Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air (10) pour un brûleur à gaz, ayant
    un boîtier de mélangeur (11),
    dans lequel le boîtier de mélangeur (11) comprend une première ouverture d'entrée (12) pour l'air,
    dans lequel le boîtier de mélangeur (11) comprend une seconde ouverture d'entrée pour le gaz,
    dans lequel le boîtier de mélangeur (11) comprend une ouverture de sortie (13) pour un mélange gaz/air,
    une unité de mélange (14) positionnée au sein du boîtier de mélangeur (11),
    dans lequel l'unité de mélange (14) fournit le mélange gaz/air par mélange de l'air entrant dans le boîtier de mélangeur (11) à travers ladite première ouverture d'entrée (12) et du gaz entrant dans le boîtier de mélangeur (11) à travers ladite seconde ouverture d'entrée,
    un canal d'écoulement (16) pour le mélange gaz/air,
    dans lequel le canal d'écoulement (16) s'étend entre l'unité de mélange (14) et l'ouverture de sortie (13),
    dans lequel le canal d'écoulement (16) a une paroi de canal d'écoulement (17) qui est profilée de telle sorte que, vu dans une direction d'écoulement du mélange gaz/air entrant dans le canal d'écoulement (16) - un angle de l'écoulement entrant (a) est d'abord croissant, puis décroissant, ladite paroi de canal d'écoulement (17) fournissant une déviation d'écoulement de l'écoulement de mélange gaz/air,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la paroi de canal d'écoulement (17) présente un profil coudé et a un point de virage (18), dans lequel - vu dans une direction d'écoulement du mélange gaz/air - en amont du point de virage (18), la paroi de canal d'écoulement (17, 17a) est en arche concave et en aval du point de virage (18), la paroi de canal d'écoulement (17, 17b) est en arche convexe.
  2. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    un point de centre de courbure (C1) de la section en arche concave (17a) de la paroi de canal d'écoulement coudée (17) est positionné sur un côté de la paroi de canal d'écoulement (17) face à l'écoulement de mélange gaz/air,
    un point de centre de courbure (C2) de la section en arche convexe (17b) de la paroi de canal d'écoulement coudée (17) est positionné sur un côté de la paroi de canal d'écoulement (17) tournée en éloignement de l'écoulement de mélange gaz/air.
  3. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    un rapport r1/r2 défini par un rayon de courbure r1 de la section en arche concave (17a) et un rayon de courbure r2 de la section en arche convexe (17b) est dans la plage suivante 0,8 ≤ r1/r2 ≤ 1,2, de préférence 0,9 ≤ r1/r2 ≤ 1,1.
  4. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que
    le rapport r1/r2 = 1.
  5. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que
    l'ouverture de sortie (13) pour le mélange gaz/air a un point central d'ouverture de sortie (P1),
    le point de virage (18) de la paroi de canal d'écoulement coudée (17) est positionné sur, ou approximativement sur, un axe (19) qui traverse le point central d'ouverture de sortie (P1) et perpendiculaire au plan dans lequel l'ouverture de sortie (13) est disposée.
  6. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que
    un rapport Δx/d défini par une distance Δx entre le point de virage (18) de la paroi de canal d'écoulement coudée (17) et l'axe (19) et un diamètre d'ouverture d de l'ouverture de sortie (13) est dans la plage suivante :
    0 ≤ Δx/d ≤ 0,10, de préférence 0 ≤ Δx/d ≤ 0,07.
  7. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de canal d'écoulement coudée (17) est en forme de s ou en forme de tangente d'arc ou en forme de tangente hyperbolique ou en forme d'aire de sinus.
  8. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de canal d'écoulement (17) est fournie par au moins trois sections de paroi de canal d'écoulement droites (17s) approchant le profil coudé.
  9. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de canal d'écoulement (17) est un élément solidaire du boîtier de mélangeur (11).
  10. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de canal d'écoulement (17) est fournie par une garniture (25) positionnée au sein du boîtier de mélangeur (11).
  11. Dispositif de mélange gaz/air selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que
    l'ouverture de sortie (13) pour le mélange gaz/air a une première section d'ouverture de sortie (13a) tournée en éloignement de l'unité de mélange (14) et une seconde section d'ouverture de sortie (13b) face à l'unité de mélange (14),
    dans lequel ladite première section d'ouverture de sortie (13a) est de forme semi-circulaire,
    dans lequel ladite seconde section d'ouverture de sortie (13b) est de forme trapézoïdale ou de forme rectangulaire.
  12. Ensemble comprenant
    un dispositif de mélange gaz/air (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    un ventilateur (20),
    dans lequel le ventilateur (20) comprend un boîtier de ventilateur (21),
    dans lequel le ventilateur (20) comprend une aube de ventilateur (22) positionnée avec le boîtier de ventilateur (21),
    dans lequel le boîtier de ventilateur (21) a une ouverture d'entrée (23) pour le mélange gaz/air.
  13. Ensemble selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que
    le plan dans lequel l'ouverture d'entrée (23) du boîtier de ventilateur (21) est disposée et le plan dans lequel l'ouverture de sortie (13) du boîtier de mélangeur (11) est disposée s'étendent parallèlement l'un à l'autre, ou l'ouverture d'entrée (23) du boîtier de ventilateur (21) et l'ouverture de sortie (13) du boîtier de mélangeur (11) sont disposées dans le même plan.
  14. Ensemble selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que
    l'aube de ventilateur (22) a un axe de rotation d'aube de ventilateur (24),
    l'axe de rotation d'aube de ventilateur (24) s'étend perpendiculairement au plan dans lequel l'ouverture d'entrée (23) du boîtier de ventilateur (21) est disposée,
    le point de virage (18) de la paroi de canal d'écoulement coudée (17) du dispositif de mélange gaz/air (10) est positionné sur, ou approximativement sur, l'axe de rotation d'aube de ventilateur (24).
