  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Helm gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
  • Helme bzw. Schutzhelme zum Schutz des menschlichen Kopfes werden in verschiedenen Einsatzgebieten verwendet. Helme werden bei gefährlichen beruflichen Tätigkeiten, beispielsweise am Bau und im Freizeitbereich, z. B. von Fahrradfahrern oder Bergsteigern, eingesetzt. Die Helme dienen dabei dazu, den Kopf des Helmträgers vor Verletzungen zu schützen. Ein Anstoßen des Helmträgers mit dem Kopf an harten Kanten oder spitzen Gegenständen soll nicht zu einer Verletzung führen. Ferner dürfen auch herabfallende Gegenstände am Kopf des Helmträgers keine Verletzungen verursachen.
  • Schutzhelme weisen im Allgemeinen einen Augenschutz auf. Der Augenschutz hat die Aufgabe, beim Tragen des Schutzhelmes die Augen vor Gegenständen oder beispielsweise gefährlichen Substanzen zu schützen. Der Augenschutz ist dabei mittels einer Einrichtung an dem übrigen Helm befestigt und um eine Schwenkachse verschwenkbar. In einer Gebrauchsstellung des Augenschutzes befindet sich der Augenschutz im Bereich der Augen bzw. vor den Augen eines Kopfes des Benutzers. In der Nichtgebrauchsstellung ist der Augenschutz in eine Position oberhalb der Augen am Bereich des Kopfes verschwenkt. Die Benutzer eines Helmes weisen dabei unterschiedliche Kopfgrößen auf, so dass für einen ausreichenden Schutz der Augen des Benutzers in der Gebrauchsstellung der Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers individuell eingestellt werden muss. Nur bei einem im Allgemeinen möglichst geringen Abstand des Augenschutzes zum Kopf des Benutzers in der Gebrauchsstellung, ist ein guter und effektiver Schutz der Augen des Benutzers mittels des Augenschutzes gewährleistet.
  • Die WO 2006/088408 A1 zeigt einen gattungsbildenden Schutzhelm mit einem Augenschutz und einer Einrichtung zum Befestigen des Augenschutzes am übrigen Helm. Der Augenschutz kann dabei zwischen einer Gebrauchsstellung und einer Nichtgebrauchsstellung verschwenkt werden. Der Augenschutz ist jeweils auf der linken und rechten Seite je mit zwei Bügeln an der Helmschale befestigt. Die zwei Bügel sind dabei mittels eines Gelenks miteinander verbunden, so dass in einer Gebrauchsstellung ein größerer Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers einstellbar ist als in einer Nichtgebrauchsstellung. In der Nichtgebrauchsstellung des Augenschutzes sind beide Bügel aufgrund der Bewegungsmöglichkeit an dem Gelenk zusammengeklappt bzw. teilweise übereinanderliegend angeordnet. Dadurch kann in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung der Augenschutz nahe am Kopf innerhalb der Helmschale angeordnet werden. In nachteiliger Weise ist bei einem Verschwenken des Augenschutzes von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung ein individuelles Einstellen des Abstandes des Augenschutzes zum Kopf des Benutzers erforderlich. Der Benutzer des Schutzhelmes muss somit bei jedem Verschwenken von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung erneut den Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers einstellen.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht deshalb darin, einen Helm zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei dem bei einem Verschwenken eines Augenschutzes von einer Nichtgebrauchsstellung in eine Gebrauchsstellung individuelle Anforderungen bezüglich des Abstandes des Augenschutzes zu einem Kopf des Benutzers einfach und selbsttätig berücksichtigt werden.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst mit einem Helm, insbesondere Schutzhelm, umfassend eine Helmschale, wenigstens ein Mittel zum Befestigen der Helmschale an einem Kopf eines Benutzers, einen Augenschutz, wenigstens eine Einrichtung mit wenigstens zwei Bügeln zum Befestigen des Augenschutzes an dem übrigen Heim, z. B. der Helmschale und/oder dem Tragering, wobei der Augenschutz zwischen einer Gebrauchsstellung und einer Nichtgebrauchsstellung bewegbar ist und wobei an einem oder beiden Bügeln je ein erster Nocken ausgebildet ist. Die Position des ersten Nockens ist an dem Bügel verstellbar. Ferner ist der erste Nocken beim Bewegen des Augenschutzes von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung von wenigstens einer Führungsschiene bewegbar, so dass in Abhängigkeit von der Position des ersten Nockens an dem Bügel der Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers, einen individuell einstellbaren Wert einnimmt.
  • Mit diesem ersten Mechanismus der wenigstens einen Einrichtung nimmt bei dem Bewegen, insbesondere Verschwenken, des Augenschutzes von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung der Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers, vorzugsweise wiederkehrend, einen individuell einstellbaren Wert ein. Der erste Mechanismus des erfindungsgemäßen Helmes dient somit dazu, beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung den Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers selbsttätig auf einen individuell vorgegebenen und veränderbaren Wert einzustellen.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise braucht somit der Benutzer des Helms bei dem Verschwenken des Augenschutzes von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung den Abstand des Augenschutzes zum Kopf nicht jedes Mal neu einstellen. Vielmehr wird ein individuell einstellbarer Wert wiederkehrend immer wieder selbsttätig eingenommen. Dadurch wird der Bedienkomfort bei der Benutzung des Helmes wesentlich erhöht. Bei vielen Anwendungen des Helmes ist häufig ein Verschwenken von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung erforderlich. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Helm ist das erneute Einstellen des Abstandes des Augenschutzes zum Kopf des Benutzers für den jeweiligen Benutzer nicht mehr individuell erforderlich.
  • In einer Variante ist die wenigstens eine Einrichtung dahingehend ausgebildet, dass bei dem Bewegen, insbesondere Verschwenken, des Augenschutzes von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung der Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers selbsttätig verkleinert wird. Beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung ist im Allgemeinen eine Verkleinerung des Abstandes des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers erforderlich, um in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung den Augenschutz innerhalb der Helmschale, d. h. zwischen der Helmschale und dem Kopf des Benutzers, anordnen zu können. Wird dieser Abstand selbsttätig verkleinert, ist es nicht erforderlich, dass der Benutzer hierfür entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen muss. Damit wird der Bedienkomfort erhöht.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung ist der erste Nocken in verschiedenen Positionen an dem Bügel fixierbar, insbesondere verrastbar. Aufgrund der Fixierung des ersten Nockens in verschiedenen Positionen an dem Bügel kann der individuelle Abstand des Augenschutzes zum Kopf des Benutzers beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung eingestellt werden. Dabei kann der Bügel auch einen Nockenarm umfassen, an welchem der erste Nocken befestigt ist. Der Nocken greift dabei in entsprechende Führungsschienen beim Verschwenken von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung ein und bringt dadurch auf die beiden Bügel eine im Wesentlichen radial zu der Schwenkachse ausgerichtete Kraft, so dass dadurch mittels des ersten Mechanismus der Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers verändert werden kann und diese Veränderung dabei auf den individuell voreingestellten Wert ausgerichtet ist.
  • In einer zusätzlichen Ausführungsform umfasst die wenigstens eine Einrichtung einen zweiten Mechanismus, mittels dem bei dem Bewegen, insbesondere Verschwenken, des Augenschutzes von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung der Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers selbsttätig verkleinert wird. Der zweite Mechanismus dient somit dazu, dass beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung der Abstand selbsttätig verkleinert wird, vorzugsweise auf ein vorgegebenes Maß zur Anordnung des Augenschutzes zwischen der Helmschale und dem Kopf des Benutzers.
  • Zweckmäßig ist die wenigstens eine Einrichtung dahingehend ausgebildet, dass bei dem Bewegen, insbesondere Verschwenken, des Augenschutzes von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung der Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers selbsttätig verkleinert wird und bei dem Bewegen, insbesondere Verschwenken, des Augenschutzes auf den Augenschutz und/oder die Einrichtung ausschließlich im Wesentlichen eine Kraft in Richtung der Bewegungsrichtung des Augenschutzes aufgebracht wird. Der Benutzer des Augenschutzes bringt dabei beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung auf den Augenschutz und/oder die Einrichtung zum Befestigen des Augenschutzes an dem übrigen Helm im Wesentlichen eine Kraft in Richtung der Bewegungsrichtung des Augenschutzes auf, d. h., bei einem Verschwenken des Augenschutzes und/oder der Einrichtung um eine Schwenkachse im Wesentlichen in tangentialer Richtung. Die Abweichung der Kraft ist dabei zu dieser Bewegungsrichtung, insbesondere der tangentialen Richtung, gering, beispielsweise mit einer Abweichung von weniger als 40°, 30°, 20°, 10° oder 5°. Zur Verringerung des Abstandes des Augenschutzes beim Verschwenken von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung, braucht somit vom Benutzer des Helmes keine Kraft aufgebracht werden, welche in Richtung zu dem Kopf gerichtet ist bzw. zu der Schwenkachse, um mittels dieser Kraft eine Verringerung des Abstandes des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf herbeizuführen. Dies wird somit selbsttätig aufgrund des zweiten Mechanismus ausgeführt.
  • In einer ergänzenden Ausführungsform befindet sich der Augenschutz in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung innerhalb der Helmschale.
  • In einer Variante sind die zwei Bügel um wenigstens eine Schwenkachse verschwenkbar.
  • In einer zusätzlichen Ausgestaltung umfassen die zwei Bügel einen dritten Mechanismus, mittels dem die Länge der beiden Bügel zur Veränderung des Abstandes des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers verstellbar ist.
  • An beiden Seiten des Helmes ist dabei vorzugsweise jeweils ein Bügel links und rechts angeordnet. Der Bügel kann dabei jeweils an einer Seite auch aus mehreren Bügeln, d. h. Teilbügeln bestehen.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform umfassen die zwei Bügel jeweils einen inneren und einen äußeren Teilbügel. Der innere Teilbügel ist mittels einer Gleitlagerung bewegbar in axialer Richtung des Bügels zu dem äußeren Teilbügel gelagert.
  • In einer zusätzlichen Ausgestaltung ist die Gleitlagerung gebildet, indem in dem äußeren Teilbügel eine axiale Ausnehmung ausgebildet ist. In der axialen Ausnehmung ist der innere Teilbügel wenigstens teilweise axial beweglich angeordnet oder umgekehrt.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist an einem oder beiden Bügeln je eine zweite Nocke ausgebildet. Vorzugsweise ist die Position der zweiten Nocke an dem Bügel verstellbar. Die zweite Nocke ist bei dem Bewegen, insbesondere Verschwenken, des Augenschutzes von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung von wenigstens einer Führungsschiene, insbesondere zwei trichterförmigen Führungsschienen, als zweiter Mechanismus bewegbar, so dass bei dem Bewegen, insbesondere Verschwenken, des Augenschutzes von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung der Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers selbsttätig verkleinert wird. Vorzugsweise ist in Abhängigkeit von der Position des zweiten Nockens an dem Bügel der Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers verkleinerbar. Der zweite Mechanismus mit dem zweiten Nocken dient somit dazu, beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung den Abstand des Augenschutzes zu dem Kopf des Benutzers zu verringern, so dass der Augenschutz problemlos zwischen der Helmschale und dem Kopf des Benutzers in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung angeordnet werden kann.
  • In einer Variante ist der Augenschutz ein Visier oder eine Schutzbrille und/oder der Augenschutz ist um eine, vorzugsweise horizontale, Augenschutzschwenkachse an der wenigstens einen Einrichtung verschwenkbar.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung bestehen die Helmschale und/oder die Einrichtung wenigstens teilweise, insbesondere vollständig, aus Kunststoff.
  • Im Nachfolgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigt:

  • In Fig. 1 und 2 ist in einer Seitensicht ein Helm 1 bzw. Schutzhelm 1 dargestellt. Der Schutzhelm 1 umfasst eine Helmschale 2 aus Kunststoff und eine Einrichtung 5 zum Befestigen eines Augenschutzes 3 an dem übrigen Helm 1, d. h. an der Helmschale 2. Die Helmschale 2 ist mittels eines nicht dargestellten Tragringes als Mittel zum Befestigen der Helmschale 2 an einem Kopf 20 eines Benutzers angeordnet. Die Helmschale 2 dient dazu, den Kopf 20 des Benutzers vor gefährlichen Gegenständen zu schützen. Der durchsichtige Augenschutz 3 dient, in einer in Fig. 1 dargestellten Gebrauchsstellung, dazu, die Augen des Benutzers vor gefährlichen Gegenständen und Substanzen zu schützen. Der Augenschutz 3 kann dabei beispielsweise als Schutzbrille 4 oder als im Wesentlichen streifenförmiger Augenschutz 3 im Bereich der Augen des Benutzers ausgebildet sein. Der Augenschutz 3 ist dabei ebenfalls vorzugsweise aus durchsichtigem und nicht splitterndem Kunststoff hergestellt.
  • In Fig. 3 und 4 ist lediglich die Einrichtung 5 zum Befestigen des Augenschutzes 3 an dem übrigen Schutzhelm 1 dargestellt. Die Einrichtung 5 weist dabei jeweils auf der linken und rechten Seite des Schutzhelmes 1 jeweils einen Bügel 9 aus Kunststoff auf. In Fig. 3 und 4 ist nur ein Bügel 9 dargestellt. Der Bügel 9 ist an der Helmschale 2 befestigt und dort mittels eines Gelenkes um eine Schwenkachse 14 verschwenkbar. Der Augenschutz 3 ist somit bewegbar, das heißt verschwenkbar um die Schwenkachse 14 an der Helmschale 2 angeordnet. Dadurch kann der Augenschutz 3 zwischen einer Gebrauchsstellung (Fig. 1 und 3) und einer Nichtgebrauchsstellung (Fig. 2 und 4) verschwenkt werden. In der Gebrauchsstellung befindet sich der Augenschutz 3 im Bereich der Augen des Benutzers des Schutzhelmes 1. Zur zusätzlichen individuellen Anpassung des Augenschutzes 3 an den Kopf 20 oder die Augen des Benutzers, kann der Augenschutz 3 um eine zusätzliche Augenschutz-Schwenkachse 19 gegenüber dem Bügel 9 verschwenkt werden. Hierzu weist der Augenschutz 3 und der Bügel 9 im Bereich des Endes am Augenschutz 3 ein entsprechendes Gelenk auf.
  • Die beiden Bügel 9, jeweils auf der linken und rechten Seite des Schutzhelmes 1 angeordnet, umfassen dabei jeweils einen inneren Teilbügel 10 und einen äußeren Teilbügel 11. Der innere Teilbügel 10 weist dabei das Gelenk an der Schwenkachse 14 auf und der äußere Teilbügel 11 das Gelenk an der Augenschutzschwenkachse 19. Am äußeren Teilbügel 11 ist außerdem eine axiale Ausnehmung 13 (Fig. 3 und 4) angeordnet. In dieser axialen Ausnehmung 13 ist der kleinere innere Teilbügel 10 als Gleitlagerung 12 gelagert. Dabei kann in radialer Richtung zu der Schwenkachse 14 bzw. in axialer Richtung des Bügels 9 der innere Teilbügel 10 in der axialen Ausnehmung 13 bewegt werden. Dadurch kann der Abstand des Augenschutzes 3 bzw. der Augenschutzschwenkachse 19 zu der Schwenkachse 14 bzw. zu dem Kopf 20 des Benutzers verändert oder eingestellt werden. Die Gleitlagerung 12 mit der axialen Ausnehmung 13 und dem inneren Teilbügel 10 bildet somit einen dritten Mechanismus 8. Mittels des dritten Mechanismus 8 kann somit der Abstand des Augenschutzes 3 zum Kopf 20 des Benutzers eingestellt werden, da dieser als Gleitlagerung 12 dient. Dabei sind an dem inneren Teilbügel 10 in axialer Richtung des inneren Teilbügels 10 mehrere nicht dargestellte Rastnasen angeordnet, die in entsprechenden Rastausnehmungen (nicht dargestellt) am äußeren Teilbügel 11 eingreifen. Ein eingestellter Abstand des Augenschutzes 3 zu dem Kopf des Benutzers bzw. zu der Schwenkachse 14 bleibt somit erhalten, sofern nur geringe Kräfte in axialer Richtung auf den äußeren Teilbügel 11 bzw. den inneren Teilbügel 10 wirken, welche die Rastverbindung nicht aufheben.
  • Am äußeren Teilbügel 11 ist als Bestandteil des äußeren Teilbügels 11 ein Nockenarm 18 ausgebildet. Am Nockenarm 18 ist eine zweite Nocke 17 ausgebildet. Wird der Augenschutz 3 und damit der Bügel 9 von der Gebrauchsstellung (Fig. 3) in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung (Fig. 4) verschwenkt, kommt der zweite Nocken 17 mit zwei trichterförmigen Führungsschienen 16a in Kontakt. Die beiden trichterförmigen Führungsschienen 16a bewirken, dass die zweite Nocke 17 neben der Rotationsbewegung bzw. tangentialen Bewegung um die Schwenkachse 14 auch eine radiale Bewegung in Richtung zu der Schwenkachse 14 ausführt. Dadurch wird der äußere Teilbügel 11 in Richtung zu der Schwenkachse 14 bewegt, sodass sich der innere Teilbügel 10 weiter in die axiale Ausnehmung 13 einschiebt. Dadurch ist in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung der innere Teilbügel 10 im Wesentlichen vollständig in der axialen Ausnehmung 13 angeordnet und der Abstand des Augenschutzes 3 zu der Schwenkachse 14 in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung kleiner als in der Gebrauchsstellung. Der zweite Nocken 17 und die beiden Führungsschienen 16a bilden somit einen zweiten Mechanismus 7, mittels dem beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes 3 von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung selbsttätig und automatisch der Abstand des Augenschutzes 3 zum Kopf 20 des Benutzers bzw. zu der Schwenkachse 14 verringert wird. Dabei braucht beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes 3 von dem Benutzer auf den Augenschutz 3 im Wesentlichen nur eine Kraft in radialer Richtung aufgebracht werden. Der Bedienkomfort des Schutzhelmes 1 beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes 3 von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung wird damit wesentlich erhöht, weil die Verringerung des Abstandes des Augenschutzes 3 zum Kopf 20 des Benutzers automatisch aufgrund des zweiten Mechanismus 7 ausgeführt wird.
  • Der Nockenarm 18 ist außerdem mit einer ersten Nocke 15 versehen. Die erste Nocke 15 kann dabei in verschiedenen Stellungen an dem Nockenarm 18 fixiert werden. Hierzu ist an dem Nockenarm 18 eine nicht dargestellte Fixierungseinrichtung angeordnet, die es ermöglicht, dass die erste Nocke 15 in unterschiedlichen Abständen zu der Schwenkachse 14 an dem Nockenarm 18 fixierbar ist. Bei einem Verschwenken des Augenschutzes 3 und damit auch der beiden Bügel 9 von einer Nichtgebrauchsstellung in eine Gebrauchsstellung greift der erste Nocken 15 in zwei trichterförmig ausgebildete Führungsschienen 16b ein, sodass dadurch der Abstand des Augenschutzes 3 zu der Schwenkachse 14 und damit zum Kopf 20 des Benutzers vergrößert wird. Die Führungsschienen 16a und 16b sind dabei vorzugsweise an der Helmschale 2 fixiert oder angeordnet.
  • Beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes 3 von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung vergrößert sich somit der Abstand des Augenschutzes 3 zu der Schwenkachse 14, sodass sich der äußere Teilbügel 11 nach außen weg von der Schwenkachse 14 bewegt und dadurch der innere Teilbügel 10 in einem geringeren Umfang in der axialen Ausnehmung 13 angeordnet ist. In vorteilhafter Weise nimmt damit der Augenschutz 3 beim Verschwenken von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung wiederkehrend einen einstellbaren Wert ein. Ein erster Mechanismus 6, umfassend die erste Nocke 15 und die beiden Führungsschienen 16b, ermöglicht es somit, dass beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes 3 von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung ein individuell einstellbarer Wert des Abstandes des Augenschutzes 3 zum Kopf 20 des Benutzers wiederkehrend eingenommen wird, weil die erste Nocke 15 am Nockenarm in verschiedenen Positionen fixierbar ist. Wird beispielsweise somit der Helm von einem Benutzer auf einen anderen Benutzer mit einer unterschiedlichen Größe des Kopfes 20 getauscht, braucht lediglich vom neuen Benutzer die erste Nocke 15, an einer entsprechend anderen Stellung, d. h. einem anderen Abstand zu der Schwenkachse 14, an dem Nockenarm 18 fixiert werden. Damit wird immer wieder wiederkehrend der individuelle einstellbare Wert des Abstandes des Augenschutzes 3 zum Kopf 20 des Benutzers beim Verschwenken von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung eingenommen. Der Bedienkomfort des Schutzhelme 1 ist damit wesentlich erhöht.
  • Insgesamt betrachtet sind mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Schutzhelm 1 wesentliche Vorteile verbunden. Bei einem Verschwenken des Augenschutzes 3 von einer Gebrauchsstellung in eine Nichtgebrauchsstellung wird selbsttätig und automatisch mittels des zweiten Mechanismus 7 der Abstand des Augenschutzes 3 zum Kopf 20 des Benutzers bzw. der Schwenkachse 14 verringert, sodass der Benutzer hierfür keinerlei zusätzliche Tätigkeiten ausführen muss und der Augenschutz 3 problemlos zwischen der Helmschale 2 und dem Kopf 20 des Benutzers in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung angeordnet werden kann. Bei einem Verschwenken des Augenschutzes 3 von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung 3 wird selbsttätig und automatisch ein individuell einstellbarer Abstand des Augenschutzes 3 zu dem Kopf 20 des Benutzers mittels des ersten Mechanismus 6 eingenommen, sodass der Benutzer diesen Abstand einmal mittels der ersten Nocke 15 einstellen kann und anschließend beim Verschwenken des Augenschutzes 3 Erzielung eines optimalen Abstandes des Augenschutzes 3 zum Kopf 20 in der Gebrauchsstellung keine weiteren zusätzlichen und aufwendigen Tätigkeiten ausführen muss.

Claims (12)

  1. Helm (1), insbesondere Schutzhelm (1), umfassend
    eine Helmschale (2),
    wenigstens ein Mittel zum Befestigen der Helmschale (2) an einem Kopf (20) eines Benutzers,
    einen Augenschutz (3),
    wenigstens eine Einrichtung (5) mit wenigstens zwei Bügeln (9) zum Befestigen des Augenschutzes (3) an der Helmschale (2) und / oder einem Tragering,
    wobei der Augenschutz (3) zwischen einer Gebrauchsstellung und einer Nichtgebrauchsstellung bewegbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    an einem oder beiden Bügeln (9) ein erster Nocken (15) ausgebildet ist,
    die Position des ersten Nockens (15) an dem Bügel (9) verstellbar ist und der erste Nocken (15) beim Bewegen des Augenschutzes (3) von der Nichtgebrauchsstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung von wenigstens einer Führungsschiene (16b) bewegbar ist, so dass in Abhängigkeit von der Position des ersten Nockens (15) an dem Bügel (9) der Abstand des Augenschutzes (3) zu dem Kopf (20) des Benutzers, einen individuell einstellbaren Wert einnimmt.
  2. Helm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Bügel (9) um wenigstens eine Schwenkachse (14) verschwenkbar sind,
  3. Helm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei trichterförmigen Führungsschienen (16b) vorgesehen sind.
  4. Helm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der erste Nocken (15) in verschiedenen Positionen an dem Bügel (9) fixierbar, insbesondere verrastbar, ist.
  5. Helm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sich der Augenschutz (3) in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung innerhalb der Helmschale (2) befindet.
  6. Helm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die wenigstens eine Einrichtung (5) dahingehend ausgebildet ist, dass bei dem Bewegen, insbesondere Verschwenken, des Augenschutzes (3) von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung der Abstand des Augenschutzes (3) zu dem Kopf (20) des Benutzers selbsttätig verkleinert wird.
  7. Helm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass an einem oder beiden Bügeln (9) je ein zweiter Nocken (17) ausgebildet ist und der zweite Nocken (17) bei dem Bewegen, insbesondere Verschwenken, des Augenschutzes (3) von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung von wenigstens einer Führungsschiene (16a),
    bewegbar ist, so dass bei dem Bewegen, insbesondere Verschwenken, des Augenschutzes (3) von der Gebrauchsstellung in die Nichtgebrauchsstellung der Abstand des Augenschutzes (3) zu dem Kopf (20) des Benutzers selbsttätig verkleinert wird.
  8. Helm nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei trichter förmigen Führungsschienen (16a) vorgesehen sind.
  9. Helm nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position des zweiten Nockens (17) an dem Bügel (9) verstellbar ist und so dass in Abhängigkeit von der Position des zweiten Nockens (17) an dem Bügel (9) der Abstand des Augenschutzes (3) zu dem Kopf (20) des Benutzers verkleinerbar ist
  10. Helm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Bügel (9) jeweils einen innen und einen äußeren Teilbügel (10, 11) umfassen und der innere Teilbügel (10) mittels einer Gleitlagerung (12) bewegbar in axialer Richtung des Bügels (9) zu dem äußeren Teilbügel (11) gelagert ist, so dass die Länge der beiden Bügel (9) für eine Veränderung des Abstandes des Augenschutzes (3) zu dem Kopf (20) des Benutzers verstellbar ist.
  11. Helm nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitlagerung (12) gebildet ist, indem in dem äußeren Teilbügel (11) eine axiale Ausnehmung 13) ausgebildet ist und in der axialen Ausnehmung (13) der innere Teilbügel (10) wenigstens teilweise axial beweglich angeordnet ist oder umgekehrt.
  12. Helm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Augenschutz (3) ein Visier oder eine Schutzbrille ist und/oder der Augenschutz (3) um eine, vorzugsweise horizontale, Augenschutzschwenkachse (19) an der wenigstens einen Einrichtung (5) verschwenkbar ist.
