Claims (7)
- Compresseur à plusieurs étages (11) comprenant :un boîtier étanche (12) ;un mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage inférieur (13) et un mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage supérieur (15), les deux étant prévus dans une cavité du boîtier étanche (12) ;un moteur électrique (14) prévu entre le mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage inférieur (13) et le mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage supérieur (15) afin d'entraîner le mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage inférieur (13) et le mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage supérieur (15) ;un tuyau d'aspiration (21) raccordé au boîtier étanche (12) afin de fournir un réfrigérant au mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage inférieur (13) ;un tuyau de décharge (19) raccordé au boîtier étanche (12) afin de décharger le réfrigérant comprimé par le mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage supérieur (15) ;le compresseur à plusieurs étages (11) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :un tuyau de dérivation (22) bifurqué à partir du tuyau d'aspiration (21) pour permettre à la cavité et au tuyau d'aspiration (21) de communiquer entre eux, de sorte que le réfrigérant s'écoule dans le boîtier étanche (12) par le tuyau de dérivation (22) en aval du moteur électrique (14) ; etune valve (23, 30) prévue dans le tuyau de dérivation (22) pour ouvrir ou fermer sélectivement le tuyau de dérivation (22).
- Compresseur à plusieurs étages (11) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel :un accumulateur (24) est prévu sur le tuyau d'aspiration (21) ; etle tuyau de dérivation (21) est bifurqué à partir du tuyau d'aspiration (21) de sorte que le réfrigérant s'écoule dans le tuyau de dérivation (22) en amont de l'accumulateur (24) .
- Compresseur à plusieurs étages (11) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel :le tuyau d'injection (28) est prévu pour fournir un réfrigérant à pression intermédiaire, qui est aspiré à partir du circuit de réfrigérant, à la cavité ; etle tuyau d'injection (28) est assemblé au tuyau de dérivation (22).
- Compresseur à plusieurs étages (11) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la valve (30) est prévue au niveau du point d'assemblage du tuyau d'injection (28) et du tuyau de dérivation (22), et est commutée sélectivement à partir d'une première position dans laquelle le réfrigérant envoyé par le tuyau d'injection (28) est autorisé à être amené à la cavité, mais le réfrigérant envoyé par le tuyau de dérivation (22) ne peut pas être amené à la cavité dans une seconde position dans laquelle le réfrigérant envoyé par le tuyau d'injection (28) ne peut pas être amené à la cavité, mais le réfrigérant envoyé par le tuyau de dérivation (22) est autorisé à être amené à la cavité, et vice versa.
- Compresseur à plusieurs étages (11) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la valve (23, 30) est configurée pour permettre au réfrigérant d'être amené à la cavité pendant une période de temps prédéterminée au moment du démarrage du compresseur à plusieurs étages (11) de sorte que le réfrigérant est amené au mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage supérieur (15) en contournant le mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage inférieur (13).
- Compresseur à plusieurs étages (11) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la valve (23, 30) est configurée pour être placée dans la première position pendant une période de temps prédéterminée au moment du démarrage du compresseur à plusieurs étages (11) de sorte que le réfrigérant est amené au mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage supérieur (15) en contournant le mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage inférieur (13).
- Cycle de réfrigération dans lequel un circuit de réfrigérant est configuré par un compresseur, un condensateur, une valve d'expansion et un évaporateur, qui sont raccordés en succession ; dans lequel :
le compresseur est un compresseur à plusieurs étages (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel :le tuyau d'aspiration (21) est raccordé au boîtier étanche (12) pour amener un réfrigérant envoyé par l'évaporateur (18) au mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage inférieur (13) ;le tuyau de décharge (19) est raccordé au boîtier étanche (12) pour décharger le réfrigérant comprimé par le mécanisme de compression du côté de l'étage supérieur (15) vers le condensateur.
