Claims (14)

  1. Elément de sécurité à base d'au moins un substrat transparent (2) sur lequel se trouve une couche tramée (1) sensiblement opaque à base d'éléments tramés(3), et l'élément de sécurité, au moins lorsque vu depuis le côté de la couche tramée (1) sensiblement opaque, présentant en vue par réflexion une image différente de celle en vue en transparence, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur de la couche tramée (1) sensiblement opaque est disposée au moins une mince ligne continue sensiblement opaque (4) sous la forme d'au moins un caractère alphanumérique, d'un graphique ou d'un motif.
  2. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la mince ligne continue sensiblement opaque (4) présente une largeur d'au moins 0,1 mm à 5 mm, de préférence de 0,2 mm à 0,7 mm, de manière particulièrement préférée d'environ 0,5 mm.
  3. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la mince ligne continue sensiblement opaque (4) est formée par une zone plane sans évidement.
  4. Elément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche tramée sensible opaque (1) se compose d'une pluralité d'éléments de trame (3), et en ce que les éléments de trame
    - sont des évidements dans la couche sensiblement opaque (1) ou bien
    - sont des éléments de base de motif sensiblement opaques espacés les uns des autres.
  5. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de trame (3) peuvent avoir une forme au choix et sont disposés de manière stochastique et/ou tramée et/ou varient localement concernant leur diamètre ou leur espacement les uns par rapport aux autres.
  6. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de trame (3) sont réalisés en forme circulaire et/ou linéaire, et des éléments de trame circulaires (3) présentant un diamètre de 10 micromètres à 100 micromètres, de préférence de 30 micromètres à 50 micromètres, et des éléments de trame linéaires (3) une largeur de 30 micromètres à 70 micromètres.
  7. Elément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre la surface totale des éléments de trame (3) et la surface totale de l'élément de sécurité est de 10% à 40%, de préférence d'environ 20%.
  8. Elément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche tramée sensiblement opaque (1) se compose de métal.
  9. Elément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique par-dessus la couche tramée sensiblement opaque (1) au moins une couche à pellicule mince variable optiquement se composant au moins d'une couche diélectrique (5) et au moins d'une couche partiellement translucide ou réfléchissante (6).
  10. Elément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique au moins une couche transparente à cristaux liquides par-dessus la couche tramée sensiblement opaque (1).
  11. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la surface du substrat sur laquelle est appliquée la couche tramée sensiblement opaque (1) à base d'éléments de trame (3) présente, au moins dans des zones partielles, des structures diffractives estampées ou une couche de vernis d'estampage (8) avec des structures diffractives estampées.
  12. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un élément de sécurité selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de trame (3) sont pressés sur le substrat transparent (2) ou sont métallisés sous vide sur celui-ci, ou bien sont produits par démétallisation à partir d'une couche métallisée sous vide sur toute la surface du substrat (2) au moins dans des zones partielles.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la métallisation sous vide des éléments de trame (3) s'effectue à l'aide d'une métallisation sous vide telle une pulvérisation cathodique, une pulvérisation cathodique réactive, une Physical Vapor Deposition ou une Chemical Vapor Deposition.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que la démétallisation s'effectue à l' aide d'un procédé de lavage, d'une gravure, d'une ablation d'huile, d'un Lift-Off ou d'une démétallisation au laser.
