Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltsgerät, wie insbesondere ein Kältegerät, bei dem ein Lagerwinkel, der zum Lagern einer Tür des Haushaltsgeräts bestimmt ist mit einer Abdeckung zum Abdecken des Lagerwinkels abgedeckt ist.
  • Bei Haushaltsgeräten, wie insbesondere Kältegeräten, trat immer wieder das Problem auf, dass der Öffnungswinkel der Tür nicht groß genug war und die auftretenden Kräfte beim Türanschlag nicht gut genug aufgenommen wurden. Daher wurde ein Scharniersystem entwickelt, das einen großen Öffnungswinkel der Tür ermöglicht und die auftretenden Kräfte beim Türanschlag aufnimmt.
  • Bei vielen Geräten ist ein elektrisches Kabel von dem so genannten Control Panel an der Vorderseite des Haushaltsgeräts in die Türe zu führen, damit an der Vorderseite der Türe angebrachte Bedienelemente mit dem Control Panel elektrisch verbunden oder dort angebrachte Anzeigeelemente mit Strom versorgt werden. Der Lagerwinkel muss aus ästhetischen Gründen mit einer Abdeckung verkleidet werden, da er sonst nach dem Öffnen der Tür von einem Benutzer sichtbar ist. Üblicherweise wird eine solche Abdeckung auf den Lagerwinkel aufgesteckt. Bei einem vorgenannten Scharniersystem tritt das Problem auf, dass bei Lagetoleranzen des Lagerwinkels sich die Abdeckung entweder verzieht oder sogar bricht, oder dass unansehnliche Fugen zwischen der Abdeckung und dem Control Panel entstehen.
  • WO 2008/004841 A2 offenbart ein Haushaltsgerät gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, das bestehende Scharniersystem so weiterzuentwickeln, dass die Abdeckung unabhängig von Lagetoleranzen des Lagerwinkels keine störenden Spalte oder Fugen zum Control Panel bildet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst, bei dem dessen Lagerwinkel mit einer Abdeckung zum Abdecken des Lagerwinkels abgedeckt ist. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
  • Erfindungsgemäß weist die Abdeckung zum Abdecken des Lagerwinkels eine Verbindungseinrichtung zum Verbinden der Abdeckung mit dem Haushaltsgerät selbst und nicht mit dem Lagerwinkel auf. Dies bringt den Vorteil, dass die Abdeckung selbst dann passgenau mit dem Haushaltsgerät verbunden werden kann, wenn beim Lagerwinkel oder dem mit ihm verbundenen Lagerzapfen Fertigungstoleranzen vorhanden sind. Durch die Anbringung der Abdeckung direkt am Haushaltsgerät kann somit vermieden werden, dass unerwünschte Spalte oder eine schräge Anordnung der Abdeckung auftreten, und es kann bewirkt werden, dass die Abdeckung formschlüssig und bündig auf das Haushaltsgerät abgestimmt werden kann.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung mehrere Rasthaken zum Eingreifen in eine entsprechende Aussparung an der Vorderseite des Haushaltsgeräts umfasst, wobei der Eingriff der Rasthaken in die Aussparung vorzugsweise auch wieder gelöst werden kann.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Lagerwinkel ein freies Ende aufweist, an dem eine Lagerbuchse befestigbar ist, und dass die Abdeckung ein dem freien Ende des Lagerwinkels - an dem der Lagerzapfen angeordnet ist - benachbartes freies Ende aufweist, das einen Rasthaken zum Eingriff in die Lagerbuchse umfasst. Dies ermöglicht eine zusätzliche Stützung der Abdeckung. Die Flexibilität der Abdeckung kann dabei erhöht werden, wenn dieser Rasthaken über eine elastische Rippe mit der Abdeckung verbunden ist. Bevorzugt ist dabei der Rasthaken so ausgebildet, dass ein Spiel zwischen Rasthaken und Ausnehmung vorhanden ist, so dass der Rasthaken nach oben und unten nicht fixiert ist. Dadurch wird eine noch bessere Entkopplung der Abdeckung in dem Fall ermöglicht, dass Lagetoleranzen des Lagerwinkels vorhanden sind.
  • Es ist bevorzugt, dass die Aussparung in einer Frontblende des Haushaltsgeräts vorgesehen ist, die vorzugsweise ein Control Panel - das für Steuerungs- und Regelzwecke des Haushaltsgeräts vorgesehen ist - zumindest teilweise abdeckt.
  • Ein erfindungsgemäßes Haushaltsgerät wie insbesondere ein Kältegerät umfasst zumindest einen Lagerwinkel zum Lagern einer Tür des Haushaltsgeräts sowie zumindest eine Abdeckung zum Abdecken des Lagerwinkels mit einer Verbindungseinrichtung zum Verbinden der Abdeckung mit dem Haushaltsgerät selbst und nicht mit dem Lagerwinkel.
  • Dies bietet den Vorteil, dass die Abdeckung selbst dann passgenau mit dem Haushaltsgerät verbunden werden kann, wenn beim Lagerwinkel oder dem mit ihm verbundenen Lagerzapfen Fertigungstoleranzen vorhanden sind. Durch die Anbringung der Abdeckung direkt am Haushaltsgerät kann somit vermieden werden, dass unerwünschte Spalte oder eine schräge Anordnung der Abdeckung auftreten, und es kann bewirkt werden, dass die Abdeckung formschlüssig und bündig auf das Haushaltsgerät abgestimmt werden kann.
  • Bevorzugt ist die Abdeckung einstoffig aus Kunststoff-Spritzguss geformt.
  • Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Besonderheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 ein Haushaltsgerät mit einer über einen Lagerwinkel angelenkten Tür, bei dem die vorliegende Erfindung eingesetzt werden kann, in perspektivischer Darstellung,
    • Fig. 2 eine Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Abdeckung vor dem Einsetzen in das Haushaltsgerät,
    • Fig. 3 die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung mit einigen Details, und
    • Fig. 4 eine der Fig. 2 ähnliche Ansicht mit eingesetzter Abdeckung.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein Haushaltsgerät 9 mit geöffneter Türe 9a. Am Haushaltsgerät 9 ist ein Lagerwinkel 10 befestigt, an dessen freiem Ende 11 ein Lagerzapfen 12 angeordnet ist. Der Lagerwinkel 10 mit dem Lagerzapfen 12 ist spiegelsymmetrisch um seine horizontale Längsachse ausgebildet. Das heißt, es braucht nur eine Bauform des Lagerwinkels 10 hergestellt zu werden, die dann rechts oder links am Haushaltsgerät 9 befestigt werden kann. Der Lagerzapfen 12 weist bei dieser Ausführungsform - jedoch nicht notwendigerweise - einen in Horizontalrichtung im Wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Querschnitt auf.
  • Auf das untere freie Ende des Lagerzapfens 12 ist eine Lagerbuchse 20 aufgesteckt, welche die Tür 9a drehbar lagert. Durch die Lagerbuchse 20 hindurch ist über eine Durchführung 22 ein elektrisches Kabel 60 geführt, das ins Innere des Haushaltsgeräts 9 zu einem sogenannten Control Panel geführt ist, mit dem unter anderem Steuer- und Regelfunktionen ausgeführt werden können. Im Bereich des Control Panels ist eine Aussparung 6 vorgesehen, in die eine Abdeckung für den Lagerwinkel 10 eingerastet werden kann. Eine Frontblende 8 deckt zumindest einen Teil des Control Panels ab.
  • Ein Deckel 30 kann in der durch den Pfeil A gezeigten Richtung auf das erste, obere freie Ende 14 des Lagerzapfens 12 aufgesteckt werden. Der Deckel 30 ist innen so geformt, dass er formschlüssig auf den Lagerzapfen 12 aufgesteckt werden kann. An der dem Haushaltsgerät 9 zugewandten Seite des Deckels 30 ragt eine Führungsrippe 34 hervor, die im Wesentlichen die gleiche Krümmung wie der Lagerwinkel 10 in diesem Bereich aufweist. Dadurch kann erreicht werden, dass das Kabel 60 in seitlicher, also horizontaler Richtung nicht zum Haushaltsgerät 9 hin verrutschen kann, sondern sicher geführt ist. Der Deckel 30 weist an seiner dem Kabel 60 zugewandten Seite einen Einlass 32 für das Kabel 60 auf, welches dann weiter durch die Lagerbuchse 20 hindurch nach unten verläuft. Um dem Kabel 60 auch eine Abstützung bzw. Führung nach oben zu gewährleisten, weist der Deckel 30 einen Kabelhalteabschnitt 33 auf, der als die Stirnseite bzw. Oberseite des Deckels 30 verlängernde Fläche ausgebildet ist.
  • Gemäß Darstellung in Fig. 2 kann eine erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung 40 auf den Lagerwinkel 10 aufgeschoben worden. Die Abdeckung 40, die aus Kunststoff-Spritzguss geformt ist, weist schematisch angedeutete Rasthaken 44 auf, die in die in Aussparung 6 an der Vorderseite des Haushaltsgeräts 9 eingerastet werden. Die Rasthaken 44 bilden eine Verbindungseinrichtung 42.
  • Es ist festzuhalten, dass die Abdeckung 40 nicht auf den Lagerwinkel 10 selbst aufgesteckt bzw. aufgeklemmt ist, sondern mit der Aussparung 6 in der Frontblende 8 des Haushaltsgeräts 9 verrastet ist. Die Abdeckung greift dabei bündig, passgenau und ohne störende Fugen bzw. Schlitze in die Frontblende ein. Dies kann selbst dann gewährleistet werden, wenn der Lagerwinkel 10 aufgrund von Lagetoleranzen vertikal, horizontal oder in einer schrägen Richtung versetzt angeordnet ist. Als zusätzliche Stütze weist die Abdeckung 40 an ihrem freien Ende 41 einen über eine elastische Rippe 46 mit ihr verbundenen Rasthaken 45 auf, der locker, also mit Spiel, in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung 24 der Lagerbuchse 20 eingreift und damit einen Abschnitt 26 der Lagerbuchse 20, der einen kreisbogenförmigen Querschnitt aufweist und durch den das Kabel 60 dann weiter nach unten geführt wird, untergreift. Dadurch ist die Abdeckung 40 nicht an dem Lagerwinkel 10 bzw. der auf ihn aufgesteckten Lagerbuchse 20 nach oben oder unten fixiert, und es kommt selbst bei eventuell auftretenden Lagetoleranzen des Lagerwinkels 10 nicht zu einem Verziehen der Abdeckung 40 oder zu deren Verrutschen. Somit stellt der Deckel 30 eine vorläufige Positionierung des Kabels 60 sicher, während die Abdeckung 40 das Kabel 60 dann endgültig positioniert bzw. fixiert.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung 40 mit der in das Haushaltsgerät 9 einzusetzenden Seite nach oben. Dort sind sechs Rasthaken 44 vorgesehen, die in die Aussparung 6 in der Frontblende 8 des Haushaltsgeräts 9 eingerastet werden können. An ihrem dem Lagerzapfen 12 zugewandten freien Ende 41 weist die Abdeckung 40 einen Rasthaken 45 auf, der über eine elastische Rippe 46 angebracht ist. Der Rasthaken 45 dient dem lockeren und mit vertikalem Spiel behafteten Eingriff in die in Fig. 4 gezeigte Ausnehmung 24 in der Lagerbuchse 20. Dadurch wird zwar einerseits verhindert, dass sich bei in die Aussparung 6 eingerasteter Abdeckung 40 deren freies Ende 41 von der Lagerbuchse 20 löst, aber andererseits keine Kraft auf die Abdeckung 40 ausgeübt, falls Lagetoleranzen des Lagerzapfens 12 vorhanden sind. Somit kann der Rasthaken 45 ggf. als zusätzliche Stütze für die Abdeckung 40 dienen.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt die auf den Lagerwinkel 10 aufgesteckte und diesen umgreifende Abdeckung 40 sowie den Lagerwinkel 10 (bzw. dessen Lagerzapfen 12), auf den die Lagerbuchse 20 sowie der Deckel 30 aufgesteckt sind. Zum einen ist ersichtlich, dass die Abdeckung 40 passgenau in die Frontblende 8 des Haushaltsgeräts 9 eingerastet und mit dieser bündig ist. Auch der Übergang zu dem am Haushaltsgerät 9 befestigten Teil des Lagerwinkels 10 ist bündig. Zum anderen ist erkennbar, dass die Lagerbuchse 20 und der Deckel 30 so ausgestaltet sind, dass sie den Lagerzapfen 12 - jedenfalls auf der für einen Betrachter zugänglichen Seite - vollständig umschließen. Somit kann eine Lackierung des Lagerzapfens, die ansonsten aus ästhetischen Gründen geboten wäre, unterbleiben.
  • Aus Fig. 4 ist ersichtlich, dass die Abdeckung 40 die (hier nicht gezeigte) Führungsrippe 34 des Deckels 30 übergreift bzw. umgreift und somit verhindert, dass der Deckel 30 bei einer entsprechenden Belastung durch beispielsweise einen Stoß nach oben ausweicht.

Claims (6)

  1. Haushaltsgerät (9), insbesondere Kältegerät, mit einem Lagerwinkel (10) zum Lagern einer Tür (9a) des Haushaltsgeräts (9) und einer Abdeckung (40) zum wenigstens weitgehenden Abdecken des Lagerwinkels (10), wobei die Abdeckung (40) eine Verbindungseinrichtung (42) zum Verbinden der Abdeckung (40) mit dem Haushaltsgerät (9) aufweist ohne mit dem Lagerwinkel (10) verbunden zu sein, wobei der Lagerwinkel (10) ein freies Ende (11) aufweist, an dem eine Lagerbuchse (20) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (42) mehrere Rasthaken (44) umfasst, die in eine Aussparung (6) an der Vorderseite des Haushaltsgeräts (9) eingreifen, wobei die Abdeckung (40) ein dem freien Ende (11) des Lagerwinkels (10) benachbartes freies Ende (41) aufweist, das einen Rasthaken (45) zum Eingriff in die Lagerbuchse (20) umfasst.
  2. Haushaltsgerät (9) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Eingriff der Rasthaken (44) in die Aussparung (6) lösbar ist.
  3. Haushaltsgerät (9) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Rasthaken (45) über eine elastische Rippe (46) mit der Abdeckung (40) verbunden ist.
  4. Haushaltsgerät (9) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Aussparung (6) in einer Frontblende (8) des Haushaltsgeräts (9) vorgesehen ist, die vorzugsweise ein Control Panel (7) zumindest teilweise abdeckt.
  5. Haushaltsgerät (9) nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Abdeckung (40) bündig in die Frontblende (8) eingreift.
  6. Haushaltsgerät (9) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Rasthaken (45) der Abdeckung (40) mit Spiel in eine Ausnehmung (24) der Lagerbuchse (20) eingreift.
