为了临时改变和稳定发型而使用已知作为定型剂的产品。其中包括喷发胶、泡沫定型剂、液体形式的定型剂、凝胶、发蜡等。
配方是多种多样的,组成成分必须是在乙醇介质、水性乙醇介质或水性介质中相容的。
这种用于定型毛发的制剂通常由成膜的天然或合成聚合物或者聚合物组合的溶液构成。在此涉及非离子、阴离子、阳离子或两性的聚合物。所述制剂施加到毛发上之后留下无色透明的薄膜。对这种薄膜有一系列的要求:所述薄膜应该是透明的、有光泽、对湿度不敏感、固定性的、保持时间长、柔韧、不粘附的,不损害毛发的自然感觉并且可以用市售的洗发剂轻易地再洗掉。毛发定型剂在造型类产品中具有特殊位置。不仅薄膜特性(保持性(Halt)、柔韧性)处于重要地位,而且对毛发的护理功效(可梳理性、经护理的感觉)也很重要。
主要使用无规共聚物作为毛发定型剂中赋予保持性(haltgebend)的聚合物。通常将具有乙烯基官能团或丙烯酸系基(Acryl-)官能团的不同的非离子、阴离子或阳离子/阳离子原(kationogen)的单体共聚合。
毛发定型剂中赋予保持性的聚合物的主要缺点是护理特性不足:毛发不易梳理且感觉无光泽、粗糙和缺少护理。干燥之后薄膜相对硬、脆和不柔韧。对使用者不利的是,薄膜的触觉特性和在梳理时残余物的形成(薄膜屑)。它们落在肩上或衣服上并且让使用者看上去不修边幅。
对于毛发定型剂配方,手感和可梳理性方面的改进典型地通过上述聚合物与阳离子聚合物、阳离子表面活性剂或聚硅氧烷(例如环状聚二甲基硅氧烷(环聚甲基硅氧烷)、聚二甲基硅氧烷类的聚硅氧烷表面活性剂(聚醚改性的硅氧烷))的组合来实现。

在此已确定有利的是,所述一种或更多种阳离子、两性聚合物的活性含量以所述制剂的总重量计为0.01至10重量%,优选0.05至5重量%。另外有利的是,所述阳离子、两性聚合物是利用磷酸中和至pH6.0的无规、线型共聚物,其由乙烯基吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、二甲基氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺和乙基硫酸甲基丙烯酰基乙基二甲基乙基铵构成。另外有利的是,所述一种或更多种非离子聚合物的活性含量以所述制剂的总重量计为0.01至10重量%,优选0.1至5重量%。另外有利的是,所述非离子聚合物是乙烯基吡咯烷酮和乙酸乙烯酯的共聚产物。另外有利的是,所述一种或更多种硅油的活性含量以所述制剂的总重量计为0.01至5重量%,优选0.05至2.5重量%。另外有利的是,所述一种或更多种硅油选自线型或环状的聚硅氧烷,PEG改性和/或PPG改性的聚硅氧烷。另外有利的是,所述制剂包含0至95重量%,优选5至60重量%的乙醇,以所述制剂的总重量计。另外有利的是,所述制剂包含0至25重量%,优选1至15重量%的推进剂,以所述制剂的总重量计。另外有利的是,所述制剂作为用于毛发的含推进剂的泡沫定型剂、泵式泡沫定型剂或者泵式喷发胶存在。另外有利的是,额外存在至少一种其它阴离子、阳离子、非离子或两性的成膜聚合物,其浓度以所述制剂的总重量计为0至10重量%,优选1至5重量%。另外有利的是,额外包含UV过滤剂、抗氧化剂、油、提取物、蛋白质和/或蛋白质水解物、颜料和/或香料。本发明还包括所述制剂用于塑造人和/或动物发型的用途。
根据本发明的定型剂可以包含具有不同功能的其它化妆用助剂,例如护理物质,防腐剂,杀菌剂,香料,乳化剂,推进剂,用于软化、润湿和/或保湿的物质,脂肪,油,蜡,脂肪醇,脂肪酸酯或其它化妆或皮肤病学配方中常见的成分,例如醇、多元醇、聚合物、电解质、有机溶剂或聚硅氧烷衍生物。
作为护理物质可以另外使用硅油和/或硅橡胶纯胶料(Silikongum)。在本发明的一个特别的实施方案中,所述制剂包含至少一种硅油和/或硅橡胶纯胶料。
根据本发明适合的硅油或者硅橡胶纯胶料特别是二烷基硅氧烷和烷基芳基硅氧烷,例如二甲基聚硅氧烷和甲基苯基聚硅氧烷,以及它们的烷氧基化、季铵化或者阴离子的衍生物。优选的是环状和线型聚二烷基硅氧烷、其烷氧基化和/或胺化的衍生物,二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚苯基烷基硅氧烷。
硅油起到不同的作用。其例如同时影响干燥时和湿发时的可梳理性、干发和湿发的手感以及光泽。专业人员将硅油的概念理解为多种结构的有机硅化合物。

所述制剂可以包含蛋白质水解物和/或其衍生物作为护理物质。
蛋白质水解物是通过酸、碱或酶促催化分解蛋白质(蛋白)得到的产物混合物。根据本发明,蛋白质水解物的概念还应理解为总水解物以及各个氨基酸和其衍生物以及由不同氨基酸构成的混合物。根据本发明,蛋白质水解物还应理解为由氨基酸和氨基酸衍生物构成的聚合物。后者包括例如聚丙氨酸、聚天冬酰胺、聚丝氨酸等。根据本发明可用的化合物的其它实例是L-丙氨酰-L-脯氨酸、聚甘氨酸、甘氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺或D/L-蛋氨酸-S-甲基氯化锍。根据本发明当然还可以使用[β]-氨基酸及其衍生物例如[β]-丙氨酸、氨基苯甲酸或马尿酸。根据本发明可用的蛋白质水解物的摩尔质量在甘氨酸的摩尔质量75和200000道尔顿之间,优选摩尔质量在75至50000道尔顿之间,更特别优选摩尔质量为75至20000道尔顿。
根据本发明,可以使用植物、动物或海洋或合成来源的蛋白质水解物。
动物蛋白质水解物例如是弹性蛋白、胶原蛋白、角蛋白、丝蛋白和乳蛋白的蛋白质水解物,它们还可以以盐的形式存在。所述产品例如以Dehylan(Cognis)、Promois(Interorgana)、Collapuron(Cognis)、Nutrilan(Cognis)、Gelita-Sol(Deutsche Gelatine Fabriken Stoess&Co)、Lexein(Inolex)、Sericin(Pentapharm)和Kerasol(Croda)的牌子销售。
特别令人感兴趣的是使用丝蛋白质水解物。丝应理解为桑蚕(Bombyx mri L.)茧的纤维。

对于根据本发明的毛发定型剂配方,手感和可梳理性方面的改进通过上述聚合物与阳离子聚合物、阳离子表面活性剂或聚硅氧烷(例如环状聚二甲基硅氧烷(环聚甲基硅氧烷)、聚二甲基硅氧烷类的聚硅氧烷表面活性剂(聚醚改性的硅氧烷))的组合来实现。
适当的阳离子表面活性剂选自季铵化合物类,特别是苄基三烷基铵盐或烷基三甲基铵盐,例如鲸蜡基三甲基氯化铵或鲸蜡基三甲基溴化铵、烷基二甲基羟乙基氯化铵或烷基二甲基羟乙基溴化铵、二烷基二甲基氯化铵或二烷基二甲基溴化铵、烷基酰胺乙基三甲基铵醚硫酸盐(Alkylamidethyltrimethylammoniumethersulfate)、羟乙基鲸蜡基二甲基磷酸铵、烷基吡啶鎓盐,例如月桂基氯化吡啶鎓或鲸蜡基氯化吡啶鎓、咪唑啉衍生物和具有阳离子特征的化合物例如氧化胺,例如烷基二甲基氧化胺或烷基氨基乙基二甲基氧化胺。

根据本发明适当的非离子聚合物例如是乙烯基吡咯烷酮的均聚物,例如BASF的Luviskol K或N-乙烯基甲酰胺的均聚物例如NationalStarch的PVF。
其它适合的聚合物是乙烯基吡咯烷酮和乙酸乙烯酯的共聚产物例如BASF的Luviskol VA类,乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙酸乙烯酯和丙酸酯的三元共聚物例如BASF的Luviskol VAP,聚乙烯基己内酰胺,聚乙烯酰胺和它们的盐以及由乙烯基吡咯烷酮和甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯构成的共聚物,由乙烯基己内酰胺、乙烯基吡咯烷酮和甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基酯构成的三元共聚物;聚硅氧烷等。
根据本发明适当的非离子表面活性剂是醇;烷醇酰胺,例如椰油酰胺MEA/DEA/MIPA;氧化胺,例如氧化椰油酰氨基丙基胺;通过羧酸与环氧乙烷、甘油、脱水山梨醇或其它醇的酯化形成的酯;醚,例如乙氧基化/丙氧基化的醇、乙氧基化/丙氧基化的酯、乙氧基化/丙氧基化的甘油酯、乙氧基化/丙氧基化的胆固醇、乙氧基化/丙氧基化的甘油三酸酯、乙氧基化/丙氧基化的羊毛脂、乙氧基化/丙氧基化的聚硅氧烷、丙氧基化的POE醚和烷基聚糖苷例如月桂基葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷和椰油基葡糖苷、蔗糖酯、蔗糖醚、聚甘油酯、双甘油酯、单甘油酯、甲基葡糖酯以及羟基酸的酯。
根据本发明适当的推进剂是烃例如丁烷、异丁烷和丙烷、二甲醚或氟碳化合物例如1,2-二氟乙烷。其它推进剂是氮气、二氧化碳、一氧化二氮或压缩空气。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于处理角蛋白纤维的制剂,特别是化妆用毛发定型剂,所述制剂包含:
a)至少一种阳离子、两性聚合物,其由下列单体构成:乙烯基吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、二甲基氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺和乙基硫酸甲基丙烯酰基乙基二甲基乙基铵,其中甲基丙烯酸的比例小于二甲基氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺的比例,并且所述聚合物已用适合的酸中和,
b)至少一种非离子聚合物,和
c)至少一种硅油。
2.根据权利要求1的制剂,其特征在于,所述一种或更多种阳离子、两性聚合物的活性含量以所述制剂的总重量计为0.01至10重量%,优选0.05至5重量%。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂,其特征在于,所述阳离子、两性聚合物是利用磷酸中和至pH6.0的无规、线型共聚物,其由乙烯基吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、二甲基氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺和乙基硫酸甲基丙烯酰基乙基二甲基乙基铵构成。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂,其特征在于,所述一种或更多种非离子聚合物的活性含量以所述制剂的总重量计为0.01至10重量%,优选0.1至5重量%。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂,其特征在于,所述非离子聚合物是乙烯基吡咯烷酮和乙酸乙烯酯的共聚产物。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂,其特征在于,所述一种或更多种硅油的活性含量以所述制剂的总重量计为0.01至5重量%,优选0.05至2.5重量%。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂,其特征在于,所述一种或更多种硅油选自线型或环状的聚硅氧烷,PEG改性和/或PPG改性的聚硅氧烷。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂包含0至95重量%,优选5至60重量%的乙醇,以所述制剂的总重量计。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂包含0至25重量%,优选1至15重量%的推进剂,以所述制剂的总重量计。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂,其作为用于毛发的含推进剂的泡沫定型剂、泵式泡沫定型剂或者泵式喷发胶的形式存在。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂,其额外包含至少一种其它阴离子、阳离子、非离子或两性的成膜聚合物,其浓度以所述制剂的总重量计为0至10重量%,优选1至5重量%。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂,其额外包含UV过滤剂、抗氧化剂、油、提取物、蛋白质和/或蛋白质水解物、颜料和/或香料。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项的制剂用于塑造人和/或动物发型的用途。
