Umladevorrichtung (1), aufweisend eine mechanische Struktur (10), die mit Rädern (11) ausgestattet ist, einen Behälter (2) für Flüssigkeit, der an dem unteren Abschnitt (100) der mechanischen Struktur (10) befestigt ist, wobei der obere Abschnitt (101) der mechanischen Struktur (10) einer Bedienperson ermöglicht, die Umladevorrichtung (1) zu bedienen, wobei die Umladevorrichtung (1) ausgestattet ist mit einem umkehrbaren Pumpsystem (12), das durch eine erste flexible Rohrleitung (120a) mit einem Pumprohr (120) verbunden ist und durch eine steife Rohrleitung (121) auf dichte Weise mit dem Behälter (2) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umladevorrichtung (1) mit einem System zum automatischen Waschen des Behälters (2) und einem System zum Verwalten und Steuern (16) des Pumpsystems (12) und des automatischen Waschsystems ausgestattet ist, um das Transportieren von Flüssigkeit und das Füllen, Entleeren und automatische Reinigen des Behälters (2) zu ermöglichten.
  2. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das automatische Waschsystem aufweist: mindestens ein Modul zum Empfangen von Steuersignalen, die von dem Verwaltungs- und Steuersystem (16) ausgegeben werden, und eine selbstdrehende Waschdüse (18), die durch eine an der Oberseite des Behälters (2) vorgesehene dichte Öffnung in den Behälter (2) eintaucht.
  3. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verwaltung- und Steuersystem (16) durch eine Batterie (17) gespeist ist und aufweist:
    - eine Benutzerschnittstelle (160),
    - ein Modul zum Empfangen (161) von Informationen, die von einem Temperatur - Mess-System, das an dem freien Ende des Pumprohres (120) vorgesehen ist, einem System zum Detektieren des Flüssigkeits-Füllstandes (21) in dem Behälter (2), einem System zum Detektieren der Anwesenheit des Pumprohres in einer Aufnahme (19) und einer Steuervorrichtung für das Laden der Batterie (17) ausgegeben werden,
    - ein Modul zum Verarbeiten (162) der empfangenen Informationen, und
    - ein Modul zum Senden (163) von Steuersignalen entweder an das Waschsystem oder an das Pumpsystem (12) in Abhängigkeit von dem Funktionsmodus, der von dem Benutzter über die Benutzerschnittstelle (160) des Verwaltung- und Steuersystems (16) ausgewählt wird.
  4. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Benutzerschnittstelle (160) mindestens aufweist:
    - einen Anschalt-/Ausschaltknopf (1600), der dem Benutzer ermöglicht, das Verwaltungund Steuersystem (16) unter Spannung zu setzen oder anzuhalten,
    - einen Schalter (1601), der dem Benutzer ermöglicht, entweder den als "Saugmodus" bezeichneten Funktionsmodus des Pumpsystems (12), oder den als "Verdrängungsmodus" des Pumpsystems (12) bezeichneten Funktionsmodus oder den "Anhalte"-Funktionsmodus des Pumpsystems (12) auszuwählen,
    - einen Anzeigebildschirm (1602), der es ermöglicht, dem Benutzer Fehler- oder Informationsmeldungen anzuzeigen,
    - eine Leuchtanzeige (1603), die dem Benutzer einen Funktionsfehler eines der Elemente anzeigt, mit denen die Umladevorrichtung (1) ausgestattet ist, und
    - eine Anzeige des Ladezustands (1604) der Batterie (17) zum Versorgen des Verwaltungund Steuersystems (16).
  5. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 3 order 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verarbeitungsmodul (162) des Verwaltungs- und Steuersystems (16) in der Lage ist, das Anzeigen einer Fehler- oder Informationsmeldung auf dem Anzeigebildschirm (1602) der Benutzerschnittstelle (160) oder das Beleuchten der Leuchtanzeige (1603), die einen Funktionsfehler anzeigt, oder der Ladezustandsanzeige (1604) zu steuern.
  6. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verwaltungs- und Steuersystem (16) in der Lage ist, mittels des Aussendens von Steuersignalen über das Sendemodul (163) des Verwaltung- und Steuersystems (16) zu steuern: ein thermisches Sicherheitssystem, das an dem freien Ende des Pumprohres (120) vorgesehen ist, um das Pumpen bei einer Temperatur über einer festgesetzten Schwelle zu verhindern, und ein System zum Verschließen des freien Endes des Pumprohres (120), um zu verhindern, dass sich die Restflüssigkeit, die sich in dem Pumprohr (120) befindet, auf den Boden ergießt, wenn das Pumpen beendet ist.
  7. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verwaltung- und Steuersystem (16) einen Speicher (164) aufweist, der vorgesehen ist, um mindestens folgendes zu speichern:
    - die Häufung der Funktionsparameter des Pumpsystems (12) und des Waschsystems,
    - die Funktionsfehler eines der Elemente, mit denen die Umladevorrichtung (1) ausgestattet ist.
  8. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Informationen, die in dem Speicher (164) des Verwaltung- und Steuersystems (16) gespeichert sind, durch ein tragbares Wartungssystem einer berechtigten Bedienperson durch Verbinden des tragbaren Wartungssystems mit mindestens einem Ausgangsanschluss des Verwaltung- und Steuersystems (16) zurückgewonnen werden können, um einen Funktionsausfall der Umladevorrichtung (1) zu detektieren, die Wartung durchzuführen und die Funktionsbedingungen der Umladevorrichtung (1) zu bestimmen, um die Nützung und die Ergonomie der Umladevorrichtung (1) zu verbessern.
  9. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumpsystems (12), das Waschsystem mit Ausnahme der Naschdüse (18), das Verwaltungs- und Steuersystem (16) und die Batterie (17) in einem dichten Gehäuse (13) angeordnet sind, das an der mechanischen Struktur (10) der Umladevorrichtung (1) und an der Oberseite des Behälters (2) befestigt ist.
  10. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Aufnahme (19) in dem Gehäuse (13) vorgesehen ist, um das Pumprohr (120) aufzunehmen, und mit einem System zum Detektieren der Anwesenheit des Pumprohres (120) in seiner Aufnahme (19) und einem Flanschsystem (190) ausgestattet ist, das es ermöglicht, das Pumprohr (120) durch Einspannen in seiner Aufnahme (19) zu halten.
  11. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System zum Detektieren des Füllstands (21) des Behälters (2) in der Lage ist, Informationen bezüglich des Füllstandes des Behälters (2) an das Verwaltungs- und Steuersystem (16) zu senden, damit das Verwaltung- und Steuersystem (16), sobald die Informationen verarbeitet sind, wenn der Behälters (2) voll ist, eine Fehlermeldung aussenden kann, die auf dem Bildschirm (1602) des Verwaltung- und Steuersystems (16) angezeigt wird, und das Füllern durch Ansaugen einer neuen Flüssigkeit in den vollen Behälter (2) zu blockieren.
  12. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System zum Detektieren des Füllstands (21) vom mechanischen Typ, zum Beispiel ein Standanzeiger ist, und durch jede andere mechanische oder elektronische Füllstandsanzeigevorrichtung ersetzt werden kann.
  13. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumprohr (120) an seinem freien Ende, das heißt an dem Ende, das mit der zu pumpenden Flüssigkeit in Kontakt ist, mit dem thermischen Sicherheitssystem ausgestattet ist, um das Bearbeiten einer bei hoher Temperatur genutzten Speiseflüssigkeit zu verhindern, die die Gefahr von Verbrennungen bei den Benutzern bewirken kann.
  14. Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des Pumprohres (120) mit einem Filtersystem ausgestattet ist, das Flüssigkeiten durchlässt und größere Feststoffe mit einer bestimmten Abmessung zurückhält, um das Einführen von unerwünschten Abfall-Feststoffen in den Behälter (2), die von der Siedevorrichtung stammen oder nicht, zu verhindern.
  15. Verwendung der Umladevorrichtung (1) gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie das Transportieren einer genutzten Speiseflüssigkeit, das Entleeren oder das Füllen des Behälters (2) über das Pumpsystem (12), das Reinigen und das automatische Spülen des Behälters über ein automatisches Waschsystem ermöglicht.
