Claims (5)

  1. A modular platform edge (01) formed from individual platform edge elements fixedly disposed side by side in the longitudinal direction of the platform forming the portion facing the track of the flat top (18) of a platform (21) mounted on at least one front longitudinal support element (09), having an undercut on the side facing the track and a mount for each platform edge element on at least one bearing, wherein the platform edge comprises the platform edge element and the mount, wherein the platform edge further comprises:
    a configuration of the platform edge element as a detachable, one-piece platform edge plate (02),
    • a configuration of the bearing as a bearing bracket (03) with a horizontal limb (04) and a vertical limb (08) which is disposed essentially perpendicular thereto,
    • a configuration of the horizontal limb (04) of the bearing bracket (03) as a mount for the platform edge plate (02),
    • a configuration of the vertical limb (08) of the bearing bracket (03) as a connection of the platform edge plate (02) with the front longitudinal support element (09, 14) of the platform (21), and
    • a configuration of the undercut as a refuge recess (22),
    characterized by
    a configuration of the platform edge element as a removable edge plate (30) and a configuration of the bearing bracket (31) as a laterally hingable bearing bracket (31) which can be disposed on the front longitudinal support element (14) via an articulation (38) and a fastening (32) or characterized by a configuration of the platform edge element as an edge plate (33) which can be pivoted about an articulation (35) by hand or by means of a controllable drive.
  2. The modular platform edge as claimed in claim 1, characterized by
    an edge plate (33) which can be pivoted upwardly by means of a rotary cylinder (34).
  3. The modular platform edge as claimed in claim 1 and claim 2, characterized by
    a hydraulic, electro-hydraulic or electrical drive for the edge plate (33) which can be pivoted upwardly.
  4. The modular platform edge as claimed in claims 1 to 3, characterized in that
    the removable or pivotable edge plate (30, 33) is formed from concrete, as a sandwich/composite construction, as a plastic element or from wood.
  5. The modular platform edge as claimed in claims 1 to 4, characterized by
    warning marks (28) on the rear of the platform edge plate (02) or the removable edge plate (30) or the pivotable edge plate (33) facing away from the track.
