Claims (3)

  1. Un four (1) comprenant une chambre de cuisson (6) qui présente une paroi de fond (2), une paroi supérieure (3), deux parois latérales (4) et une paroi arrière (5) qui sont formées par découpage et pliage des feuilles (L) préférablement en matériau métallique, et qui est formé en joignant les parois (2, 3 et 4) avec la paroi arrière (5) et dans laquelle les aliments à cuire sont placés; une ouverture (7) à travers laquelle l'accès à la chambre de cuisson (6) à travers les bords avant des parois (2, 3 et 4) est assuré, et une porte (8) qui permet la fermeture de l'ouverture (7) et qui est ouverte préférablement en se pliant vers l'avant, comprenant en outre
    - une courbe en forme de U (101) qui est formée en pliant le bord avant des parois (2, 3 et 4) vers l'extérieur de la chambre de cuisson (6),
    - un encadrement (9) qui est monté sur la courbe (101) de telle sorte qu'il entoure le bord avant des parois (2, 3 et 4), et que la ligne (H), où il se joint à la courbe (101), reste en dehors de la chambre de cuisson (6), caractérisé en ce que
    - la courbe en forme de U (101) est oblique de telle sorte que sa partie d'orifice fait face à la direction opposée de l'ouverture (7),
    - la courbe en forme de U (101) est formée en pliant les bords avant des parois (2, 3 et 4) vers eux-mêmes,
    - la courbe en forme de U (101) comprend une base (102) et un moyen de support (103) qui est formé par les murs (2, 3 et 4) pliés vers eux-mêmes,
    - un support de chambre (11) est formé en pliant les bords intérieurs de l'encadrement (9) vers la chambre de cuisson (6) de manière à former une surface horizontale et est fixé en étant placé sur le moyen de support (103),
    - la ligne d'articulation (H) forme le bord auquel le support de chambre (11) et le moyen de support (103) sont reliés face à face, et reste en dehors de la chambre de cuisson (6),
    - au moins un joint d'étanchéité (13) est disposé entre l'encadrement (9) et la courbe (101).
  2. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par le support de chambre (11) et le moyen de support (13) qui sont fixés l'un à l'autre par soudage par points en étant soudés par les points sur le support de chambre (11) à intervalles.
  3. Un procédé de production qui comprend les étapes suivantes afin de former la chambre de cuisson (6) d'un four (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 2:
    - façonner la paroi de fond (2), la paroi supérieure (3) et les parois latérales (4) dans un moule,
    - courber les bords avant des parois (2, 3 et 4) à former les courbes (101),
    - façonner la paroi arrière (5) et l'encadrement (9) à partir d'une seule feuille (L) par le procédé de l'emboutissage profond,
    - couper la feuille (L) le long d'une ligne rectangulaire fermée de telle sorte que la partie restant à l'intérieur forme la paroi arrière (5) et la partie restant à l'extérieur forme l'encadrement (9),
    - plier les bords de l'encadrement (9) de telle sorte qu'une étape (10) reste entre l'encadrement (9) et la paroi arrière (5),
    - relier les parois (2, 3 et 4) à la paroi arrière (5) et à l'encadrement (9).
