- the angle of the undesired lighting up of these areas is selected so that it is as unobtrusive as possible, for example all mirrors in this area can be oriented downwards as far as possible, so that the lighting up effect only occurs when the view is very oblique.
- tilting in the east/west direction can be selected with the micromirrors oriented extremely far, for example to the east.

- Metallic sub-wavelength gratings which have a pronounced transmission, show a clear contrast to flat surfaces, hologram gratings or micro-mirror structures. - color-filtering sub-wavelength structures are used in the outline area, the color of the outline area can differ from the color of the motif area with a movement effect when viewed from above or seen through.

Claims (15)
- Élément de sécurité servant à la fabrication de documents de valeur, tels que des billets de banque, des chèques ou similaires, qui présente un motif devant un arrière-plan, l'élément de sécurité (S) présentant une structure en relief (7, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17) qui recouvre une zone à motif (1, 4) de l'élément de sécurité (S) et y fournit le motif et recouvre une zone d'arrière-plan (2) de l'élément de sécurité (S) et y fournit l'arrière-plan, un contour étant prévu, qui délimite la zone à motif (1, 4) par rapport à la zone d'arrière-plan (2) et qui est formé également par la structure en relief, la structure en relief (12,14,17) du contour différant de la structure en relief (12, 13, 16a) de la zone à motif (1, 4) et de la structure en relief (7, 16) de la zone d'arrière-plan (2), de sorte qu'un contraste de clarté et/ou de couleur entre le contour d'une part et la zone à motif (1, 4) et la zone d'arrière-plan (2) d'autre part existe.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la structure en relief (12,14) du contour présent un réseau sub-longueur d'onde.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone à motif (1, 4) et la zone d'arrière-plan (2) sont pour le reste dépourvues de réseaux sub-longueur d'onde.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la structure en relief du contour présente une structure en œil de mite (14).
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone à motif (1, 4) et la zone d'arrière-plan (2) sont pour le reste dépourvues de structures en œil de mite.
- Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la structure en relief (12,14) du contour présente des microcavités.
- Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la structure en relief du contour présente une structure de micromiroir.
- Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la structure en relief du contour présente une structure d'hologramme.
- Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la structure en relief du contour présente des structures de rétroréflexion.
- Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la structure en relief du contour est revêtue d'un revêtement métallique, d'un revêtement fortement réfractif ou d'un ensemble de couches produisant un effet de couleur.
- Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le contour comprend une ligne de contour pour un composant de motif.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la structuration du contour comprend des interruptions du contour et/ou un microtexte ou des informations ne pouvant pas être détectés ou distingués à l'œil nu.
- Document de valeur doté d'un élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12.
- Procédé de fabrication pour un document de valeur (S) servant à la fabrication de documents de valeur, tels que des billets de banque, des chèques ou similaires, qui présente un motif devant un arrière-plan, une structure en relief (7, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17) étant produite, qui recouvre une zone à motif (1, 4) de l'élément de sécurité (S) et y fournit le motif et recouvre une zone d'arrière-plan (2) de l'élément de sécurité (S) et y fournit l'arrière-plan, un contour étant prévu, qui délimite la zone à motif (1, 4) par rapport à la zone d'arrière-plan (2) et qui est formé également par la structure en relief, la structure en relief (12,14,17) du contour différant de la structure en relief (10,13,16a) de la zone à motif (1, 4) et de la structure en relief (7,16b) de la zone d'arrière-plan (2), de sorte qu'un contraste de clarté et/ou de couleur entre le contour d'une part et la zone à motif et la zone d'arrière-plan (2) d'autre part existe.
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le document de valeur est fabriqué selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12.
