Claims (12)

  1. Treuhanddokument oder dergleichen (1), wie etwa eine Banknote, ein Reisepass, ein Personalausweis, vom Typ mit einer Unterlage (3), auf der Sicherheitsaufdrucke vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsaufdrucke aufweisen:
    - ein erstes Motiv (5), das aus einem Aufdruck einer ersten Druckfarbe in Form einer Vollfläche (50), die durchbrochen ist oder nicht, besteht;
    - zumindest ein zweites Motiv (6), das nicht mit dem ersten identisch ist und aus einem Aufdruck einer zweiten Druckfarbe in Form von Strichen und/oder zumindest einer Vollfläche besteht, wobei eines der beiden Motive zumindest teilweise das andere überdeckt, wobei die erste und die zweite Druckfarbe identisch und von gleicher Farbe sind.
    - einen Tiefdruck (7), der zumindest die dem ersten und dem zweiten Motiv (5, 6) gemeinsame Fläche überdeckt,
    so dass:
    - das Motiv (5), das die größere Fläche aufweist, sichtbar ist und das andere Motiv (6) unter Spiegelung für das bloße Auge (O) zumindest teilweise unsichtbar ist, je nach natürlicher oder künstlicher Beleuchtung (L),
    - während das andere Motiv (6) mit bloßem Auge (O) je nach natürlicher (L) oder künstlicher Beleuchtung, die in Form von einer diffusen Lichtquelle vorliegt, vollständig sichtbar wird.
  2. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Motiv (6) auf das erste Motiv (5) aufgedruckt ist.
  3. Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Motiv (6) vollständig innerhalb des ersten Motivs (5) enthalten ist.
  4. Dokument nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Motiv (5, 6) einen Glanzeffekt haben.
  5. Dokument nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste (5) und das zweite Motiv (6) durch Offset, Siebdruck, Flexodruck oder Hochdruck aufgedruckt sind.
  6. Dokument nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckfarben ausgewählt sind aus Druckfarben, die metallische Bestandteile enthalten, aus optisch veränderlichen Druckfarben, aus optisch veränderlichen Magnetfarben, aus irisierenden Druckfarben, wobei die Druckträger Lichtreflexionseigenschaften haben.
  7. Dokument nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tiefdruck (7) mit Druckfarbe erfolgt.
  8. Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tiefdruck (7) ohne Druckfarbe erfolgt, d. h. dass er einen Trockenstempel darstellt.
  9. Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tiefdruck (7) zumindest einen kalandrierten Bereich (70) und/oder ein latentes Bild (71) aufweist.
  10. Dokument nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tiefdruck (7) zumindest die Fläche des ersten Motivs (5) überdeckt.
  11. Dokument nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tiefdruck (7) registerhaltig mit dem ersten Motiv (5) ist.
  12. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Dokuments (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es nacheinander die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Herstellen eines ersten Motivs (5) durch Aufdrucken einer ersten Druckfarbe in Form einer Vollfläche (50), die durchbrochen ist oder nicht;
    - Herstellen zumindest ein zweites Motivs (6), das nicht mit dem ersten identisch ist, durch Aufdrucken einer zweiten Druckfarbe, die als die erste Druckfarbe identisch und von gleicher Farbe ist, in Form von Strichen und/oder einer Vollfläche, wobei eines der beiden Motive zumindest teilweise das andere überdeckt;
    - Herstellen eines Tiefdrucks (7), der zumindest die dem ersten und dem zweiten Motiv (5, 6) gemeinsame Fläche überdeckt.
