Claims (6)
- Dispositif de mélange air-gaz, particulièrement pour l'équipement de brûleur à prémélange de chaudières à condensation, approprié pour une utilisation avec une unité de ventilateur centrifuge (2) avec un axe de rotation (X) prédéterminé, ledit dispositif comprenant des moyens de guidage d'écoulement pour guider un mélange air-gaz dans la section d'admission (3a) de l'unité de ventilateur centrifuge (2), ladite section d'admission et ledit axe de rotation étant coaxiaux, lesdits moyens de guidage comprenant une structure de conduit à effet Venturi (5) avec des parties convergente et divergente contigües délimitant une section limitée où une ouverture (6) est prévue, à travers laquelle l'écoulement de gaz peut être amené pour son mélange avec l'écoulement d'air amené à travers la partie de conduit convergente, ladite structure de conduit de guidage (5) étant développée axialement avec un axe de symétrie principal coïncidant avec ledit axe de rotation (X) et étant définie par la rotation autour dudit axe d'une section plate avec des parties convergente et divergente (5a, 5b) contiguës correspondantes, qui est positionnée radialement et qui est espacée de l'axe et dans le plan de laquelle ledit axe de rotation (X) se trouve,
la taille de la section transversale du passage pour l'écoulement à travers ledit conduit de guidage (5) axialement symétrique étant ajustable pour réduire l'écoulement qui est guidé vers l'unité de ventilateur (2), la section transversale du passage pour l'écoulement à travers ledit conduit (5) s'étendant sur une partie angulaire limitée (A) du profil circonférentiel entier défini par la symétrie axiale du conduit, des moyens de réduction étant prévus pour réduire de manière sélective ladite section transversale du passage pour l'écoulement le long de ladite partie, caractérisé en ce que ledit conduit de guidage (5) est formé par une paire de surfaces opposées (8, 9) qui sont espacées axialement dans ladite direction axiale, et qui sont formées de manière à définir ladite section transversale du passage avec des parties convergente et divergente contiguës, lesdits moyens de réduction étant actionnés par la rotation desdites surfaces (8, 9) l'une par rapport à l'autre autour dudit axe (X). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la réduction de la section transversale du passage pour l'écoulement à travers le conduit (5) peut être ajustée d'une manière sensiblement continue entre au moins une paire de tailles minimum et maximum prédéterminées de la section transversale de la partie convergente du conduit (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la réduction de la section transversale du passage pour l'écoulement à travers le conduit (5) peut être ajustée d'une manière discrète, en prévoyant au moins deux réglages correspondant aux différentes tailles respectives de la section transversale de la partie convergente du conduit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdites surfaces (8, 9) définissant le conduit peuvent être fixées ensemble de manière amovible dans les positions de fonctionnement prédéterminées correspondant au degré souhaité de réduction.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'une (8) desdites surfaces délimitant le conduit de guidage (5) est définie par une partie de surface d'un collecteur (3) qui loge les aubes de ventilateur, l'autre (9) desdites surfaces étant formée dans un corps (10) qui peut être monté sur le collecteur (3) et qui peut être mis en rotation par rapport à ce dernier.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ledit corps (10) qui forme le conduit de guidage de mélange de combustible (5) en combinaison avec le collecteur de ventilateur (3) est réalisé en une seule pièce.
