Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Glastürschloss gemäß Gattungsbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a glass door lock according to the preamble of claim 1.

A generic lock will be provided by the EP 1 477 625 A1 described. It is an all-glass door lock, which has a housing formed by a lock cover and a housing shell. In the housing stores a trap which is held by the restoring force of a helical gear spring formed by a coil spring in a case trailing position.

A glass door lock is also in the DE 2120 238 C3 described. The glass door lock has an elongate housing, which has on its short side wall an opening through which the head of a case is back and forth lockable. The head is firmly connected with a bifurcated tail-tail. The two forks form guide legs, which are guided adjacent to the housing longitudinal walls. From the guide legs protrude attack shoulders from which the closing member of a lock cylinder can attack. For fixing the lock cylinder in the lock housing a profile opening is provided, through which the profile cylinder can be inserted. At the rear of this profile opening is a pusher having two diametrically opposite arms, each arm engaging an attack shoulder of the latch tail to displace the latch by turning the pintle about 20 degrees.

A similar closure describes the DE 719 016 U , The glass door lock, which the DE 198 39 043 A1 describes, has a rounded back wall. The follower nut, with which the pressure nut is reset after actuation, is formed there by a tension spring. The falling feather, the case after retraction of the same back shifted back to the starting position, is also designed as a tension spring.

The invention has the object of developing the generic lock benefits advantageous.

The problem is solved by the invention specified in claim 1. According to the invention, it is provided that the latch spring formed by a helical compression spring is supported against a contact surface formed in particular by the end face of a latch spring adjusting screw. Preferably, the invention provides that the pusher nut is a leg spring, the first leg arm is supported on the follower and the second Sehkelarm on a by rotating a Drückernusseinstellschraube the restoring force changing position adjustable pusher spring abutment. A further development relates to a lock insert, wherein a guide leg of the latch tail is guided on a longitudinal side wall of the housing. Essential there is a trained by the guide leg passage slot, within which at each displacement position of the trap is a mounting opening for the passage of a rosette mounting screw. With this rosette fastening screw, a round fitting plate on one side of the door can be connected to a round fitting plate on the other side of the door. As a result, the two pusher bearings are connected to each other through the glass door.

Furthermore, in a preferred development, the housing cover is connected to the housing shell via a detachable clip connection. For this purpose, the housing shell forms a latching tongue equipped with a locking projection. The following use-advantageous developments are provided: The fall spring is seated as a helical compression spring in a threaded sleeve in which the trained as a grub screw spring adjustment screw is screwed. The latter has a Schraubwerkzeugeintrittsöffnung, which is aligned with an opening facing the rear rounded end of the housing. At the end face of the grub screw, the helical gear spring is supported with its first section. In this case, an emerging from the end face of the grub screw pin engage in the helical turns of the compression spring. The second section of the helical compression spring is slipped over a projection of the tail tail. The pusher nut is formed by a leg spring. The first arm of the leg spring attacks an arm of the handle nut. The at least one turn of the leg spring sits on a bearing pin which is arranged next to the follower between the housing cover and the housing bottom. At the end of the second leg of the leg spring sits in one eye of the leg a pin with a threaded opening. In this threaded hole, the thread of the follower nut spring adjustment screw is screwed. The latter has a screw head, which is mounted rotatably but axially fixed in a niche of the housing wall. The passage slot is a longitudinal slot extending in the direction of displacement of the latch tail. There are a total of two mounting holes provided. One of them lies in the passage slot and in the assembled state of the lock above the handle nut. The second attachment opening is below the push-fit, so that the pusher nut is arranged between the two attachment openings. As a result, rosettes can be used with vertical mounting screw assembly. There are two further attachment openings provided. These lie together with the aforementioned attachment openings on the vertices of an imaginary square, so that an attachment of the rosettes with horizontally arranged mounting screws is possible. The trap can be actuated by both a pusher and a lock cylinder. If the case is actuated by a pusher, then it can only be moved back from a trap position to a trap retraction position. This is also possible when operating with a lock cylinder. If the lock has a lock cylinder, it is also possible to fall beyond the trap position. The trap then takes over the function of a latch bolt. For this purpose, the lock has a tumbler, which is arranged offset in the direction of the case head with respect to the attachment opening. In one embodiment of the invention, the latching tongue for holding the housing cover is formed by two cutouts. It is preferably located in the region of the rear wall of the housing. Housing cover and housing bottom are preferably substantially the same design and each assignable by way of a clip connection a housing frame. Housing cover and housing base have at the opposite end of the latching tongue fastening projections that can occur in niches of the housing. Both housing cover and housing bottom are connected by a pivoting displacement with the housing frame. The housing of the lock insert or the lock has an elongated shape, wherein the bolt outlet opening forming side is narrower than the substantially perpendicular thereto extending longitudinal sides. The rear wall of the housing is rounded. In the area of this rounding the catch tongue is provided. The invention can be realized by a lock insert which can be inserted into a housing which can be mounted on a broad side of a glass door leaf.

For this purpose, the housing bottom 1 'has two fastening projections 32, which in fastening niches 33 a housing wall 7 can be inserted. Subsequently, the housing bottom 1 'is rotated about this pivot bearing formed so until the latching projection 18' of the latching tongue 18 over the opposite edge of the housing bottom 1 'snaps.

The housing forms a short side wall 7, which forms a case head opening 6. Approximately at right angles to this housing wall 7 extend two parallel longer housing walls 16,16 ', which merge into a rounded rear wall 20. In the housing head passage opening 6 is the case head 4, which is firmly connected to the latch tail 5. The latch tail 5 has a guide leg 15 which is guided along the longitudinal side wall 16. A second guide leg 15 ', which is shorter, is guided on the opposite Längsseitenwandung 16'. At the rear end of the guide leg 15 of the latch tail 5 is a projection 28 which projects into a helical gear compression spring 3. The helical gear compression spring 3 performs the function of a latch spring. With the latch spring 3, the case head 4 is held in a forward position.

The latch spring 3 is inserted in a fixedly connected to the plastic frame 2 threaded sleeve 27 and is supported there on the end edge surface 11 'of a screwed into the threaded sleeve 27 grub screw 11 from. The Schraubwerkzeugeintrittsöffnung the grub screw 11 is aligned with an opening 34 which is accessible from the housing rear wall 20. The end edge surface 11 is formed by a peripheral step, which merges into a central pin, which is opposite to the projection 28 and which also projects into the helical gear compression spring 3.

By turning the grub screw 11, the clamping force of the latch spring 3 can be adjusted and thus the force that is required to the case head 4 to move from the previous position to the retirement position, to regulate. As a result, the closing behavior of the door can be influenced.

An der dieser Lageröffnung 30 zugeordneten Angriffsschulter 9' des Fallenschwanzes 5 greift kein Betätigungsarm an.A rear bearing opening 30 is free in this embodiment. At this bearing opening 30 associated attack shoulder 9 'of the latch tail 5 attacks no actuating arm.

To retract the trap, it is necessary to rotate a pusher 10 which is arranged between the bearing opening 30 and the drop head 4. For this purpose, housing cover 1 and housing bottom 1 'have a corresponding bearing recess. The pusher 10 has a first arm 10 ', which engages an attack shoulder 9 of the latch tail 5. The second arm 10 ", which is approximately diametrically opposed to the first arm 10 ', is acted upon by the short leg 12' of a leg spring 12. The leg spring 12 forms a follower nut The turn of the leg spring is wound around a bearing pin 31, which adjoins the follower 10 The longer spring leg 12 "is supported on a pin 14. For this purpose, the pin 14 is inserted in one eye of the presser nut spring 12 made of wire. The pin 14 has a threaded bore into which the threaded shank of a threaded screw 13 is screwed. The threaded screw 13 forms a follower nut spring adjustment screw and is mounted with its lenticular head 13 'in a niche 21 of the wall 16' such that it can not move axially but can be rotated with a screwing tool. By turning the pusher nut adjusting screw, the pin 14 forming the abutment for the pusher nut spring 12 travels on the thread of the threaded screw. As a result, the angle of the longer leg 12 'and, consequently, the spring preload and the torque required to rotate the pusher 10 changes. As a result, the resistance of the follower 10 can be adjusted and adapted to different presser forms, for example a pusher knob or a pusher with an arm.

Above the pusher 10 there is a housing opening 17. This is a mounting opening for a rosette mounting screw, with a fitting plate which supports a handle handle, can be attached to a housing shell, not shown, into which the lock insert can be inserted. Below the pusher 10 is also a mounting opening 17 '. The pusher 10 is thus located between the two mounting holes 17,17 '. The pusher nut is also located centrally between two fastening openings 17 "'and 17". "The first-mentioned fastening openings 17, 17' are used to fasten a rosette with fastening screws lying one above the other The two last-mentioned fastening openings 17" ', 17 "" serve to fasten two Rosettes with horizontally adjacent fastening screws.

The lock insert serves to be inserted into a corresponding recess of a housing shell. The housing shell is fastened together with the lock insert on a broad side wall of a glass door. Here, the square mandrel of a pusher pin extends through a hole in the glass door. On the opposite side is also a pusher. This is fixed with a rosette on the wall of the glass door. The fastening screws of the rosette penetrate either the mounting holes 17, 17 'or the mounting holes 17 "', 17" "and are bolted to a lock side arranged rosette.

The housing cover 1 is connected in the same way with the housing frame 2, as the housing bottom 1 '. The housing cover 1 has for this purpose on its short straight side, which is assigned to the case head 4, two mounting projections 32 which can enter corresponding detent niches 33 of the housing frame 2. On the opposite, rounded side has the Housing cover 1 a fastening tongue, which can be overlapped by the latching extension 18 'of the latching tongue 18.

This results in the following operation: In the in Fig. 1 illustrated trap position, the latch tail 5 is supported with a projection 26 on a stop 35 fixed to the housing. The arm 10 'of the follower 10 lies with a small distance in front of the attack shoulder 9. The arm 10' is supported on the other side of a housing-fixed stop, so that the force applied by the leg spring 12 on the arm 10 "spring force is intercepted. Now, if the follower nut 10 by means of a pusher, the square mandrel inserted in the square opening of the pusher 10, rotated so pivot the arms 10 'and 10 "in a clockwise direction. Along with it, the pusher nut spring 12 is stretched and slides a projecting end portion of the arm 10 "along the attack shoulder 9 along and moves the entire latch tail 5 in the direction of the rear wall 20 until the case head 4 in the Fig. 5 shown position or has reached its full retreat position in the case passage opening 6.

If the trigger handle relieved, the latch tail is 5 by the relaxing latch spring 3 back into the in Fig. 1 displaced illustrated trapping position in which the projection 26 is located in front of the stop 35. The pusher nut is pivoted back by the relaxing pusher nut 12 in the starting position.

The case head 4 can also be displaced by direct pressure on the case head 4 in the Fallenrückzugsstellung. The pusher 10 remains in its initial position. Only the latch spring 3 is compressed.

Beim zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel liegt die Drückernuss 10 in der Lageröffnung 30 und greift mit ihrem Arm 10' an der Angriffsschulter 9 an.That in the FIGS. 8 to 10 illustrated second embodiment of the invention has in addition to a pusher and a profile opening 23 for insertion of a profile cylinder. The profile opening 23 is located where the pusher 10 was arranged in the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, the pusher 10 is located in the bearing opening 30 and engages with its arm 10 'on the attack shoulder 9 at.

The passage slot 19 is open at its side directed towards the profile opening 23. The opening forms two attack shoulders 8, 8 'for the closing member of a lock cylinder.

Hierzu greift das Schließglied an der Angriffsschulter 9 an.In this embodiment, a displaceable transversely to the direction of displacement of the latch tail 5 tumbler 24 is additionally provided. The guard locking is acted upon by the closing member of the lock cylinder. By shifting the tumbler 24 a toggle pin 25 of the tumbler 24 exits the effective range of a tour projection 26 of the latch tail 5. If the tumbler 24 is excavated by the closing member of the lock cylinder, the case head 4 on the normal trap position ( Fig. 8 ) out into a latch position ( Fig. 10 ) are relocated. By a corresponding reverse rotation of the lock cylinder of the case head 4 back into the trap position and beyond even to the Fallenrückzugsstellung ( Fig. 9 ) are relocated. For this purpose, the closing member engages the attack shoulder 9.

Also in this embodiment, the latch spring 12 is a leg spring with a short arm 12 ', which engages a short arm 10 "of the pusher 10 and with a longer arm 12", which can be changed in position via an adjusting screw 13.

The length of the passage slot 19 is dimensioned such that in the Fallenrückzugsstellung ( Fig. 9 ) and also in the complete trapping position ( Fig. 10 ) the attachment opening 17 is located within the passage slot 19.

Es ergibt sich folgende Funktionsweise:The result is the following operation:

Starting from the in Fig. 8 illustrated basic position, the case head 4 can be withdrawn either by turning the pusher 10 or by turning a profile locking cylinder, not shown. In addition, it is also possible with this lock to push back the case head 4 by direct pressure on the case head 4.

In the in Fig. 8 shown trailing position is the tour projection 26 in front of the touring pin 25. This forms the stop which is formed in the first embodiment of the housing fixed stop 35.

If the touring pin is displaced upwards by transverse displacement of the tumbler 24 in the illustrations, the tour projection 26 loses its stop. The latch spring 3 drives the latch head 4 in a latch position. The case head 4 wanders from the in Fig. 8 position shown in the in Fig. 10 shown position. The touring pin 25 is located at the rear of the touring projection 26 and thus forms a Rückdrücksperre for the case head 4. The latter can be moved back only when the touring pin 25 and the tumbler 24 is raised.
