Die Grundidee der Erfindung besteht darin, ein Verfahren unter Verwendung einer speziell ausgebildeten Maschine zu schaffen, welche bei einem ausgangsmäßig nicht vorhandenen Gleis und einer nicht vorhandenen Schotterschicht sowie ggf. einer nicht vorhandenen Tragschicht (Planumsschutzschicht und/oder Frostschutzschicht) die Durchführung diverser Arbeitsgänge in einem kontinuierlichen Arbeitsverfahren vor Kopf ermöglicht nämlich den Einbau einer Schotterschicht unterhalb des Gleises einschließlich ggf. den Einbau von Unterbauschichten wie Frostschutzschicht und/oder Planumsschutzschicht, weiterhin ggf. den Einbau eines Vlieses als Trennlage zwischen dem Trassenunterbau und den Einbauschichten sowie schließlich den Einbau des Gleises. Erreicht wird dies mittels einer vor Kopf arbeitenden Maschine, die ein kontinuierliches Einbringen der vorerwähnten Materialien ermöglicht. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Arbeitswagen mit entsprechenden Einbaufertigern sowie Einbaugeräten ausgestattet. Dabei sind entsprechend der Anzahl der anzubringenden Schichten eine entsprechende Anzahl von Fertigern vorgesehen. Somit werden die Materialien mit den Einbaugeräten in Folge kontinuierlich hintereinander eingebaut und erforderlichenfalls verdichtet. Dies gilt zunächst auf jeden Fall für die Schotterschicht sowie ggf. für die Planumsschutzschicht und/oder Frostschutzschicht sowie für das Vlies, sofern letztere ebenfalls eingebaut werden. Die Schienen werden zunächst im Vorfeld zum Arbeitsverfahren auf dem Trassenunterbau abgelegt. Sie werden beim Arbeitseinsatz in die Maschine eingefädelt. Im in Arbeitsrichtung gesehen hinteren Bereich der Maschine werden die Schwellen unterhalb des Arbeitswagens eingebaut. Dabei werden die Schwellen der Maschine in Arbeitsrichtung zugeführt. Nach dem Einbau der Schwellen können die in die Maschine eingefädelten Schienen auf die Schwellen unter der Maschine aufgesetzt und befestigt werden. Mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens mit dem dazu gehörigen Arbeitswagen ist es möglich, das Gleisbett sowie das Gleis in einem kontinuierlichen Arbeitsverfahren einzubauen. Es ist dadurch möglich, einen neuen Gleiskörper ohne ein bereits vorhandenes Gleis vorzubauen. Bei Trassenneubauten kann somit eine maschinelle Ausführung der vorgenannten Arbeitsschritte in einem kontinuierlichen Arbeitsverfahren erfolgen. Hierdurch ergibt sich im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik eine wesentlich schnellere Bauzeit, da diskontinuierliche oder getrennte Arbeitsgänge vermieden werden. Die Zuführung der Gleisbaustoffe für die genannten Arbeitsschritte kann dabei komplett gleisgebunden erfolgen. Eine Zuführung mit Straßenfahrzeugen entfällt dadurch. Die Weiterbildung gemäß Anspruch 2 schlägt vor, daß unterhalb des Schotters noch eine Planumsschutzschicht und/oder Frostschutzschicht bei Bedarf eingebracht wird.
