Claims (11)

  1. Struktur, die zur Bildung einer Schale, vor allem zum Verpacken von Lebensmitteln, bestimmt ist, die eine Stapelung von mindestens einer Holzfolie und einer dichten Folie umfasst, wobei die Struktur aufweist:
    - einen vierseitigen zentralen Teil (1), der dazu bestimmt ist, den Boden der Schale zu bilden,
    - zwei Zungen (2), die zwei gegenüberliegende Ränder (10) des zentralen Teils verlängern, wobei die zwei Zungen dazu bestimmt sind, die Längswände der Schale zu bilden,
    - zwei Arme (3), die die zwei anderen gegenüberliegenden Ränder (11) des zentralen Teils verlängern, wobei die zwei Arme dazu bestimmt sind, die Querwände der Schale zu bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Arm von einer benachbarten Zunge durch eine ausgesparte Zone (4) getrennt ist, die von einem Rand (40) begrenzt wird, der vom Rand (10, 11) des zentralen Teils beabstandet ist.
  2. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stapelung mindestens zwei Sperrholzfolien und eine dichte Folie umfasst.
  3. Struktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dichte Folie aus Pergamentpapier oder Polyethylenterephtalat ist.
  4. Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dichte Folie eine Dicke zwischen inklusive 1 und 50 Mikron, vorzugsweise zwischen 5 und 15 Mikron, aufweist.
  5. Schale, die von einer Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zentrale Teil (1) der Struktur den Boden der Schale bildet, und dass die zwei Zungen (2) und die zwei Arme (3) der Struktur jeweils die Längswände und die Querwände der Schale bilden.
  6. Schale nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Zunge (2) und jeder Arm (3) der Struktur aufweisen:
    - einen ersten gekrümmten Abschnitt (5), der sich ab dem Rand (10, 11) des zentralen Teils (1) und kontinuierlich entlang des Randes erstreckt,
    - einen zweiten Abschnitt (6), der etwa eben ist und den ersten gekrümmten Abschnitt verlängert.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schale, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst, die darin bestehen:
    a) Bereitstellen einer Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    b) thermisches Formen der Struktur derart, dass der zentrale Teil (1) den Boden der Schale bildet und dass die zwei Zungen (2) und die zwei Arme (3) der Struktur jeweils die Längswände und die Querwände der Schale bilden.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt b), der darin besteht, die Struktur thermisch zu formen, derart durchgeführt wird, dass jede Zunge (2) und jeder Arm (3) aufweisen:
    - einen ersten gekrümmten Abschnitt (5), der sich ab dem Rand (10, 11) des zentralen Teils (1) und kontinuierlich entlang des Randes erstreckt,
    - einen zweiten, etwa ebenen Abschnitt (6), der den ersten gekrümmten Abschnitt verlängert.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Schritt b), der darin besteht, die Struktur thermisch zu formen, ein Schritt durchgeführt wird, der darin besteht, die Struktur zu befeuchten.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Schritt b), der darin besteht, die Struktur thermisch zu formen, ein Schritt der Leimung der Enden der Arme (3) auf Seiten der Holzfolie durchgeführt wird.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt b), der darin besteht, die Struktur thermisch zu formen, einen Schritt aufweist, der darin besteht, die Arme (3), die die Querwände bilden, derart zu führen, dass die Zungen (2), die die Querwände verlängern, teilweise die Außenseiten der Arme bedecken.
