EMBALLAGE PLIABLE AVEC SYSTEME DE VERROUILLAGE

Le domaine technique de la présente invention est celui de l'emballage. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un emballage de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique en matériau souple qui, après utilisation de son contenu, peut être replié et verrouillé en position pliée.
L'art antérieur propose de nombreux emballages préalablement plies et facilement dépliables. A titre d'exemple, le document FR 2 507 156 divulgue ainsi un emballage plié destiné, après dépliage et mise en forme, à la présentation et au transport de produits alimentaires, en particulier destiné à l'industrie de la restauration rapide. De tels emballages sont destinés à être stockés sous forme repliée avant utilisation, avec un encombrement minimal, et à être déployés aisément. En revanche, leur aptitude à être repliés, par exemple en vue de leur élimination, n'est pas essentielle. Le document US 2,384,559 divulgue une boite pourvue d'un couvercle séparé. Par un jeu de découpe partielle et de plis sur le fond de ladite boite, celle-ci peut être pliée, dépliée ou écrasée. Sa rigidité est assurée par un fond renforcé. Elle présente néanmoins une tendance à se redresser après pliage ou écrasement.
Le document GB 2 252 546 divulgue un emballage qui peut servir à la fois pour transporter des produits, et pour les présenter, après ouverture de deux faces prédécoupées faisant office de couvercle. Cette double fonction, de transport et de présentation, répond au besoin d'optimiser l'intervention humaine dans la chaîne transport-stockage-présentation, et de protéger l'environnement en évitant d'avoir un type d'emballage par fonction.
Cependant, la rigidité de l'ensemble est fragilisée par les découpes et par les languettes destinées à l'ouverture, en particulier lorsque de tels containers remplis sont empilés. En outre, l'écrasement de la boite après usage n'est pas recherché par cette configuration.
Le brevet FR 2 771 075 de la Demanderesse concerne un emballage qui fait office de présentoir et qui peut être conditionné à plat, lorsqu'il est vide, par une simple pression.
Ledit emballage est rigidifïé par son contenu. Une découpe particulière sur une de ses faces permet un pliage facile lorsque les produits ne sont plus présents. Après utilisation, le pliage permet d'éliminer la boite ainsi « écrasée » en minimisant le volume de déchets. Là encore, l'emballage participe au besoin de protection de l'environnement en répondant à deux contraintes :
- unique contenant rigide pour le transport et la présentation du produit, et réduction du volume dudit contenant avant élimination. L'un des problèmes présenté par un tel emballage est que la découpe destinée à faciliter le pliage affaiblit l'emballage, plus particulièrement lorsque plusieurs emballages de ce type, remplis par les produits auxquels ils sont dédiés, sont empilés.
Un autre problème rencontré avec un tel emballage et mentionné supra pour d'autres emballages connus, est sa tendance à se redresser après pliage ou écrasement. Ce mouvement va à l'encontre du but recherché, à savoir le gain de place pour la mise au rebut.
La présente invention se propose donc de remédier aux problèmes identifiés avec les emballages existants. A cet effet, l'invention concerne en premier lieu un emballage de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique d'un matériau souple tel que du carton, susceptible de faire office de présentoir, comprenant une face qui fait office de couvercle et une face avec au moins une découpe, ladite face qui fait office de couvercle s'insérant dans ladite découpe, permettant de bloquer l'emballage, une fois ce dernier plié en configuration plane.
L'invention concerne en outre un emballage de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique d'un matériau souple tel que du carton, susceptible de faire office de présentoir, comprenant : une première face, - une deuxième face adjacente à la première face dont au moins une partie fait office de rabat, ladite première face et ledit rabat de la deuxième face faisant office de couvercle, - une troisième face avec au moins une découpe, dans lequel ledit rabat s'insère dans ladite découpe, permettant de bloquer l'emballage, une fois ce dernier plié en configuration plane. De façon avantageuse, l'emballage selon l'invention comporte en outre une découpe facilitant l'ouverture du couvercle. Il peut s'agir par exemple d'une découpe en demi-lune, le long d'un bord de la face faisant office de couvercle lorsque celui-ci est monobloc.
Alternativement, la découpe peut être positionnée sur la face faisant au moins partiellement office de rabat.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation, l'emballage comporte en outre des rainages facilitant la pression et le pliage.
On entend par rainages le résultat d'une compression appliquée sur le matériau afin de le marquer en creux et de faciliter le pliage du matériau au niveau des points de compression.
La face qui fait office de couvercle et la face comportant la découpe qui permet le verrouillage du conditionnement à plat de l'emballage sont des faces opposées dudit emballage.
Préférentiellement, l'emballage selon l'invention comporte en outre une patte d'ouverture (42), délimitée par deux découpes (40), facilitant l'insertion du couvercle dans la découpe (38) pour le blocage de l'emballage en position aplatie.
Un autre objet de l'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un emballage selon l'invention, pour conditionner des boites de type boites de Pétri.
Un dernier objet de l'invention concerne une maquette de matériau souple tel que du carton comportant des zones de pliage et de collage pour sa mise en forme, apte à former un emballage selon l'invention.
La présente invention sera mieux comprise au regard des figures ci-jointes qui représentent un mode particulier de réalisation de la présente invention, et n'ont aucun caractère limitatif.

La présente invention concerne un emballage 10 de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique tel que représenté sur la figure 1. Cet emballage est constitué à partir d'une maquette ou flan 50, tel que représenté sur la figure 7, en matériau souple, comme par exemple du carton.
Par l'intermédiaire de zones de pliage et de collage, il est possible de mettre en forme le flan 50 et de lui donner une fonction d'emballage pour des produits, par exemple des boites de Pétri superposées.
L'emballage 10 comporte une première face 12 constituant la face avant sur la figure 1 une deuxième face 14 (visible sur la figure 2) constituant la face arrière sur la figure 1, des troisième et quatrième faces 16 et 18 (visible sur la figure 2), constituant les faces latérales, ainsi que des faces 20 et 22 , constituant respectivement les faces inférieures et supérieures sur la figure 1.
L'emballage 10 selon la présente invention comporte un couvercle. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le couvercle 24 de l'emballage 10 est constitué par la face 12 et une partie 22a de la face 22 est solidaire de la face 12. Cette partie joue le rôle de rabat et permet la verrouillage de l'emballage en position aplatie, comme explicité infra. Ce couvercle 24 est délimité au niveau de la face 12, par des lignes de découpes positionnées le long des arêtes latérales. Par ailleurs, deux découpes 26 dans la face 22, telles que représentées sur les figures 1 et 2, délimitent après ouverture du couvercle, la partie 22a. Ces découpes délimitent par ailleurs deux zones triangulaires 22b, telles qu'indiquées sur les figures 1 et 2. On notera que les découpes délimitant le couvercle 24, sur la face 22 et les arêtes de la face 12 peuvent être réalisées sous la forme de prédécoupes discontinues, avec des liaisons partielles à intervalles réguliers ou irréguliers. Pour faciliter l'ouverture du couvercle 24, une découpe en demi-lune 28 peut être aménagée sur la face 22, telle que représenté sur la figure 1. Cette découpe 28 permet d'accéder à une languette 30, qu'il est possible d'enfoncer selon Fl (figure 1), ce qui facilite l'accès au couvercle 24 qui est encore solidaire du reste de l'emballage 10, mais peut ainsi être aisément soulevé selon F2 (figure 1).
Une fois le couvercle 24 ouvert, la préhension des objets emballés est facilitée et ledit emballage 10 peut, au besoin, faire office de présentoir.
Un fois l'emballage 10 vidé de son contenu, il est intéressant pour l'utilisateur de l'éliminer de manière rapide et favorable pour l'environnement. Pour ce faire, il est souhaitable de mettre en oeuvre des gestes simples ne nécessitant pas d'efforts particuliers, tels qu'une pression manuelle et des actions de pliage.
A cette fin, la face 20 est dissociée des faces latérales 16 et 18 grâce à des prédécoupes (non représentées) positionnées sur les arêtes délimitant la face 20 des faces 16 et 18. Il est ensuite possible d'exercer une pression sur les parties 22b de la face 22, selon F3 tel qu'indiqué sur la figure 2. Avantageusement, des rainages 32, confectionnés sur l'intérieur desdites parties triangulaires 22b subsistant après ouverture du couvercle 24, facilitent la pression et le pliage selon F3 (figure 2). La pression sur les parties 22b et plus spécifiquement au niveau des rainages 32 entraînent le pliage en deux desdites parties 22b. Ce pliage permet alors de rabattre les faces latérales 16 et 18 conformément à la flèche F4, tel que représenté sur la figure 3. Ainsi, les faces 16 et 18 et les parties 22b repliées se retrouvent en contact avec la face 14. La face 20 et le couvercle 24 peuvent alors être rabattus sur l'ensemble constitué par les faces 14, 16 et 18 et les parties 22b, tel que représenté sur la figure 4. Ledit pliage est avantageusement facilité par six rainages 34 transversaux réalisés sur l'intérieur de la face 12 de l'emballage 10, telles qu'illustré sur la figure 3. Ils se présentent en deux groupes de trois rainages 34 alignés transversalement. Chaque groupe de rainages 34 crée une zone préférentielle de pliage, se matérialisant par une ligne de pliage 36 transversale. Ces lignes de pliage 36, matérialisées en traits discontinus sur la figure 4, assurent un pliage transversal de la face 12, selon F5 tel que représenté sur la figure 5, de sorte que cette dernière vient se positionner à cheval sur l'ensemble constitué par les faces 14, 16 et 18 et les parties 22b. Les deux lignes pliage 36 permettent à la face 12 une fois pliée, de s'adapter parfaitement à l'encombrement dû à l'ensemble constitué par les faces 14, 16 et 18 et les parties 22b, repliées.
Tel que représenté sur la figure 5, la face 14 comporte une découpe 38. Cette face comporte en outre deux découpes supplémentaires 40 positionnées longitudinalement, adjacentes à la découpe 38. Ces découpes libèrent une patte 42, apte à être enfoncée afin de faciliter l'accès sous la languette 38. La partie 22a solidaire de la face 12 et partie du couvercle 24, peut alors être glissée sous la découpe 38, verrouillant alors l'emballage en position aplatie. effectuée.
Selon un mode de réalisation alternatif de l'invention, l'emballage 10 ne présente sur la face 14 que la découpe 38, représentée sur la figure 5. A l'issue de ces opérations simples de pression et de pliage, l'emballage 10 se trouve replié et verrouillé en position repliée. Cette configuration plane, représentée sur la figure 6, présente une épaisseur limitée qui facilite son stockage et minimise le volume nécessaire pour son élimination.
II est à noter que, selon un mode de réalisation simplifié de l'invention, le couvercle n'est constitué que d'une seule face, à savoir la face 12. C'est cette face 12 qui est alors glissée sous la découpe 38. A cette fin, la découpe 38 peut être positionnée dans une zone de la face 14 plus adaptée à la taille plus réduite du couvercle 24, en particulier sur la partie haute de la face 14.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Emballage (10) de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique d'un matériau souple tel que du carton, susceptible de faire office de présentoir, comprenant une face (12) qui fait office de couvercle et une face (14) avec au moins une découpe (38), caractérisé par le fait que ladite face (12) faisant office de couvercle, s'insère dans ladite découpe (38), permettant de bloquer ledit emballage, une fois plié en configuration plane.
2. Emballage (10) de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique d'un matériau souple tel que du carton, susceptible de faire office de présentoir, comprenant : - une première face (12), une deuxième face (22) adjacente à la première face (12) dont au moins une partie (22a) fait office de rabat, ladite première face (12) et ledit rabat (22a) de la deuxième face (22) faisant office de couvercle (24), une troisième face (14) avec au moins une découpe (38), dans lequel ledit rabat (22a) s'insère dans ladite découpe (38), permettant de bloquer l'emballage, une fois plié en configuration plane.
3. Emballage (10), selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, comportant en outre une découpe (30) facilitant l'ouverture du couvercle.
4. Emballage (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 comprenant en outre des rainages (32, 34) pour faciliter le pliage par pression.
5. Emballage (10), selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une patte d'ouverture (42), délimitée par deux découpes (40), facilitant l'insertion du couvercle dans la découpe (38) pour le blocage de l'emballage en position aplatie.
6. Utilisation d'un emballage (1), selon l'une des revendications précédentes, pour conditionner des boites de type boites de Pétri. Maquette de matériau souple tel que du carton comportant des zones de pliage et de collage pour sa mise en forme, apte à former un emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
