in-progressing cabin, for example, by an obstacle or rope derailment within less Stopped in milliseconds, the persons or goods in the cabin are pressed against the inside of a window pane. The forces occurring can be sufficiently large to push out the window pane from the clamp in the window frame. A major disadvantage is that, for example, people fall out of the cabin and can be harmed. Another disadvantage is that the leached window can fall down and below the cabin can seriously endanger people and animals. Even when the car is stationary, the glazing can, for example, be pushed out of the window frame or the holder by considerable force.
The present invention is therefore based on the object to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, people and goods should be protected from falling out of the cabin.
These objects are achieved according to the invention by a cabin having the features of
An essential feature of the present invention is a cab for cabins for receiving passengers and / or goods, with an opening and with a bracket fixed to the cabin for holding a glazing in the opening, wherein the cabin comprises at least two connecting members, each having a first comprising the glazing connected fastener and a second connected to the cabin fastener, wherein the glazing is held by means of the connecting members in the region of the opening when the glazing dissolves from the holder. One of the advantages of the invention is that the connecting member the glazing itself then joins the cab when the glazing pops out of the mount, as is caused by a heavy impact by a passenger against the inside of the glazing. This can prevent people or passengers or goods from falling out of the cabin. The device according to the invention thereby ensures the safety of the passengers. Another advantage is that the combination of glazing and connecting elements, similar to a rope fixed at two points, additionally holds the cabin together. It has proven to be advantageous that the respectively first and the second fastening element of a connecting member are arranged so that the extension of an imaginary connecting line between the two fastening elements approximately cuts through the center of the glazing. Preferably, the connecting members are uniformly spaced from each other. According to the invention, the first fastening element and the second fastening element of a connecting element of the car are connected to one another by means of a bendable and / or flexible connecting element. One of the advantages of the invention is that the expansion caused by temperature variations of the materials of the cabin, in particular in the glazing and the holder, can be compensated in the connecting organs. Thus, material stresses can be compensated via the bendable and / or flexible connecting element. Another advantage over a rigid connecting element is also that the connecting element can withstand through its elastic and deformable properties loads of various types, for example. By pressure, train and torsion. Flexible means being able to adapt to changing conditions, to be ready to react or to be flexible, elastic, yielding. These Flexibility is also necessary because the load direction, for example, that of a passenger, for glazing in an exceptional situation, eg. A rope derailment, is not known.
In another embodiment, the connecting element of the car consists of a bendable and / or flexible cable section. One of the advantages of the invention is that a rope consisting of several strands and corbelets has the necessary elastic properties in order to withstand the possible loads. The cable section is preferably made of a steel cable. The steel cable is virtually destructive by wanton manipulation.
In one embodiment, a sleeve is connected to at least one end of the cable section. One of the advantages of the invention is that the mechanical connectability of the cable section to the cabin and / or the glazing is facilitated. This embodiment allows a secure mechanical connection of the end portion of the connecting element with the cabin and / or glazing. Compared with a loop formed by means of the cable section, the proposed sleeve allows a more compact construction. The connection between cable section and sleeve can be made by compression, welding or other means.
In another embodiment variant, the first fastening element of the cabin has at least a first and a second fastening part clamping the glazing, and the first and the second fastening part are connected to one another by holding means. One of the advantages of the invention is that by means of the fastening parts a preferably permanent attachment of the connecting member of the cabin is ensured on the glazing. As holding means serve, for example, screws, which are protectable against manipulation. The detachable connection allows the glazing to be replaced at any time by qualified personnel.
In one embodiment variant, the glazing is connected to the cabin by means of a multiplicity of connecting elements. One of the advantages of the invention is that, for example, depending on the area of the glazing, two, three, four or more connecting members are used to secure the glazing. The connecting members can, for example, be fastened crosswise in the region of the corners of the glazing. Depending on the configuration of the glazing and other arrangements of the connecting members are possible.
In a further embodiment, the holder of the cabin comprises a plurality of individual holders, by means of which the glazing can be connected to the cabin. In another embodiment variant, the holder comprises a frame holder encompassing the glazing, by means of which the glazing can be connected to the cabin. In a further embodiment variant, the glazing of the cabin is at least partially connectable to the frame holder without joining the joint. One of the advantages of the invention is that the connecting members for securing the glazing with the cabin and the glazing are connectable regardless of how the mounting of the glazing is designed.
In one embodiment variant, the second fastening element can be connected to the frame holder of the cabin by means of holding means. One of the advantages of the invention is that the second fastening element of the connecting member is subsequently attachable to existing cabins. A security of the glazing means of the first and second fastener and the connecting element is thus possible with different types and types of cabins. When Holding means can be screws, bolts, rivets, etc. use. As a holding means can also serve a welded connection. The second connection element may be an integral part of the cabin.
In another embodiment, the one end of the connecting element as an integral part of the cabin is inextricably linked thereto. One of the advantages of the invention is that the connecting element is directly connected to the cabin, for example, in that the connecting element is bolted to the cabin, welded, pressed, riveted or connected with pins. A screw can be secured in known ways, so that there is a permanent connection. The connecting element can, for example, be connected to the cabin by having a thread on the one sleeve or sleeve of the cable section.
In a further embodiment, the fastening element has a recess for receiving the one sleeve of the cable section, wherein the cable section can be guided by a peripheral recess and / or a hole. One of the advantages of the invention is that the fastener can be mounted by this embodiment on both flat, as well as curved or uneven surfaces. The recess ensures that the cable section is permanently held after mounting the fastener on the intended surface.
In one embodiment, the first fastening part is formed with a recess for receiving the one sleeve of the cable section and a peripheral recess for receiving the cable section. One of the advantages of the invention is that the overall height of the attachment part is substantially dependent on the diameter of the sleeve and As a result, a flat design of the fastening part is possible. In a further embodiment, the length of the recess is greater than the length of the sleeve. This has the advantage that the thermal expansion of the glazing and / or the cabin can be compensated by the sleeve is slidably held in their length in the recess. Thermal expansion means the change in the geometric dimensions (length, area, volume) of a body caused by a change in its temperature.
In another embodiment variant, the fastening parts are made of light metal and are provided on the glazing surface facing at least partially with an elastic layer. One of the advantages of the invention is that the fasteners are made of stainless light metal, preferably aluminum, so that the payload of the cabin is only slightly affected. As an elastic layer is used made of plastic and / or rubber. On the one hand, this layer serves to seal the holes in the glazing. Another advantage of the elastic layer is that the holding means are thereby relieved and that the force acting on the first fastener force is distributed over the elastic layer on the contact surface between the glazing and fastener.
