Kleiderbügeleisen, das eine Bügelsohle (18), einen Bügeleisenkörper (10) über der Bügelsohle, einen Griff (13), der an einem rückwärtigen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers mit dem Bügeleisenkörper verbunden ist, wodurch ein hinteres Bügeleisenteil (12) ausgebildet ist, und eine Körperabdeckung (11) zum Schließen des hinteren Bügeleisenteils aufweist. Die Körperabdeckung (11 ) ist mittels mindestens einer Clip-Verbindung (20) und mindestens einer Hakenverbindung (30) an dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil (12) befestigt.

Description

Kleiderbügeleisen
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kleiderbügeleisen, das eine Bügelsohle, einen Bügeleisenkörper über der Bügelsohle, einen Griff, der an einem rückwärtigen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers mit dem Bügeleisenkörper verbunden ist, wodurch ein hinteres Bügeleisenteil ausgebildet ist, und eine Körperabdeckung zum Schließen des hinteren Bügeleisenteils aufweist.
Die Kleiderbügeleisen des Stands der Technik, die eine Bügelsohle, über der der Bügel- eisen-/Gehäusekörper angeordnet ist, und einen Griff aufweisen, damit der Benutzer sie halten kann, der an einem rückwärtigen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers mit dem
Bügeleisenkörper verbunden ist, wodurch ein hinteres Bügeleisenteil ausgebildet ist, weisen eine Öffnung im hinteren Bügeleisenteil auf, die mittels einer Körperabdeckung geschlossen sein muss. Bei dieser Art Kleiderbügeleisen, besonders bei Haushaltsbügeleisen, ist der Bügeleisenkörper einstückig oder mehrstückig im Wesentlichen aus Kunststoff hergestellt und der Bügeleisenkörper unter Ausbildung eines vollständigen Bügeleisengehäuses in einem rückwärtigen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers mit dem Kunststoffgriff des Bügeleisens verbunden.
Die Körperabdeckung kann außerdem in geformtem Kunststoff ausgeführt sein. Der Griff kann außerdem mit einem vorderen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers verbunden sein, jedoch nicht notwendigerweise. Es ist außerdem allgemein üblich, dass das Stromanschlusskabel durch das hintere Bügeleisenteil im Bereich des Griffs in das Bügeleisen eintritt, und dass die interne Verkabelung nach unten führt und im rückwärtigen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers von der Körperabdeckung eingeschlossen ist. In jedem Fall ist es von großer Bedeutung, dass die Abdeckung gut geschlossen ist und nicht lediglich durch einen Stoß lösbar ist, sondern durch den Techniker, der sie reparieren soll.
Das Verbindungssystem der Körperabdeckung mit dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil ist normalerweise einfach mit einer Verschraubung ausgeführt; eine oder mehrere
Schrauben, die die Körperabdeckung durchdringen, sind in eine Warze eingeschraubt, die im hinteren Bügeleisenteil angeordnet ist. Da dies eine ziemlich stabile Verbindung ist, stellt sich das Problem, dass an den Rändern, an denen die Körperabdeckung das hintere Bügeleisenteil berührt, offene Rillen verbleiben, durch die Schmutz eindringen kann. Daher sind bei den Kleiderbügeleisen des Stands der Technik außerdem Clip- Verbindungen des Körperabdeckungsrands mit dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil bekannt, die gute Verbindung und Verschluss vorsehen und die Abdichtung verbessern. Trotzdem ist es auch bei Clip-Verbindungen weiterhin notwendig, dass die Verbindung der Körperabdeckung mit dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil schließlich mit Verschraubungen abgeschlossen ist, die den Clip-Verbindungen Sicherheit verleihen, welche durch einen jähen Stoß gegen die Körperabdeckung versagen können.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist ein Kleiderbügeleisen mit einfacherer, schnellerer und billigerer Körperabdeckungsmontage.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Kleiderbügeleisen gelöst, das eine Bügelsohle, einen Bügeleisenkörper über der Bügelsohle, einen Griff, der an einem rückwärtigen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers mit dem Bügeleisenkörper verbunden ist, wodurch ein hinteres Bügeleisenteil ausgebildet ist, und eine Körperabdeckung zum Schließen des hinteren Bügeleisenteils aufweist, wobei die Körperabdeckung mittels mindestens einer Clip- Verbindung und mindestens einer Hakenverbindung an dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil befestigt ist.
Unter Clip-Verbindung ist eine Verbindung zu verstehen, die Eingriffselemente aufweist, welche in Aufnahmeelemente für diese Eingriffselemente einfassen, wobei die Eingriffs- und/oder Aufnahmeelemente beide flexibel oder teilweise flexibel sind und sich während der Verbindung verformen und im Wesentlichen ihre ursprüngliche Position und Form wiedererlangen. Unter Hakenverbindung ist eine Verbindung zu verstehen, die Eingriffselemente aufweist, welche in Aufnahmeelemente für diese Eingriffselemente einfassen, wobei die Eingriffs- und Aufnahmeelemente beide starr sind, d.h. sich während der Montage nicht verformen.
Mit einer Verbindung dieser Art ist die Körperabdeckung schnell am hinteren Bügeleisenteil befestigt, da nur die Hakenverbindung und die Clip-Verbindung zwischen beiden Teilen verbunden sein muss, ohne die Notwendigkeit von Verschraubungen, da die Hakenverbindung zusammen mit der Clip-Verbindung der Verbindung der Teile genügende Starrheit verleiht. Sowohl die Hakenverbindung als auch die Clip-Verbindung kann am Rand oder in Bereichen in der Nähe des Rands der Abdeckung angeordnet sein, wobei vermieden ist, dass Zwischenräume zwischen beiden Teilen verbleiben. Insbesondere ist die Hakenverbindung in dem der Bügelsohle am nächsten liegenden Bereich angeordnet und die Clip-Verbindung an dem Griff angeordnet.
Vorzugsweise weist die Hakenverbindung einen Haken im hinteren Bügeleisenkörper auf, wobei ein Hakenende der Bügelsohle gegenüberliegt, und eine Hakenaufnahme in der Körperabdeckung, in der das Hakenende aufgenommen ist. Dieser Haken ist vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoffteil einstückig mit dem rückwärtigen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers in L-Form hergestellt, wobei das freie und kürzere Hakenende zur Bügelsohle hin gerichtet ist. Die Körperabdeckung weist eine Hakenaufnahme auf, die vorzugsweise als Durchgangsöffnung durch den untersten Bereich der Körperabdeckung mit der genauen Schnittgröße ausgeführt ist, damit sie das Hakenende durchlaufen kann. Das Hakenende muss zum vollständigen Durchlaufen der Hakenaufnahme genügend groß sein. Es ist nicht notwendig, dass die Hakenaufnahme durchlaufend ist, da sie mit einer für das Hakenende geeigneten Tiefe geschlossen sein könnte. Diese Hakenverbindung könnte außerdem umgekehrt sein und den Haken in der Körperabdeckung und die Hakenaufnahme im rückwärtigen Bereich des
Bügeleisenkörpers aufweisen. Die Schnittfläche ist stark genug zum Aushalten von Stößen, und die Flexibilität ist verringert, sodass sie sich nicht leicht löst.
Um dieser Hakenverbindung größere Sicherheit zu verleihen, ist vorgesehen, dass die Körperabdeckung einen Vorsprung aufweist, der mit dem Haken an seinem am weitesten von der Bügelsohle entfernten Teil in Kontakt steht. Das bedeutet, dass sich der Vorsprung nach der Montage der Hakenverbindung über dem Haken befindet, wodurch seine Verschiebung in der Austrittsrichtung des Hakenendes aus der Hakenaufnahme vermieden ist.
Vorzugsweise weist die Clip-Verbindung eine flexible Zunge an der Körperabdeckung mit einer Ansatzaufnahme auf, in die ein Ansatz einrastet, der am Griff angeordnet ist. Es ist vorgesehen, dass der Ansatz ein starrer Vorsprung am Griff mit einer Neigung zum Erleichtern der Montage und Einfügung der Ansatzaufnahme der Zunge ist. Die Montage der Körperabdeckung ist erheblich erleichtert.
Außerdem weist der Griff eine Griffabdeckung auf, die mindestens einen Teil der Clip- Verbindung abdeckt und einen Zapfen aufweist, der mit der Clip-Verbindung in Kontakt steht. Dadurch kann die Flexibilität, die die Clip-Verbindungen kennzeichnet, durch den - A -
Kontakt des Zapfens der Griffabdeckung verringert sein und vermieden sein, dass sie sich durch einen Stoß an die Körperabdeckung löst. Besonders vorteilhaft ist, dass der Zapfen mit dem Ende der Zunge in Kontakt steht, das am weitesten von der Körperabdeckung entfernt ist, wodurch vermieden ist, dass die Ansatzaufnahme aus dem Ansatz austritt, wodurch ab dem Moment, in dem die Griffabdeckung über dem Griff geschlossen ist, eine unlösbare Clip-Verbindung hergestellt ist.
Um der Clip-Verbindung größere Starrheit zu verleihen, ist die Griffabdeckung mittels einer Verschraubung in der Nähe des Zapfens mit dem Griff verbunden. Auch wenn eine Verschraubung bevorzugt ist, um dem Kundendienst das Auseinandernehmen zu erleichtern, könnte es außerdem eine unlösbare Verbindung sein, die sich in einem Bereich in der Nähe der Clip-Verbindung befindet. Es könnte außerdem sein, dass der Zapfen einen Teil der Verschraubung bildet, wodurch es unmöglich ist, dass die Clip- Verbindung zu lösen ist, ohne sie zu zerbrechen oder abzuschrauben.
Der Abstand zwischen dem Hakenende und dem Ansatz ist größer als der Abstand zwischen der Hakenaufnahme und der Ansatzaufnahme. Auf diese Art und Weise ist gewährleistet, dass das Hakenende, sobald die Körperabdeckung im hinteren Bügeleisenteil angebracht ist, gut in die Hakenaufnahme eingeführt ist und die Einheit unlösbar macht.
In einer besonderen Gestaltung des Kleiderbügeleisens der Erfindung teilt sich der Griff an seiner Verbindung mit dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil in zwei Arme und bildet einen Bogen aus. Das Bügeleisen weist eine Hakenverbindung an den Enden der Arme an ihrer Verbindung mit dem hinteren Teil des Bügeleisenkörpers und eine Clip-Verbindung am Griff auf. Damit weist die Körperabdeckung keine umgekehrte U-Form auf und ist im rückwärtigen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers vollkommen geschlossen.
Eine vorteilhafte Ausführungsform des Bügeleisens gemäß der Erfindung ist mithilfe der folgenden Figuren detaillierter beschrieben.

In Figur 1 ist schematisch das hintere Bügeleisenteil 12 eines Kleiderbügeleisens gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung mit einer Körperabdeckung 11 dargestellt, die das hintere Bügeleisenteil 12 schließt. Es ist mit Schnitten dargestellt, um die Verbindung der Körperabdeckung 11 mit dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil 12 detaillierter sichtbar zu machen. Über einer Bügelsohle 18 ist ein Bügeleisenkörper 10 angeordnet, und mit seinem rückwärtigen Bereich ist ein Griff 13 verbunden.
In dem der Bügelsohle am nächsten liegenden Bereich ist eine Hakenverbindung 30 mit einem Haken 32 angeordnet, der ein Hakenende 34 in eine Hakenaufnahme 36 eingeführt aufweist. Aus dem Inneren der Körperabdeckung 11 steht ein Vorsprung 38 vor, der mit dem Haken 32 in seinem am weitesten von der Bügelsohle 18 entfernten Bereich in Kontakt steht.
Die Körperabdeckung 11 ist am Griff 13 im hinteren Bügeleisenteil 12 mittels einer Clip- Verbindung 20 verbunden, die eine Zunge 22 mit einer Ansatzaufnahme 24 aufweist, in die ein Ansatz 26 eingeführt ist. Der Griff 13 ist durch eine Griffabdeckung 14 geschlossen, die sich geringfügig über einen Teil der Clip-Verbindung 20 erstreckt. Die Griffabdeckung 14 weist einen Zapfen 15 auf, der soweit vorsteht, bis er mit der Clip- Verbindung an dem Ende der Zunge 22, das am weitesten von der Körperabdeckung 11 entfernt ist, in Kontakt steht. Die Griffabdeckung 14 weist eine Verschraubung 16 in nächster Nähe zur Clip-Verbindung 20 auf.
In Figur 2 ist schematisch das hintere Bügeleisenteil 12 eines Kleiderbügeleisens gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung mit offener Körperabdeckung 11 in Anordnung vor ihrem Verschluss über dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil 12 dargestellt. Es ist mit Schnitten dargestellt, um die Verbindung der Körperabdeckung 11 mit dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil 12 detaillierter sichtbar zu machen.
Über einer Bügelsohle 18 ist der Bügeleisenkörper 10 angeordnet, und mit seinem rückwärtigen Bereich ist der Griff 13 verbunden. In dem der Bügelsohle am nächsten liegenden Bereich ist eine Hakenverbindung mit einem Haken 32 angeordnet, der ein Hakenende 34 teilweise in eine Hakenaufnahme 36 eingeführt aufweist. Aus dem Inneren der Körperabdeckung 11 steht der Vorsprung 38 vor, der mit dem Haken 32 in seinem am weitesten von der Bügelsohle 18 entfernten Bereich in Kontakt treten wird, sobald die Körperabdeckung 11 geschlossen ist.
Die Clip-Verbindung in dieser Figur 2 ist gelöst, und es ist darin die Zunge 22 mit der Ansatzaufnahme 24 zu sehen, in die der Ansatz 26 beim Zusammenbau eingeführt wird. Der Griff 13 ist offen, und die Griffabdeckung 14 befindet sich darüber. Die Griffabdeckung 14 weist den Zapfen 15 auf, der die Clip-Verbindung an dem Ende der Zunge 22, das am weitesten von der Körperabdeckung 11 entfernt ist, berühren wird, wenn die Griffabdeckung einmal geschlossen ist. Außerdem ist die Verschraubung zum Schließen der Griffabdeckung 14 in nächster Nähe zur Clip- Verbindung auseinandergezogen gezeigt.
Figur 3 zeigt das hintere Bügeleisenteil 12 ohne die Körperabdeckung. Es ist der Bügeleisenkörper 10 über der Bügelsohle 18 und der Griff 13 mit dem rückwärtigen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers über zwei Arme 17 verbunden gezeigt, die jeder in einem Hakenverbindungsteil mit Haken 32 enden, die Hakenenden 34 aufweisen.
Der Griff 13 ist offen ohne die Griffabdeckung, wodurch der Ansatz 26 sichtbar ist, der in die Ansatzaufnahme der Clip-Verbindung eingreift.
Figur 4 zeigt eine andere Perspektive des hinteren Bügeleisenteils 12 von oben, aus der der rückwärtige Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers 10 mit dem Griff 13 darüber mit einem Schnitt der Griffabdeckung 14, der ihn schließt, jedoch die Clip-Verbindung 20 sichtbar lässt, ersichtlich ist. Das hintere Bügeleisenteil ist durch die Körperabdeckung 11 geschlossen, die die Zunge 22 mit der Ansatzaufnahme 24 und den in die Ansatzaufnahme eingeführten Ansatz 26 aufweist. In Figur 5 ist eine Perspektivansicht der Körperabdeckung 11 detailliert gezeigt, die die entsprechenden Teile der Hakenverbindung und der Clip-Verbindung aufweist. Von der Hakenverbindung ist die Hakenaufnahme 36 und der Vorsprung 38 gezeigt, und von der Clip-Verbindung ist die Zunge 22 und die Ansatzaufnahme 24 gezeigt. Die Körperabdeckung weist, wie aus der Figur ersichtlich, Abschnittswände in U-Form auf, durch die Stromverkabelung des Bügeleisens verlaufen kann.
Die Beschreibung dieser Figuren ist eine Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung, die den Schutzumfang nicht einschränkt, den die Ansprüche verleihen.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Kleiderbügeleisen, aufweisend eine Bügelsohle (18), einen Bügeleisenkörper (10) über der Bügelsohle, - einen Griff (13), der an einem rückwärtigen Bereich des Bügeleisenkörpers mit dem Bügeleisenkörper verbunden ist, wodurch ein hinteres Bügeleisenteil (12) ausgebildet ist, und eine Körperabdeckung (11) zum Schließen des hinteren Bügeleisenteils, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - die Körperabdeckung (11) mittels mindestens einer Clip-Verbindung (20) und mindestens einer Hakenverbindung (30) an dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil (12) verbunden ist.
2. Kleiderbügeleisen nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hakenverbindung (30) in dem der Bügelsohle (18) am nächsten liegenden Bereich angeordnet ist und die Clip-Verbindung (20) an dem Griff (13) angeordnet ist.
3. Kleiderbügeleisen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hakenverbindung (30) einen Haken (32) im hinteren Bügeleisenkörper (12) aufweist, wobei ein Hakenende (34) der Bügelsohle (18) gegenüberliegt, und eine
Hakenaufnahme (36) in der Körperabdeckung (11), in der das Hakenende (34) aufgenommen ist.
4. Kleiderbügeleisen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Körperabdeckung (11) einen Vorsprung (38) aufweist, der mit dem Haken (32) an seinem am weitesten von der Bügelsohle (18) entfernten Teil in Kontakt steht.
5. Kleiderbügeleisen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Clip- Verbindung (20) eine flexible Zunge (22) an der Körperabdeckung (11) mit einer Ansatzaufnahme (24) aufweist, in die ein Ansatz (26) einrastet, der am Griff (13) angeordnet ist.
6. Kleiderbügeleisen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (13) eine Griffabdeckung (14) aufweist, die mindestens einen Teil der Clip-Verbindung (20) abdeckt und einen Zapfen (15) aufweist, der mit der Clip-Verbindung (20) in Kontakt steht.
7. Kleiderbügeleisen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (15) mit dem Ende der Zunge (22) in Kontakt steht, das am weitesten von dem Abdeckungskörper (11) entfernt ist.
8. Kieiderbügeleisen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffabdeckung (14) mittels einer Verschraubung (16) in der Nähe des Zapfens
(15) mit dem Griff (13) verbunden ist.
9. Kleiderbügeleisen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Hakenende (34) und dem Ansatz (26) größer als der Abstand zwischen der Hakenaufnahme (36) und der
Ansatzaufnahme (24) ist.
10. Kleiderbügeleisen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Griff (13) an seiner Verbindung mit dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil (12) in zwei Arme (17) teilt und einen Bogen ausbildet.
11. Kleiderbügeleisen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Hakenverbindung (30) an der Verbindung der Arme (17) mit dem hinteren Bügeleisenteil (12) vorsieht.
