Claims (7)

  1. A labeling sleeve halving a positioning zone (31) for positioning at least one article, the labelling sleeve comprising at least one sleeve (3) made of stretchable plastics material shaped to be fitted around at least one container (2), the sleeve (3) comprising firstly at least one flap (6) that is movable about a hinge (7), and secondly opening means (9) for opening the movable flap so that it occupies an open position, the sleeve (3) being characterized in that the movable flap presents dimensions that are greater than or equal to the positioning zone (31) in order to occupy a position in which it completely covers the positioning zone (31) in order to prevent direct access to the article (4), and the positioning zone (31) corresponding to a portion of the inside face of the sleeve or of the movable flap in order to hold the article, the sleeve (3) being provided with at least one cutout (16) or as opening means, with at least one pre-cut (9), the cutout (16) and the pre-cut (9) being arranged to coincide with at least a portion of the positioning zone (31), the movable flap (6) being made either by the pre-cut (9) provided in the sleeve (3), or by a sheet of plastics material fastened to the sleeve (3) and provided with opening means (9) for opening the movable flap about the hinge (7), or by at least one pre-cut (9) forming the opening means and made out of a sheet of plastics material fastened to the sleeve (3) and arranged to coincide with at least a portion of the positioning zone (31), the labeling sleeve including at least one tamperproofing indicator for the article, making it possible to see whether the movable flap (6) has been opened.
  2. A labeling sleeve according to claim 1, characterized in that the movable flap (6) is made by a portion of the sleeve (3) defined by a pre-cut (9) conserving the integrity of the sleeve (3).
  3. A labeling sleeve according to claim 1, characterized in that the movable flap (6) is placed back in the covering position using releasable connection means (13) made by a repositionnable double-sided adhesive or by a repositionnable adhesive label.
  4. A labeling sleeve according to claim 1, characterized in that the movable flap (6) extends over the full height or over a portion of the height of the sleeve.
  5. A contained, characterized in that it includes on its periphery a labeling sleeve (1) in accordance with any one of claims 1 to 4 and including at least one article positioning zone (31) and at least one flap (6) that is movable about a hinge (7).
  6. A container according to claim 5, characterized in that the positioning zone (31) of the sleeve serves to position an article (4) placed between the sleeve zone and the container.
  7. A container according to claim 5, characterized in that the positioning zone (31) of the sleeve is embodied by at least one cutout (16) and/or one pre-cut (9) surrounding substantially the article for being held by the movable flap.
