Definitions

  • the invention relates to a modular platform edge according to the preamble of the main claim, which forms the track-facing part of the flat top of a platform, which is mounted on at least one front longitudinal support member.
  • the platform edge consists of in Brusmülzansraum next to each other fixedly arranged, independent Brusteinkanten electroden with an undercut on the track-facing side. Each Brusteinkantenelement is mounted on at least one support.
  • Platforms should enable passengers in stations or at stops a safe and comfortable boarding and disembarking. An important role is played by the edge of the platform. There are different requirements to be met. In addition to optimum height and distance compensation, personal safety and accessibility to the track bed are particularly important. Modern platforms therefore have a self-supporting platform edge, below which there is a free space as an escape niche for people getting into the track bed and as a cleaning shaft for machines for track bed cleaning. In this space can also be advantageously accommodated supply lines.
  • platforms are being built in modular design, which are individually combined from prefabricated main components - primarily as prefabricated constructions made of concrete, steel or fiber-reinforced plastic. In principle, the edge of the platform is subject to particular stresses during the construction of the platform as well as during operation, with the highest safety requirements at the same time.
  • the main component here is the orthogonal to the railway tracks aligned platform plate, which is mounted on two longitudinal beams, which run parallel to the railway tracks.
  • the length of the platform is determined by the number of platform slabs laid side by side.
  • Each platform slab has a self-supporting platform edge, below which there is a free space in front of the longitudinal support element.
  • a dimpled step edge is integrated in a form-fitting manner to improve access safety via a step.
  • EP 0 865 540 B1 is also a platform in modular design for the construction of an existing station known.
  • the free space of the cantilever platform edge is at least partially interrupted by additional supports that are founded independently in the track bed.
  • a mobile platform for temporary installation known in which the platform slab in the direction of the railway tracks is slidably arranged.
  • the platform plate is stored by means of a support pedestal which is mounted on a supported support.
  • the disclosure of which is to be fully cited by reference to the present invention describes a modular platform with a plurality of platform slabs arranged side by side orthogonal to the railway tracks. These are mounted on the side facing the railway tracks on a parallel to the railway tracks arranged longitudinal support beam as a front longitudinal support member. Furthermore, the platform slabs are mounted on the side facing away from the track on a second longitudinal stringer. Both longitudinal beams are on a common Foundation stored. The front longitudinal stringer is provided with a soundproofing plate on its front facing the track. The platform slab has an integrated self-supporting platform edge extending beyond the front longitudinal beam. This is integrally connected to the platform plate and not independently, but only stored on the platform slab.
  • each prefabricated concrete part is designed so that different supply lines can run in its interior.
  • the platform edge is in front of the platform in track direction over a pourable butt joint.
  • a constructive connection to the platform does not exist.
  • Each precast concrete component rests on its own support in the form of a ram support with a support cap. Facing the track, each precast concrete part has an undercut with a relatively narrow clearance, in particular for cleaning the ballast bed.
  • Such an extremely solid platform edge is relatively complex in the system, since for each precast element is a separate carrier is summarizerammen. The carriers can hinder the space. In the case of removal of the precast concrete parts remain the carrier between platform and track bed.
  • the document EP 0 997 581 A1 discloses a method of manufacturing a platform in which blocks of polystyrenes are arranged in a configuration substantially corresponding to the shape of the platform to be formed. The top and sides of the blocks are surrounded by thicker plates. Furthermore, platform edge plates are mounted on consoles.
  • the TASK for the present invention is to be seen in the generic Train edge edge of independent platform edge elements of the type described above educate so that a simple investment of the platform edge and a simple and fast assembly and disassembly is possible. This should apply in particular to modular platforms. Furthermore, a usable as an escape niche sufficiently large, unobstructed and relatively quickly accessible space to be created. The solution according to the invention for this task can be found in the main claim. Advantageous developments of the invention are set forth in the subclaims and explained in more detail below in connection with the invention.
  • the edge plate is removable and the support bracket laterally hinged.
  • the removable edge plate can be made in addition to concrete made of a variety of materials, so in a sandwich / composite construction, as a plastic element or wooden.
  • the edge plate is guided around a joint by hand or via a drive rotatable.
  • the edge plate is rotated by means of a rotary cylinder upwards.
  • the platform edge according to the invention is self-supporting and removable.
  • Each platform edge element is designed as a removable, one-piece platform edge plate and thus extremely easy to manufacture and handle.
  • the support for each platform edge plate is formed as a simple support bracket with a horizontal leg and a substantially perpendicular thereto arranged vertical leg.
  • the horizontal leg of the support bracket for the storage of the platform edge plate and the vertical leg serves as a connection with the front longitudinal support member of the platform.
  • the platform edge plate is thus stored in a simple manner on a support bracket and fastened. There are very short execution times with regard to assembly and disassembly.
  • the support bracket is directly connected to the track-facing front of the front longitudinal support member of the platform.
  • the support bracket Before mounting the platform edge plate, the support bracket is first connected in a simple and fast way with the longitudinal support beam. The assembly and disassembly of the support bracket is possible with a short execution time. Additional pile driving to store the platform edge and obstructive floor supports are completely avoided.
  • the known undercut is formed as a complete escape niche in the platform edge according to the invention. This is located directly below the demountable platform edge and has a rectangular cross section due to the plate-like design the platform edge plates and the substantially rectangular configuration of the support bracket.
  • the escape niche is designed so large that it can also be used well for cleaning purposes and to accommodate supply lines. Such large escape niches are otherwise known only from platforms with protruding platform slabs with integrated platform edge.
  • the invention thus provides a self-supporting, but nevertheless easy to assemble and disassemble modular platform edge, which offers a high degree of functionality coupled with easy handling with short execution times.
  • the support bracket is constructed completely free of bracing.
  • the support bracket is formed as Champgesch spater angle of an angled U-profile.
  • the lateral legs of the U-profile give the Auslagerkonsole special rigidity.
  • an angle in a range of 1 ° to 3 ° greater than the right angle can be provided.
  • the platform edge plate placed on the horizontal limb is given a track-facing slope in the direction of the center of the platform so that rain can run well and does not jam in the edge area. The gradient can then continue in the platform. Further embodiments of the support bracket are shown in the embodiments.
  • the removable platform edge may also be advantageous to connect the vertical leg of the support bracket with the front longitudinal support member via a threaded rod in the upper region of the front longitudinal support member and be provided via two injection anchors in the middle or lower region of the front longitudinal support element.
  • a threaded rod in the upper region of the front longitudinal support member and be provided via two injection anchors in the middle or lower region of the front longitudinal support element.
  • the platform edge plate can also be advantageously additionally supported on the front longitudinal support member. Since the platform edge is part of the flat top of the platform, the support bracket must be positioned according to the thickness of the platform edge plates below the top of the platform. The adjoining platform edge plate can thus also reach over to the front longitudinal support element, provided that it projects, for example in the form of a longitudinal support bar, under the platform. In particular, if a shoulder is provided in the front side of the front longitudinal support member, the platform edge plate can rest here. The platform plate can then bump against the heel, the heel following the thickness difference between Platform edge plate and platform plate is dimensioned. Platform edge plate and platform meet with a joint, which can be filled with a sealant, at the same height together.
  • the platform edge plate may further advantageously be connected in the region of its track-facing front edge with the support bracket and in the region of its track-facing trailing edge with the front longitudinal support member, for example by a screw connection via injection anchor.
  • a locking element is provided on the horizontal leg, which engages in a locking groove on the underside of the platform edge plate. This may be, for example, a simple web at the end of the horizontal leg, which, by engaging in a, for example, cast groove on the underside of the platform edge plate this additionally fixed against slipping out in the direction of the railway tracks.
  • the easy disassembly of the platform edge plate in the invention allows easy and quick access to the underlying escape niche, especially when a vehicle is on the train tracks and the escape niche is not accessible from the railroad track ago. It is advantageous if the support bracket in relation to the length of the horizontal leg is only half as wide. A repeated arrangement of the narrow support bracket on the Brusmülijnsraum at a distance of the width of the platform edge plate then ensures safe storage of the platform edge plates without obstruction of the escape niche. In a modular structure of the platform from adjacent platform slabs it is advantageous if the support brackets are arranged in the longitudinal center below a platform slab. Particularly stable each platform edge plate can then be mounted on each longitudinal side always on two adjacent support brackets, with adjacent platform edges on a common Auflagerkonsole - each with a Aufläge Structure of half the width of the horizontal leg - are stored.
  • the FIGURE 1 shows a modular platform edge 01 in detail cross section. Shown is a removable platform edge plate 02 in one-piece design.
  • the platform edge plate 02 may for example be designed as a simple precast concrete slab with a thickness of 12 cm and a width of 94 cm. In length, the modular platform edge plate 02 may have a grid of, for example 2.50 m or 5.00 m.
  • the platform edge plate 02 is mounted on a support bracket 03 .
  • the support bracket 03 a horizontal leg 04 (see FIG. 3 ) on.
  • a firm connection with the horizontal leg 04 can, for example, by a first screw 05 (in the FIGURE 1 only indicated by a center line) can be achieved.
  • the horizontal leg 04 has a latching element 06, for example a latching web, which engages in a latching groove 07 on the underside of the platform edge plate 02 .
  • the support bracket 03 is connected via a vertical leg 08 with a front longitudinal support element 09 of the platform 21 .
  • the connection to the vertical load bearing on the front longitudinal support element 09 takes place in the illustrated embodiment in the upper region of the vertical leg 08 via a threaded rod 10 (eg M16) with a cladding tube 11 and a top plate 12 and in the lower region of the vertical leg 08 via two injection anchors 13 (eg M16).
  • the front longitudinal support element 09 is designed as a front longitudinal support bar 14 (modular design), which on its front side a shoulder 15 (see FIGURE 2 ) , on which the platform edge plate 02 additionally supported and via a further screw 16 (in the FIGURE 1 also indicated only by a middle line) is secured.
  • a platform plate 17 There is still a platform plate 17 and abuts against the shoulder 15, the height (for example, 5 cm) compensates for the difference in thickness between the platform edge plate 02 (for example, thickness 12 cm) and the platform plate 17 (for example, thickness 17 cm) from, so that both together form a form flat top 18 of the platform 21 .
  • the longitudinal beam 14 is also made of ready-mixed concrete and has a width of 30 cm at a height of 65 cm or 60 cm (paragraph 15).
  • FIG. 3 shows the support bracket 03 in side view. It can be seen that the angle between the horizontal leg 04 and the vertical leg 08 is slightly larger than the right angle (in the exemplary embodiment 91.2 °) to a track-facing slope of the resting platform edge plate 02 (see FIGURE 1 ) to reach. Also visible are side legs 20 of an angled U-shaped steel profile (U300), from which the support bracket 03 is welded together at an angle after removal and bending. Diagonal braces are completely eliminated.
  • FIG. 4 shows the support bracket 03 in the attachment to the front longitudinal support member 09 and the front longitudinal support beam 14 (without platform edge plate 02 and platform plate 17) from above with cuts in the planes of the screw 10, 13. It can be seen the halved width of Support bracket 03 opposite the length of the horizontal leg 04 (ratio about 1 to 2).
  • FIGURES 5 and 6 show an application of the demountable platform edge 01 at a modular platform 20 in modular design, as in the beginning acknowledged EP 0 357 161 B1 is described. It should be pointed out again at this point that the removable platform edge 01 at any other platform, especially on those in conventional solid construction with a solid wall at least as a front longitudinal support element 09, can be mounted.
  • the modular platform system can be optimally adapted to the environment. It leaves the client every design freedom, even in extreme curved positions of the platform. Finished parts as a panel construction are easy to install and cause a low-maintenance and maintenance-friendly surface design, since subsidence and puddles do not occur. Cable routes can be laid in the cavity of the structure without obstructing the railway operation and subsequently changed. The ability to route cables through a borehole at any point eliminates the need for small shafts in the platform area and allows easy retrofitting and upgrading of additional equipment (eg electric defrosting equipment).
  • additional equipment eg electric defrosting equipment
  • FIG. 5 shows a modular platform 21 in schematic cross-section. Good to see is the removable platform edge 01 and their relations to the platform 21. In particular, the reached particularly large escape niche 22 under the support bracket 03 next to the track bed 23 with the train tracks 24 clearly visible.
  • the modular platform 21 consists essentially of platform slabs 17 laid orthogonally to the tracks 24. These are mounted on the front longitudinal support beam 14 and on a rear longitudinal support beam 25 . Both longitudinal beams 14, 25 are in a common foundation 26, which is frost-free founded on sub-concrete 29 stored.
  • the foundation 26 has to improve the stability of the platform plate 17 at the cantilever platform edge 01 a to about 2.40 m increased width.
  • the platform plate 17 has - like the platform edge plate 02 - a slope of 2%.
  • At the rear end of the platform slab 17 is a railing 27.
  • the platform edge plates 02 have on their upper side 18 on the back - as the platform slabs 17 on the front - warning marks 28 on.
  • the modular platform 21 is shown in plan view. Evident is the grid dimension of the platform slabs 17 and the staggered arrangement of the platform edge plates 02 on two support brackets 03, which are each arranged centrally in the width of the platform slabs 17 , so platform slabs 17 and platform edges 02 are offset from each other, which the stability of the modular platform 21 improved even further. Furthermore, the spaced foundations 26 are indicated.
  • the edge plate 30 is removable and the support bracket 31 laterally hinged and secured to the longitudinal beam 14 .
  • the folding support bracket 31 has a mounting 32 on the longitudinal beam 14 and a hinge 38 and a locking screw 39 .
  • the removable edge plate 30 may be made of concrete in addition to concrete, so in a sandwich / composite construction, as a plastic element or made of wood.
  • FIGS. 8a and 8b shown embodiment with an edge plate 33 which is rotatable about a hinge 35 by hand or via a drive.
  • drive known drives such as hydraulic, electro-hydraulic or electric drives can be used.
  • the rotatable edge plate 33 is rotated by means of a rotary cylinder 34 upwards. It is also possible to pivot the rotatable edge plate 33 down.
