Claims (14)

  1. Système de détection de manipulation pour des cassettes à billets de banque (10) insérables de manière amovible dans un guichet automatique bancaire (1),
    * la cassette à billets de banque (10) présentant une ouverture d'entrée/sortie de billets de banque (11) refermable pour la sortie de billets de banque et/ou pour l'entrée de billets de banque dans la position opérationnelle qui se trouve à l'intérieur du guichet automatique bancaire (1),
    * l'ouverture d'entrée/sortie de billets de banque (11) étant ouverte automatiquement lors de l'introduction de la cassette à billets de banque (10) dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1) déjà avant d'atteindre la position opérationnelle,
    * une notification de manipulation sur la cassette à billets de banque (10) étant générée par le biais d'un capteur lors de l'ouverture de l'ouverture d'entrée/sortie de billets de banque (11),
    caractérisé en ce que
    * la cassette à billets de banque (10) présente un premier commutateur (12) qui est actionné automatiquement lors de l'introduction de la cassette à billets de banque (10) dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1),
    * le guichet automatique bancaire (1) présente un deuxième commutateur (5) qui est lui aussi actionné automatiquement lors de l'introduction de la cassette à billets de banque (10) dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1),
    * l'actionnement des deux commutateurs (5, 12) démarre à chaque fois un compteur de temps (13) dans la cassette à billets de banque (10) et un compteur de temps (6) dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1),
    * les deux compteurs de temps (6, 13) sont arrêtés automatiquement lorsque la cassette à billets de banque (10) a atteint sa position opérationnelle,
    * il est prévu dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1) un dispositif d'interprétation et de commande (7) qui compare le comptage du temps du compteur de temps (13) dans la cassette à billets de banque (10) avec le comptage du temps du compteur de temps (6) dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1), la notification de manipulation sur la cassette à billets de banque (10) étant annulée par le biais d'un signal du guichet automatique bancaire (1) en présence d'un résultat positif de la comparaison.
  2. Système de détection de manipulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier commutateur (12), qui se trouve dans la cassette à billets de banque (10), et le deuxième commutateur (5), qui se trouve dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1), sont actionnés simultanément lors de l'introduction de la cassette à billets de banque (10).
  3. Système de détection de manipulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier commutateur (12), qui se trouve dans la cassette à billets de banque (10), et le deuxième commutateur (5), qui se trouve dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1), sont actionnés avec un décalage dans le temps lors de l'introduction de la cassette à billets de banque (10).
  4. Système de détection de manipulation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'introduction de la cassette à billets de banque (10), il faut vaincre une résistance à l'introduction (9) avant l'actionnement des deux commutateurs (5, 12).
  5. Système de détection de manipulation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le capteur, qui génère une notification de manipulation sur la cassette à billets de banque (10) lors de l'ouverture de l'ouverture d'entrée/sortie de billets de banque (11), est utilisé comme commutateur (12) pour actionner le compteur de temps (13) dans la cassette à billets de banque (10).
  6. Système de détection de manipulation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le guichet automatique bancaire (1) présente une fiche électrique (4) destinée à établir le contact avec une fiche électrique homologue (14) sur la cassette à billets de banque (10) dans la position opérationnelle, les deux compteurs de temps (6, 13) étant arrêtés automatiquement lorsqu'une mise en contact des deux fiches (4, 14) a été constatée.
  7. Système de détection de manipulation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la notification de manipulation est annulée lorsque la durée entre le démarrage du premier compteur de temps (13) et l'arrêt du premier compteur de temps (13) se trouve à l'intérieur d'une tolérance prédéfinie égale à la durée entre le démarrage du deuxième compteur de temps (6) et l'arrêt du deuxième compteur de temps (6).
  8. Système de détection de manipulation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la notification de manipulation est un signal visuel et/ou sonore sur la cassette à billets de banque (10).
  9. Système de détection de manipulation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la notification de manipulation est une entrée dans une mémoire de manipulations (16) dans la cassette à billets de banque (10).
  10. Système de détection de manipulation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    le guichet automatique bancaire (1) présente deux bâtis (2A, 2B, 2C) ou plus pour accueillir respectivement une cassette à billets de banque (10A, 10B, 10C),
    un commutateur étant associé à chaque bâti (2A, 2B, 2C), lequel est actionné automatiquement lors de l'introduction d'une cassette à billets de banque (10) dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1) afin de démarrer un compteur de temps dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1),
    une fiche électrique étant associée à chaque bâti (2A, 2B, 2C) pour établir le contact avec une fiche électrique homologue sur la cassette à billets de banque (10A, 10B, 10C) dans la position opérationnelle, afin d'arrêter un compteur de temps dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1) lorsque la position opérationnelle est atteinte.
  11. Système de détection de manipulation selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un compteur de temps propre est prévu pour chaque bâti (2A, 2B, 2C) dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1).
  12. Système de détection de manipulation selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité d'interprétation et de commande propre est prévue pour chaque bâti (2A, 2B, 2C) dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1), laquelle compare le comptage du temps du compteur de temps associé au bâti avec le comptage du temps du compteur de temps de la cassette à billets de banque (10A, 10B, 10C) accueillie dans le bâti, la notification de manipulation sur la cassette à billets de banque étant annulée par le biais d'un signal du guichet automatique bancaire en présence d'un résultat positif de la comparaison.
  13. Système de détection de manipulation selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1) une unité d'interprétation et de commande centrale pour tous les compteurs de temps associés aux différents bâtis (2A, 2B, 2C) ainsi que pour tous les compteurs de temps des cassettes à billets de banque (10A, 10B, 10C) accueillies dans les bâtis.
  14. Système de détection de manipulation selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans le guichet automatique bancaire (1) un compteur de temps central avec lequel
    a) l'actionnement des différents commutateurs associés aux bâtis (2A, 2B, 2C) est détecté en tant que signal de démarrage,
    b) l'atteinte de la position opérationnelle des cassettes à billets de banque (10A, 10B, 10C) accueillies dans les bâtis est détectée en tant que signal d'arrêt.
