Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schloss, insbesondere Einsteckschloss, mit einer von einer hervorstehenden Stellung in eine zurückgezogene Stellung bewegbaren Falle, mit einem Fallenrückzugselement, mit zwei Nusshälften und mit einer von einer Verstelleinheit umstellbaren Kupplung zur Erzeugung eines Formschlusses des Fallenrückzugselements, wahlweise mit der einen Nusshälfte oder der anderen Nusshälfte, wobei die Kupplung ein formschlüssig mit dem Fallenrückzugselement verbundenes Stellteil hat und das Stellteil zur Erzeugung eines Formschlusses wahlweise in den Bewegungsbereich der einen oder der anderen Nusshälfte hineinragt.
Solche Schlösser werden häufig eingesetzt, um den Rückzug der Falle mittels einer Handhabe nur von einer Seite her zuzulassen. Figur 1 zeigt ein als Treibstangenschloss ausgebildetes Schloss mit einem offen dargestellten Schlosskasten 1. Das Schloss hat eine Falle 2 und einen Riegel 3, welche von einer aus dem Schlosskasten 1 hervorstehenden Stellung in eine in den Schlosskasten 1 zurückgezogene Stellung bewegbar sind. Zum Antrieb der Falle 2 und des Riegels 3 hat das Schloss zwei übereinander liegende und schwenkbar gelagerte Nusshälften 4, 5 zur drehfesten Verbindung mit nicht dargestellten, auf jeder Seite des Schlosses angeordneten Handhaben und eine Aufnahme 6 für einen ebenfalls nicht dargestellten Schließzylinder. Über den Schließzylinder lässt sich der Riegel 3 von der hervorstehenden Position in eine zurückgezogene Position verschieben oder die Bewegung des Riegels 3 über die Nusshälften 4, 5 freigeben. Weiterhin lässt sich über den Schließzylinder ein Treibstangenanschlussschieber 7 oder ein Wechselhebel 8 antreiben, über den die Falle 2 zurückziebar ist. Die Nusshälften 4, 5 werden jeweils von Federpaketen 9 in eine Grundstellung vorgespannt, in der die Falle 2 von der Kraft einer Fallenfeder 10 aus dem Schlosskasten 1 heraus vorgespannt ist. Auf einem mit der Falle 2 verbundenen Fallenschwanz 11 ist ein Fallenrückzugselement 12 angeordnet. Die Nusshälften 4, 5 weisen jeweils einen Fallenrückzugshebel 13, 14 auf.
Figur 2 zeigt vergrößert den die Nusshälften 4, 5 und die Falle 2 aufweisenden Teilbereich des Schlosses aus Figur 1 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung. Das Fallenrückzugselement 12 hat eine Kupplung mit einem einen Anschlag 16 aufweisendes Stellteil 17. Der Anschlag 16 des Stellteils 17 ragt in den Bewegungsbereich des Fallenrückzugshebels 13 der einen Nusshälfte 4 hinein. In der dargestellten Stellung des Schlosses ist die mit dem Stellteil 17 zusammenwirkende Nusshälfte 4 verschwenkt und zieht mit seinem Fallenrückzugshebel 13 über das Stellteil 17 und das Fallenrückzugselement 12 die Falle 2 zurück. Die Kupplung hat eine Verstelleinheit 18, mit der sich das Stellteil 17 schwenken lässt, so dass wahlweise der dargestellte Anschlag 16 mit dem einen Fallenrückzugshebel 13 zusammenwirkt oder ein dem Anschlag 16 gegenüberliegend angeordneter zweiter Anschlag 19 mit dem anderen Fallenrückzugshebel 14 zusammenwirkt. Die Verstelleinheit 18 ist hier als Schraubenkopf eines in einem Grundkörper 20 mit seiner Schwenkachse quer zum Fallenschwanz 11 angeordneten Zapfens 21 ausgebildet. Das Stellteil 17 ist außermittig auf dem Zapfen 21 angeordnet. Der Grundkörper 20 ist aus Blechteilen zusammengesetzt und hält den Zapfen 21 formschlüssig in seiner eingestellten Lage.
Figur 3 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform des Schlosses, welches sich von dem aus Figur 2 nur dadurch unterscheidet, dass ein Grundkörper 22 aus Vollmaterial gefertigt ist.
Figur 4a zeigt zur Verdeutlichung die Nusshälften 4, 5, das Stellteil 17 mit den beiden Anschlägen 16, 19 und die Verstelleinheit 18 der Ausführungsformen aus den Figuren 2 und 3 in einer vergrößerten perspektivischen Darstellung. Hierbei ist zu erkennen, dass die Nusshälften 4, 5 unmittelbar aneinander liegen. Wie oben erläutert, wirkt in der dargestellten Stellung einer der Fallenrückzugshebel 13 der im Bild vorderen Nusshälfte 4 mit dem einen Anschlag 16 des Stellteils 17 zusammen. Damit kann die in Figur 1 dargestellte Falle 2 durch Verschwenken dieser Nusshälfte 4 in den Schlosskasten 1 zurückgezogen werden. Ein Verschwenken der anderen, im Bild hinteren Nusshälfte 5 führt nicht zu einem Rückzug der Falle 2, da dessen Fallenrückzugshebel 14 an dem Stellteil 17 vorbeischwenkt. Durch Drehung des Zapfens 21 um 180° mittels der Verstelleinheit 18 kann das Schloss umgestellt werden, so dass der zweite Anschlag 19 in den Bewegungsbereich des anderen Fallenrückzugshebels 14 hineinragt und damit die hintere Nusshälfte 5 mit dem Stellteil 17 zusammenwirkt. Das Stellteil 17 hat Bohrungen 23, in die ein nicht dargestellter Zapfen des Fallenschwanzes 11 einführbar ist. Durch das Einführen des Fallenschwanzes 11 in die entsprechende Bohrung 23 wird das Stellteil 17 gegen Verdrehen gesichert.

The stop 16 of the actuating part 17 protrudes into the range of movement of the latch retracting lever 13 of a nut half 4 inside. FIG. 4a shows for clarity, the nut halves 4, 5, the actuator 17 with the two stops 16, 19 and the adjustment unit 18 of the embodiments of the FIGS. 2 and 3 in an enlarged perspective view. It can be seen here that the nut halves 4, 5 lie directly against one another. As explained above, in the illustrated position, one of the latch retracting levers 13 of the front half of the nut 4 in the picture interacts with the one stop 16 of the actuating part 17. Ein dem Vorsprung 30 gegenüberliegend angeordneter Rasthaken 31 hält das Stellteil 25 in seiner vorgesehenen Lage. Das Stellteil 25 hat zwei Anschläge 32, 33, von denen einer mit dem einen Fallenrückzugshebel 13 der einen Nusshälfte 4 zusammenwirkt. Bei einer Verschwenkung des Stellteils 25 um 180° gelangt der andere der Anschläge 33 in den Schwenkbereich des anderen Fallenrückzugshebels 14 der anderen Nusshälfte 5. In dieser Stellung wird das Stellteil 25 von einem zweiten Rasthaken 34 hintergriffen und in seiner Lage gehalten. Claims (11)

  1. A lock, in particular, a mortise lock, with a latch (2) movable from a protruding position into a retracted position, with a latch retraction element (12, 28), with two nut halves (4, 5) and with a coupling (15, 24) adaptable by an adjustment unit (18, 27) for generating a positive locking of the latch retraction element (12, 28), optionally with the one nut half (4, 5) or the other nut half (5, 4), wherein the coupling (15, 24) has an adjusting part (17, 25) connected positively with the latch retraction element (12, 28) and the adjusting part (17, 25) for generating a positive locking optionally extends into the area of movement of the one or the other nut half (4, 5), characterized in that the adjusting part (17, 25) has two stops (16, 19, 32, 33) separated spatially from one another and is pivotable between two pivot positions and that in the one pivot position one of the stops (16, 32) extends into the area of movement of the one nut half (4) and in the other pivot position the other of the stops (19, 33) into the area of movement of the other nut half (5).
  2. A lock according to Claim 1, characterized in that the latch retraction element (12, 28) is arranged on an elongated latch tail (11) fastened to the latch (2).
  3. A lock according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the nut halves (4, 5) abut directly against one another and that the adjusting part (17, 25) is fastened on the latch retraction element (12, 28) arranged on the latch tail (11).
  4. A lock according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the nut halves (4, 5) in each case have a latch retraction lever (13, 14) and that the adjusting part (17, 25) projects perpendicularly from the latch tail (11) and, depending on the pivot position, faces the one or the other latch retraction lever (13, 14) with the one or the other of the stops (16, 19, 32, 33).
  5. A lock according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjusting part (17) has a third stop (35) and that in a third pivot position of the adjusting part (17) the third stop (35) extends simultaneously into the area of movement of both nut halves (4, 5).
  6. A lock according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling (15, 24) has a base body (20, 22, 29) connected axially non-displaceably with the latch tail (11) and that the adjusting part (17, 25) is fastened in the base body (20, 22, 29).
  7. A lock according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a latch spring (10) pretensioning the latch (2) out of a lock case (1) abuts against the base body (20, 22, 29) of the coupling (15, 24).
  8. A lock according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjusting part (17) is rotatable about an axis running transversely to the latch tail (11) and has boreholes (23), into which the latch tail (11) is retractable.
  9. A lock according to any one of the Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the pivot axis of the adjusting part (25) is arranged parallel to the axis of the latch tail (11).
  10. A lock according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjusting part (25) is held using positive locking in its pivot positions between a projection (30) and a latching hook (31, 34).
  11. A lock according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjusting part (17) is arranged eccentrically on a pivot (21) rotatable in the base body (20, 22), that the pivot axis of the pivot (21) is arranged transversely to the latch tail (11) and that the stops (16, 19) are arranged on opposite sides of the adjusting part (17).
