Zur temporären Verformung und Stabilisierung der Frisur werden Produkte eingesetzt, die als Stylingmittel bekannt sind. Hierzu zählen Haarsprays, Schaumfestiger, Festiger in flüssiger Form, Gele, Wachse und vieles mehr.
Die Rezepturen sind vielfältig, die Bestandteile müssen in ethanolischem, wässrig- ethanolischem oder wässrigem Medium verträglich sein.
Üblicherweise bestehen diese Mittel zur Festigung der Haare aus Lösungen von filmbildenden natürlichen oder synthetischen Polymeren oder Polymerkombinationen. Es handelt sich dabei um nichtionische, anionische, kationische oder amphotere Polymere. Diese hinterlassen auf dem Haar nach der Applikation einen transparenten farblosen Film. Es werden eine Reihe von Anforderungen an diese Filme gestellt: sie sollen klar, glänzend, feuchtigkeitsunempfindlich, festigend, langanhaltend, flexibel, nicht klebend sein, den natürlichen Griff des Haares nicht beeinträchtigen und sich auch wieder leicht durch handelsübliche Haarwaschmittel auswaschen lassen. Haarfestiger besitzen in der Gruppe der Stylingprodukte eine Sonderstellung. Nicht nur die Filmeigenschaften (Halt, Flexibilität) stehen im Vordergrund, sondern auch die Pflegeleistung am Haar (Kämmbarkeit, gepflegter Griff).
Als haltgebende Polymere in Haarfestigern finden hauptsächlich statistische Copolymere Ver- wendung. Copolymerisiert werden in der Regel verschiedene nichtionische, anionische oder kationische / kationogene Monomeren mit Vinyl- oder Acryl-Funktion.
Ein entscheidender Nachteil der haltgebenden Polymere in Haarfestigern sind die unzureichenden Pflegeeigenschaften: das Haar lässt sich schlecht kämmen und fühlt sich stumpf, rau und wenig gepflegt an. Nach dem Trocknen sind die Filme dann relativ hart, spröde und unflexibel. Nachteilig für den Verbraucher sind die taktilen Eigenschaften des Filmes sowie die Bildung von Rückständen beim Kämmen (Filmplacken). Diese rieseln auf Schultern oder Kleidung und lassen den Anwender ungepflegt erscheinen.
Eine Verbesserung in Bezug auf Griff und Kämmbarkeit wird bei Haarfestiger-Formulierungen typischerweise durch die Kombination der oben genannten Polymere mit kationischen Polyme-

Der Einsatz dieser kationischen Polymere oder kationischen Tenside führt jedoch meistens zu einer deutlichen Abnahme der Volumeneigenschaften.
Diesem Nachteil kann wiederum mit dem zusätzlichen Einsatz von nichtionischen Polymeren Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil duch diese Kombination ist ein ausgezeichnetes Langzeitvolumen.
Bei Schaumfestigern kommt darüber hinaus ein weiterer Nachteil vieler haltgebender Polymere zum Tragen: sie verleihen dem Schaum eine unzureichende, unkosmetische Schaumcharakteristik. Der Schaum ist grobblasig, weich, instabil und wenig cremig.
Zur Verbesserung der Schaumeigenschaften ist der Zusatz von schaumstabilsierenden Additiven, wie z.B. nichtionischen Tensiden üblich.
Überraschender Weise wurde festgestellt, dass durch eine Zubereitung zur Behandlung kera- tinscher Fasern, insbesondere kosmetischer Haarfestiger enthaltend
a) wenigstens ein kationisch amphoteres Polymer, aufgebaut aus den Monomeren Vinylpyr- rolidon, te/t-Butylacrylat, Methacrylsäure, Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamid und Me- thacryloylethyldimethylethyl Ammonium Ethylsulfat, wobei der Anteil Methacrylsäure geringer ist als der Anteil Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamid und das Polymer mit einer ge- eigneten Säure neutralisiert ist,
b) wenigstens ein nichtionisches Polymer und
c) wenigstens ein Silikonöl
besonders gute und lang anhaltende volumengebende Eigenschaften erzielt werden.
Dabei hat es sich als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, wenn das oder die kationischen amphoteren Polymere einen Aktivgehalt 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 5 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung aufweist. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn das kationisch ampho- tere Polymer ein statistisches, lineares Copolymer aus Vinylpyrrolidon, tert-Butylacrylat, Methacrylsäure, Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamid und Methacryloylethyldimethylethyl Ammoni- um Ethylsulfat, neutralisiert mit Phosphorsäure auf pH 6,0 ist. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn das oder die nichtionischen Polymere einen Aktivgehalt 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung aufweist. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn das nichtionische Polymer ein Copolymerisats aus Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylacetat ist. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn das oder die Silikonöle einen Aktivgehalt 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 2,5 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung aufweist. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn das oder die Silikonöle ausgewählt sind unter linearen oder cyli- schen Silikonen, PEG- und/oder PPG-modifizierten Silikonen. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn die Zubereitung 0 bis 95 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5 bis 60 Gew.-% Ethanol bezogen auf das Ge- samtgewicht der Zubereitung enthält. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn die Zubereitung 0 bis 25 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 1 bis 15 Gew.-% Treibmittel bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung enthält. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn die Zubereitung als treibmittelhaltiger Schaumfestiger, Pumpschaumfestiger oder Pumpspray zur Anwendung im Haar vorliegt. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn zusätzlich mindestens ein weiteres anionisches, kationisches, nichtionisches oder amphoteres filmbildendes Polymer in einer Konzentration von 0 bis 10 Gew.-% bevorzugt 1 bis 5 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, vorliegt. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn zusätzlich UV-Filter, Antioxidationsmittel, öle, Extrakte, Proteine und/oder Proteinhydrolysate, Pigmente und/oder Parfüm enthalten ist. Dier Erfindung umfasst auch die Verwendung einer der beschriebenen Zubereitungen zur Gestaltung der Frisur des Menschen und/oder des Tieres.
Erfindungsgemäße Stylingmittel können weitere kosmetische Hilfsstoffe mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen, z.B. Pflegestoffe, Konservierungsmittel, Bakterizide, Parfüme, Emulgatoren, Treibmittel, weichmachende, anfeuchtende und/oder feuchthaltende Substanzen, Fette, öle, Wach- se, Fettalkohole, Fettsäureester oder andere übliche Bestandteile einer kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Formulierung wie Alkohole, Polyole, Polymere, Elektrolyte, organische Lösungsmittel oder Siliconderivate enthalten.
Als Pflegestoff kann zusätzlich ein Silikonöl und/oder ein Silikongum eingesetzt werden. In einer besonderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthalten die Mittel mindestens ein Silikonöl und/oder ein Silikongum.
Erfindungsgemäss geeignete Silikonöle oder Silikongums sind insbesondere Dialkyl- und Alky- larylsiloxane, wie beispielsweise Dimethylpolysiloxan und Methylphenylpolysiloxan, sowie deren alkoxylierte, quaternierte oder auch anionische Derivate. Bevorzugt sind cyclische und lineare Polydialkylsiloxane, deren alkoxylierte und/oder aminierte Derivate, Dihydroxypolydimethylsilo- xane und Polyphenylalkylsiloxane. Silikonöle bewirken die unterschiedlichsten Effekte. So beeinflussen sie beispielsweise gleichzeitig die Trocken- und Nasskämmbarkeiten, den Griff des trockenen und nassen Haares sowie den Glanz. Unter dem Begriff Silikonöle versteht der Fachmann mehrere Strukturen Silicium- organischer Verbindungen.

344 bzw. DC 345 von Dow Corning vertrieben werden,
Hexamethyl-Disiloxan (INCI-Bezeichnung: Hexamethyldisiloxane), z. B. das unter der Bezeichnung Abil K 520 vertriebenen Produkt,
Polyphenylmethylsiloxane (INCI-Bezeichnung: Phenyl Trimethicone), z. B. das Handelsprodukt DC 556 Cosmetic Grade Fluid von Dow Corning, Ester sowie Partialester der Silikon-Glykol-Copolymere, wie sie beispielsweise von der Firma Fanning unter der Handelsbezeichnung Fancorsil LIM (INCI-Bezeichnung: Di- methicone Copolyol Meadowfoamate) vertrieben werden,
- anionische Silikonöle, wie beispielsweise das Produkt Dow Corning 1784
sowie Dow Corning 5330 Fluid, Dow Corning 949, Dow Corning 1401 , Dow Corning 1403 und Dow Corning 1501.
Als Pflegestoff kann das Mittel ein Proteinhydrolysat und/oder eines seiner Derivate enthalten.
Proteinhydrolysate sind Produktgemische, die durch sauer, basisch oder enzymatisch katalysierten Abbau von Proteinen (Eiweissen) erhalten werden. Unter dem Begriff Proteinhydrolysate werden erfindungsgemäss auch Totalhydrolysate sowie einzelne Aminosäuren und deren Deri- vate sowie Gemische aus verschiedenen Aminosäuren verstanden. Weiterhin werden erfindungsgemäss aus Aminosäuren und Aminosäurederivaten aufgebaute Polymere unter dem Begriff Proteinhydrolysate verstanden. Zu letzteren sind beispielsweise Polyalanin, Polyaspara- gin, Polyserin etc. zu zählen. Weitere Beispiele für erfindungsgemäss einsetzbare Verbindungen sind L-Alanyl-L-prolin, Polyglycin, Glycyl-L-glutamin oder D/L-Methionin-S- Methylsulfoniumchlorid. Selbstverständlich können erfindungsgemäss auch [beta]-Aminosäuren und deren Derivate wie [beta]-Alanin, Anthranilsäure oder Hippursäure eingesetzt werden. Das Molgewicht der erfindungsgemäss einsetzbaren Proteinhydrolysate liegt zwischen 75, dem Molgewicht für Glycin, und 200.000, bevorzugt beträgt das Molgewicht 75 bis 50.000 und ganz besonders bevorzugt 75 bis 20.000 Dalton.
Erfindungsgemäss können Proteinhydrolysate sowohl pflanzlichen als auch tierischen oder marinen oder synthetischen Ursprungs eingesetzt werden.
Tierische Proteinhydrolysate sind beispielsweise Elastin-, Kollagen-, Keratin-, Seiden- und Milcheiweiss-Proteinhydrolysate, die auch in Form von Salzen vorliegen können. Solche Produkte werden beispielsweise unter den Warenzeichen Dehylan (Cognis), Promois (Interorga- na), Collapuron (Cognis), Nutrilan (Cognis), Gelita-Sol (Deutsche Gelatine Fabriken Stoess & Co), Lexein (Inolex), Sericin (Pentapharm) und Kerasol (Croda) vertrieben.
Besonders interessant ist der Einsatz von Seiden-Proteinhydrolysaten. Unter Seide versteht man die Fasern des Kokons des Maulbeer-Seidenspinners (Bombyx mori L.). Als haltgebende Polymere in erfindungsgemäßen Haarfestigern könne zusätzlich statistische Copolymere Verwendung finden. Copolymerisiert werden in der Regel verschiedene nichtionische, anionische oder kationische / kationogene Monomeren mit Vinyl- oder Acryl-Funktion, wie z. B. Vinyllactame (Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylcaprolactam), Vinylacetat, Alkyl(meth)acrylate (Me- thyl(meth)acrylat, Ethyl(meth)acrylat, Propyl(meth)acrylat, n-Butyl(meth)acrylat, tert- Butyl(meth)acrylat, Cyclohexyl(meth)acrylat, usw.), Styrol, (Meth)Acrylamid, Al- kyl(meth)acrylamide, funktionalisierte Alkyl(meth)acrylate (z.B. Hydroxyethyl(meth)acrylat, Di- methylaminoethyl(meth)acrylat), Dimethylaminopropyl(meth)acrylat), funktionalisierte Al- kyl(meth)acrylamide (Dimethylaminopropyl(meth)acrylamid), (Meth)Acrylsäure, Maleinsäure, Crotonsäure, Acrylamidomethylpropansulfonsäure, aminogruppenhaltige Monomere, deren A- minogruppe alkyliert (quarternisiert) vorliegt, wie (Meth)Acryloylethyltrialkyl Ammoniumchlorid, (Meth)Acryloylpropyltrialkyl Ammoniumchlorid, (Meth)Acryloylaminopropyltrialkyl Ammoniumchlorid, (Meth)Acryloylethyltrialkyl Ammoniummethosulfat, (Meth)Acryloylpropyltrialkyl Ammoni- ummethosulfat, (Meth)Acryloylaminopropyltrialkyl Ammoniummethosulfat. Beispiele für in Haarfestigern verwendete Polymere dieser Art sind z.B. Weitere Polymerklassen, die in Haarfestigern Einsatz finden sind z.B. Polyurethane, z.B. Polyu- rethane-1 (Luviset PUR® von BASF), Polyurethane-2 (Avalure UR® von Lubrizol), Polyuretha- ne-6 (Luviset Sl PUR® von BASF), Polyester, z.B. Polyester-5 (AQ-Polymere von Eastman), Polyimide, z.B. Polyimid-1 (Aquaflex XL-30® von ISP), und viele mehr.
Eine Verbesserung in Bezug auf Griff und Kämmbarkeit wird bei erfindungsgemäßen Haarfestiger-Formulierungen durch die Kombination der oben genannten Polymere mit kationischen Po- lymeren, kationischen Tensiden oder Silikonen (beispielsweise cyclische Polydimethylsiloxane (Cyclomethicone), Silikontenside (Polyethermodifizierte Siloxane) vom Typ Dimethicone) erreicht.
Geeignete kationische Tenside sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der quaternären Ammonium- Verbindungen, insbesondere Benzyltrialkylammoniumsalze oder Alkyltrirnethylammoniumsalze, beispielsweise Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid oder -bromid, Alkyldimethylhydroxyethylammo- niumchloride oder -bromide, Dialkyldimethylammoniumchloride oder -bromide, Alkylami- dethyltrimethylammoniumethersulfate, Hydroxyethyl Cetyldimonium Phosphate, Alkylpyridini- umsalze, beispielsweise Lauryl- oder Cetylpyrimidiniumchlorid, Imidazolinderivate und Verbin- düngen mit kationischem Charakter wie Aminoxide, beispielsweise Alkyldimethylaminoxide oder Alkylaminoethyldimethylaminoxide.
Geeignete kationische Polymere sind unter den Bezeichnungen Polyquaternium beschriebenen Polymere wie quaternisierte Copolymere von Vinylimidazol, Vinylpyrrolidon und/oder Vinyl- caprolactam (Polyquaternium-16, -44 oder -46), quaternisiertes Vinylpyrrolidon/-
Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat Copolymer (Polyquaternium-11), Homo- und Copolymere von Dimethyldiallylammoniumchlorid (Polyquaternium-6, -7 oder-22), quaternisierte Cellulosepoly- mere (Polyquatemium-4, -10), Copolymere aus kationischer Cellulose und Stärke (Polyquater- nium-4 / Hydroxypropyl Starch Copolymer), quaternisiertes Vinylpyrrolidon / Dimethylaminopro- pylmethacrylat / Lauryl Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylat Copolymer (Polyquaternium-55), Vinylpyrrolidon/ Vinylimidazol/Methacrylamid/quaternisiertes Vinylimidazol (Polyquatemium-68), quaternisiertes Vinylcaprolactam/Vinylpyrrolidone/Dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide /Methacryloylaminopropyllauryldimoniumchloride (Polyquaternium-69) oder quaternisierte Guarderivate.
Erfindungsgemäß geeignete nichtionische Polymere sind z.B. Homopolymere des Vinylpyrroli- dons, z.B. Luviskol K von BASF oder Homopolymere des N-Vinylformamids z.B. PVF von National Starch.
Weitere geeignete Polymere sind Copolymereisate aus Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylacetat z.B. Luviskol VA Typen von BASF, Terpolymere aus Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylacetat und Propionat wie z.B. Luviskol VAP von BASF, Polyvinylcaprolactam, Polyvinylamide und deren Salze sowie Co- polymere aus Vinylpyrrolidon und Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat, Terpolymere aus Vinylcapro- lactam, Vinylpyrrolidon und Dimethylaminomethacrylat; Polysiloxane und dergleichen mehr.
Erfindungsgemäß geeignete nicht-ionische Tenside sind Alkohole, Alkanolamide, wie Cocamide MEA/ DEA/ MIPA, Aminoxide, wie Cocoamidopropylaminoxid,_Ester, die durch Veresterung von Carbonsäuren mit Ethylenoxid, Glycerin, Sorbitan oder anderen Alkoholen entstehen, Ether, beispielsweise ethoxylierte/propoxylierte Alkohole, ethoxylierte/ propoxylierte Ester, ethoxylier- te/ propoxylierte Glycerinester, ethoxylierte/ propoxylierte Cholesterine, ethoxylierte/ propoxylierte Triglyceridester, ethoxyliertes propoxyliertes Lanolin, ethoxylierte/ propoxylierte Polysiloxane, propoxylierte POE-Ether und Alkylpolyglycoside wie Laurylglucosid, Decylglycosid und Cocoglycosid, Sucroseester, -Ether, Polyglycerinester, Diglycerinester, Monoglycerinester, Me- thylglucosester, sowie Ester von Hydroxysäuren.
Erfindungsgemäß geeignete Treibmittel sind Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Butan, Isobutan und Pro- pan, Dimethylether oder Fluorkohlenwasserstoffe wie z. B. 1 ,2-Diflourethan. Andere Treibmittel sind Stickstoff, Kohlendioxid, Distickstoffoxid oder komprimierte Luft.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Zubereitung zur Behandlung keratinscher Fasern, insbesondere kosmetischer Haarfestiger enthaltend
a) wenigstens ein kationisch amphoteres Polymer, aufgebaut aus den Monomeren Vi- nylpyrrolidon, fert-Butylacrylat, Methacrylsäure, Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamid und Methacryloylethyldimethylethyl Ammonium Ethylsulfat, wobei der Anteil Methacrylsäure geringer ist als der Anteil Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamid und das Po- lymer mit einer geeigneten Säure neutralisiert ist,
b) wenigstens ein nichtionisches Polymer und
c) wenigstens ein Silikonöl.
2. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die kationischen amphoteren Polymere einen Aktivgehalt 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis
5 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung aufweist.

Zubereitung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kationisch amphotere Polymer ein statistisches, lineares Copolymer aus Vinylpyrroli- don, tert-Butylacrylat, Methacrylsäure, Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamid und Methacryloylethyldimethylethyl Ammonium Ethylsulfat, neutralisiert mit Phosphorsäure auf pH 6,0 ist.
4. Zubereitung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die nichtionischen Polymere einen Aktivgehalt 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung aufweist
5. Zubereitung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nichtionische Polymer ein Copolymerisats aus Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylacetat ist.
6. Zubereitung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Silikonöle einen Aktivgehalt 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 2,5 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung aufweist
7. Zubereitung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Silikonöle ausgewählt sind unter linearen oder cylischen Silikonen, PEG- und/oder PPG-modifizierten Silikonen.
8. Zubereitung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung 0 bis 95 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5 bis 60 Gew.-% Ethanol bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung enthält.
9. Zubereitung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung 0 bis 25 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 1 bis 15 Gew.-% Treibmittel bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung enthält.
10. Zubereitung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche vorliegend als treibmittelhaltiger Schaumfestiger, Pumpschaumfestiger oder Pumpspray zur Anwendung im Haar.
11. Zubereitung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche enthaltend zusätzlich mindestens ein weiteres anionisches, kationisches, nichtionisches oder amphoteres filmbildendes Polymer in einer Konzentration von 0 bis 10 Gew.-% bevorzugt 1 bis 5 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
12. Zubereitung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche enthaltend zusätzlich UV-Filter, Antioxidationsmittel, öle, Extrakte, Proteine und/oder Proteinhydrolysate, Pigmente und/oder Parfüm.
13. Verwendung einer Zubereitungen nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche zur Gestaltung der Frisur des Menschen und/oder des Tieres.
