Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cabin with improved cabin glazing according to the preamble of independent claim 1.
Beschreibungdescription
From the prior art vehicle glazings made of glass, especially silicate glass are known as a material for car glass. For relatively small-area panes, such as headlights of headlamps, roof glazing in cars, etc., is used as a replacement for silicate glass and polycarbonate (PC). One of the advantages of PC is in particular in a considerable weight saving compared to silicate glass by about half. One of the disadvantages of PC is the lower rigidity, so that large-area windscreens are not yet realized in cars from PC.
For cabins of gondola large-scale cabin glazing made of polycarbonate, however, are known. The reduced stiffness of the PC glazing is compensated by design measures in the cabin structure of the cabin by the glazing is clamped in a frame and permanently connected to this so that any force on the inside and / or outside of the glazing through the said construction collected becomes. A complete release of the glazing of the cabin structure can be prevented.
One of the disadvantages of this glazing in cabins said type, however, is the scratch sensitivity, limited chemical resistance and lower dimensional stability.
To overcome some of these disadvantages, it is proposed in the prior art to string the glazing of PC with films. One of the disadvantages of the use of films on large-area glazings consists in the complex installation of a film to effectively prevent blistering. In addition, it is disadvantageous that films are subject to severe aging and can be relatively easily scraped off during operation, for example by cutting ski edges or by ski pole tips.
As an alternative and / or supplement to said films, glazings are, for example, scratch-coated. One of the disadvantages of such a glazing is that gluing on a cabin structure is no longer possible, so that, for example, a permanent connection must be achieved by connecting means, such as screws or rivets.
The object of the present invention is therefore to propose a cabin with an improved cabin glazing, which does not have these disadvantages. In particular, the connection of the glazing with the cabin structure should be reliable and at the same time cost-effectively feasible.
The present object is achieved by an inventive cabin for gondolas, with a cabin structure and a two glazing sides connected thereto glazing cabins, wherein at least one of the two glazing sides has a protective coating and wherein a connection region of the coated glazing side is at least locally free of protective coating to permanently connect the cabin glazing to the cabin structure.
One of the advantages of the invention is that a glazing in said connection area can be efficiently permanently connected to the cabin structure because the glazing removed from the protective coating allows for improved adhesion.
Cabins for four or more people and goods are therefore equipped with made of polycarbonate (PC) or acrylic glass (PMMA) glazings, the glazing of large areas, in particular tal- and mountain-side windows is possible, these areas by the protective coating scratch resistant and / or reflect UV light, inter alia are more educated.

[0012] Fig. 1 illustriert beispielhaft eine erfindungsgemässe Kabine 1 für Kabinenbahnen, mit einem Kabinenstruktur 10 und einer mit dieser verbundenen Kabinenverglasung 11. 1 illustrates by way of example an inventive cabin 1 for cable cars, with a cabin structure 10 and a cab glazing 11 connected thereto.
Fig. 2 illustrates a detail of a cabin structure 10 shown simplified and broken away, which has a substantially tubular frame part with a tab formed thereon, wherein the cabin glazing 11 is glued for permanent connection with the cabin structure. The cabin glazing 11 has two glazing sides 110, 120. At least one of the two glazing sides 110, 120 has a protective coating 121, 122. The glazing has a connection region 210 of the coated glazing side 110, 120 at least in places free of protective coating 121, 122 in order to permanently connect the cabin glazing 11 to the cabin structure 10.
Fig. 3 illustrates a detail of Fig. 2, wherein the splice is shown enlarged and wherein the glazing 11 has a tapered connection region, which was prepared by mechanical action. The mechanical action can be achieved, for example, by milling or grinding. From the substrate, also called basic material of the glazing, therefore, at least in places material is removed mechanically, so that an improved adhesion is achieved during bonding. In the or each connection region 210, the corresponding coating is thus removed by mechanical action in order to improve the adhesion when connecting to the cabin structure 10. Gluing the glazing to the cabin structure must not only withstand the forces exerted by people or goods, but also absorb thermally induced expansion of material.
The at least partially coated cabin glazing 11 is preferably made of polycarbonate and non-positively connected to cabin structure 10 by gluing.
