Definitions
- a utility vehicle having a hand- operated driver interface moveably attached to a control consol which is disposed alongside a driver's seat, the driver interface being moveable relative to the consol in both a longitudinal and a transverse direction either side of a central position in a mutually exclusive manner, and being biased toward the central position from a longitudinal displacement, wherein the interface is releasably latched in a transversely displaced position.

- the driver interface described comprises three styles of driver input, namely movement of the handle 12, the joystick 26 and the fingertip levers 32A-D. This gives the opportunity for a highly flexible range of permutations in which the various functions of the tractor can be controlled by either of the driver inputs.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un véhicule utilitaire comportant une interface manuelle (10) avec le conducteur. Cette interface, qui se présente notamment sous forme d'une poignée, est montée mobile sur une console de commande (16) disposée sur le côté du siège du conducteur (18). Cette interface avec le conducteur est mobile par rapport à la console selon un axe longitudinal (avant – arrière) et selon et selon un axe transversal (gauche – droite), de part et d'autre d'une position centrale pour chacun des axes pris indépendamment, avec un rappel automatique en position centrale selon l'axe longitudinal. L'interface dispose d'un verrouillage temporaire permettant de la maintenir dans une position de déplacement transversal.
