Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Anbringen von dehnbaren Manschetten, mit einer Schlauchzuführung, welche eine Schneidevorrichtung aufweist, die den von einer Rolle abgewickelten Schlauch aufnimmt, um daraus die Manschetten (31) abzuschneiden, und mit einer Manschettenanlegestation, in der die in Manschetten einzufassende Produkte hindurchlaufen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die von dem abwärts führenden Durchlaufweg (CD) des Schlauches (3) durchlaufene Schneidevorrichtung (2) für die Manschetten (31)
    - ein Gestell (100), das ein Antriebsmittel (101) mit Schienen (141), die einen Klemmwagen (130) aufnehmen, und einen Messerträgerwagen (110) trägt,
    - einen Durchlaufweg (CD), auf dem der zu schneidende Schlauch (3) läuft,
    - eine einlaufseitige Stange (121a) und eine auslaufseitigen Stange (121b) an einer Seite des Durchlaufweges (CD), die zwischen einander einen Schneidespalt (IC) definieren, damit von der anderen Seite des Durchlaufweges (CD)
    * von dem Klemmwagen (130) getragene Klemmmesser (131a, 131b),
    * ein Schneidmesser (150) mit einer sägezahnförmigen (152) Schneidkante (151), das von dem Messerträgerwagen (110) getragen wird und - an den Stützmessern (121a, 121b) gedrückt - in den Spalt (IC) der Klemmmesser (131a, 131b) kommt,
    aufgenommen werden,
    beinhaltet.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Klemmwagen (130) und der Messerträgerwagen (110) auf den selben Schienen (141) montiert sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Antriebsmittel aus einem mit einem Schwungrad (103) versehenen, mit dem Messerträgerwagen (110) mittels einer Pleuel (14) verbundenen Getriebemotor (101) besteht.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Klemmwagen (130) mit einer von einem durch zwei Säulen (138) geführten Halter getragene Verfolgungsrolle (133) versehen ist, die von Federn (134) gegen eine drehfest mit der Austrittsachse (102) des Antriebsmittels (101) verbundene Kurvenscheibe (106) gedrückt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Stützstangen (121a, 121b) aus einem elastischen Material wie Kautschuk gefertigt sind.
